• Ursula (6/5): Nice central spot with good communication and checking in, but cleanliness was not up to scratch - The staff were very good in contacting beforehand. Check in staff were thorough and great. Unfortunately the apartment was dirty even after they cleaned it. It’s an edgy loft but my feet were dirty after the first shower walking on the flour. You could still see shoe print stains of dirt across the floor and up the stair case. Further there was hair on the floor that was not my colour. The cutlery and crockery also needed another wipe before using.

• Karin (7/5): Location was excellent. Noise from street could bother people. It’s loud. - Location can’t be beat. Walk to everything. Balcony was nice to sit and people watch Noise from the street. It’s a tram line. Traffic from cars. Never really stopped all night long.

Comoda la possibilità di ritirare le chiavi nella Kbox senza doversi preoccupare per il check-in Il mio appartamento era soppalcato, con un'altezza al piano superiore di circa 180-185cm - io dovevo piegarmi un po' per non sbattere la testa. Dava proprio su corso Magenta, posizione fantastica ma tenete presente che sul corso transitano i tram, se avete il sonno leggero.

• Alexd (10/5): An excellent and comfortable 3 night stay in Milan; convenient to local restaurants, bars, cafes - The apartment is in an ideal location being approx 10-15mins walk from the M4 Metro Line (direct from/to Linate Airport) The flat was excellent but situated on a busy street (with noisy Trams passing by). Obviously this cannot be helped or improved!

• Ahmet (8/5): - Konumu harikaydı. Duomo'ya, Sforza Kalesine, Son Akşam Yemeği resminin bulunduğu manastıra yürüyerek rahatlıkla yürüyerek gidilebilir. Navigli'ye de yürünebilir ancak çok yakın sayılmaz. Buzdolabı, su ısıtıcısı ve mutfak malzemeleri oldukça iyiydi..Çok yakında Carrefour Express var. Genel olarak memnun kaldım diyebilirim. Binanın önünden geçen tramvayın gürültüsü, asma kata çıkılan merdiven oldukça dik. Zemin katta kıyafet asacak herhangi bir yer yok. Tuvalet ve duş oldukça dar.

• Svitlana (9/5): Perfect place to stay few days in Milan, definitely will come back - Everything was nice. Good location, metro and tram just near by, cafes and bistro also. The flat is full of light and warm For me everything was ok, I sleep good, but the flat is really a bit noisy because of the street outside and people higher than 170 cm might have some difficulties with taking shower and getting to the bed (ceiling in some places is quite low)

Lack of support from the app point of contacts with issues. Communication was not fluid; and The laundry service is not easily available to some foreigners which is a service offered under the booking.

• Dorthe (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY - Nothing! It was so cold, I had to sleep with my winter jacket on! When trying to contact the office, there was no response :-( When they finally responded, they just told me that I had put the temperature too high - rubbish! The airconditioner simply did not work well enough for freezing temperatures outside. It was a disaster and got no help at all. Futhermore, I can add that the pictures shown on the webpage has got NOTHING at all to do with this property.

• Maria Teresa (6/5): - La posizione, perché è di fronte a casa mia e mi piace invitare lì le mie ospiti straniere. Matteo, l' agente locale, molto disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo c'era un odore forse dei prodotti chimici usati tanto che la mia ospite la prima notte non è riuscita a dormire. La pulizia era ok, ma non di alto standard. Comunque suggerisco di usare prodotti di buona qualità, naturali non chimici. Mancano le posate, ovvero ci sono coltelli ma dovrebbero esserci almeno due cucchiai e due forchette. Infine il processo di check in on line è impossibile da completare per uno straniero. Il supporto via email è di una persona davvero non collaborativa. Per fortuna la portinaia mi ha dato il numero di Matteo che è stato davvero gentile.

Il manque un espace pour ranger les vêtements, un micro-ondes, un égouttoir sur l'évier, un porte savon, des patères muraux et une télévision.

No closet to store our clothing. The stairs of the duplex to reach the bed are stiff.
• Christiane (5/5): Erfahrung mit Centralstudio Milano - Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr (2 Straßenbahn Linien halten direkt vor der Tür. Gepflegtes Umfeld. Die unter der Brille sehr schmutzige Toilette und die schwarze Fugenleiste an der Duschtuer. Der Lärm von der Straße, da die Fenster nicht schallisoliert sind. Die Beschreibung der Waschmaschine ist nur auf Italienisch und die Kontaktperson wollte es nicht erklären.

• Katarzyna (1/5): Stay away - Apartment is in really disgusting condition, much worst than on the photos and really dirty. Sofa cover was covered in spots, walls are all chipped and dirty, floor is scratched, in the toilet there were some unknown liquids on the walls and dead bug, there were piles of dust. Additionally there was something looking like mold/wet spot on the ceiling that was only painted over. Towels were smelly so we couldn’t use them. We woke up all bitten, we believe there were bedbugs. Overall our stay was terrible and the apartment is much much worse than it looks on the photos.
• Mihai (4/5): Mold on the ceiling - The apartment was not clean, the walls were far from white, the toilet stained, the toilet paper wasn't enough, the shower did not have continuous hot water -it was hot then cold then hot again, the mattress was very hard, there was mold on the ceiling and also in the boiling water thingy. Matteo was rude and unhelpful, when we asked for recommendations of places to eat nearby he left us on read. Overall he was pretty agressive in the way he talked. I do not recommend staying here because the pictures are not the same as the reality.
• Jódar (7/5): Good - Cozy, beautiful and simple, comfortable. Good location Lack of hygiene and cleanness in the kitchen facilities and the shower. Also, the bathroom plug got stuck so we couldn’t use it properly. We didn’t have enough material to clean the property such as a broom, a mop, rags or multipurpose sprays.

• Doroteja (9/5): All in all, a good accommodation - The location is everything. So very near the city centar, we walked everywhere and as for that we didn't use transportation much. As for the property, it was okay for a short stay. The studio is equipped juts enough. It has the AC witch is amazing for this part pf the year. Staff i so nice and responsive. There isn't much we didn't like. Only thing were the sheets and the linen, it was a bit dirty, but stain - dirty not like it wasn't washed. Rest was quite good.

• Vanessa (5/5): Passable - The location was very good. The apartment was fine, nothing special. However, there was no flexibility when it came to leaving luggage. Check-in was strictly from 2 PM onwards, which was inconvenient. The main issue, though, was with the invoice. Since I was traveling for work, I requested an invoice several times. I was told to send an email, only to be informed that I needed to pay €2 via PayPal to receive it. It's honestly quite strange, and questionable, to have to pay to get an invoice. Is it even legal for an establishment to rent apartments under such conditions? I believe Booking should look into these kinds of practices.

He also gave us valuable information on how to get to the location via metro etc. Maybe there could be a little bit more shelves on the walls to put your own stuff out of suitcase on them.

• Chen (7/5): Good - Good location. Convenient to go everywhere. Has elevator. The tram route right downstairs which is really noisy. I have to wear earplugs to sleep.
• Gizem (10/5): Comfortable stay allowed us to easily visit landmark, host was also very easy to contact. - It was very clean and the location was perfect. Is of walking distance to major landmarks.

• Draczynska (2/5): Very poor - Location was good, very central. Apartment very small, not very clean. Dirty walls, window shuter never been cleaned. Bathroom is in need of renovating. Had to wait 3 hours for keys and in mean guy kept shouting at us and been rude
• Khan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very central location, right near the castle, 4 minutes from the metro, only 15 minutes from the Duomo. Very nice restaurants and bakeries only minutes away. The apartment was so clean and I loved how there was an upstairs, it made it feel so spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and the shower didn't leak everywhere as it had a proper sealed door.. something I'd been struggling with in a few other accommodations around Europe. I would highly recommend! Nothing I can fault really.

• Oleg (6/5): The only advantage of this hotel is the location. - The only advantage of this hotel is the location. I lived with my child on the 4th floor, the elevator did not work, I was informed about this only after payment. The room had dirty dishes, forks and spoons, the kettle is on the poke, but there is no socket for it, I had to turn off the TV to make tea.The shower cabin is very small.
