Anna (10/5): Rekommenderar starkt! - Vänlig personal, generös frukost, sköna sängar, tyst och lugnt, roliga aktiviteter i lobbyn, bra restaurang på hotellet och en fantastisk park på taket med pool och fin utsikt över stan. Perfekt läge för flygplatsen Svårt att komma på något men i så fall att det är en bit att gå till stan. Å andra sidan var det lugnt och tyst på nätterna.

Besima (7/5): - the staff was really helpful and caring about their guests. the design and structure is great. it smelled bad in the room, after letting the staff know their tried to fix it. which was really great bad the smell in the bathroom never went away i would assume it has something to do with the ventilation or the drains.

Showers could use a better seal - even with shower door closed the water still leaked out a lot to the bathroom floor.

Molly (7/5): - Trevligt hotell cirka 25-30 minuters promenad från sevärdheter som Palazzo Vecchio och Ponte Vecchio men bara 13 minuter ifrån tågstationen. Området är lugnt och inte lika mycket folk som inne bland sevärdheterna. Rummen var fräscha, det fanns pool på hotellets takterass och personalen var trevlig. Fanns även bar och restaurang både vid entrén samt på takterassen. Tvärbanan går precis utanför, och tar en till flygplatsen på 20 minuter. Väldigt bekvämt med andra ord! Vi reste som par och är i 30-årsåldern, och vi tyckte att detta boende kändes mer som ett boende som passar yngre personer - antar att namnet "The Social Hub" passar in på det. Musiken från terrassen hördes i vårt rum om kvällarna, men det var inte så farligt. Men kan ändå tänka mig att bo här igen då det var ett prisvärt hotell med mycket bekvämligheter!

Quality of services: shower was clogged, but never fixed despite repetitive claims. They water was spreading across the bathroom. They forgot to clean the room, after claiming they asked if new towels is enough or we want an entire cleaning…

Rooms were nicely isolated, it was quiet, pillows were good. Beautiful rooftop garden. The cleaning could be better (there was a lot of dust in the room, and in one of our rooms, towels were taken but not replaced, and some seemed dirty). There are no slippers in the room and no place to put away your clothes, except some hangers.

Merci particulièrement à Guido qui a été super accueillant et qui parlait parfaitement français en plus :) La piscine est fermé hors mois d'été et n'est ouverte qu'à partir de Juin, ce qui n'est pas du tout communiqué sur la page de l'hotel ni au moment de la réservation. C'est un peu dommage car l'autre Social Club de Florence avait une piscine ouverte au même moment.
