- Regine (8/5): - Gentilles attention des propriétaires ! Très bel appartement à 2 pas de la digue. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut niveau vaisselle et équipements. Le passage bruyant du tram, nous sommes habitués au calme de la campagne.

- emilie (8/5): Beau séjour - Très bel appartement, très propre et moderne.Literie très bonne. Jeux pour enfants top et lit bébé également. Commerces à proximité. Le plus dérangeant c'est le tram surtout quand on a des petits bouts.. quartier assez bruyant mais la propriétaire n' en peut rien.. petit détail à améliorer manque produit vaisselle et torchon.

Pleins de petites attention des propriétaires au top surtout pour les enfants avec pleins de jeux. Bien équipé que se soit la cuisine, la salle de bain, le salon,... La proximité du tram est un plus mais occasionne du bruit surtout fenêtre ouverte. Il manque un congélateur.
