A (3/5): Poor - The kitchen, dishes and towels were clean. Except for the fridge, ir was very dirty outside and covered in food stains We rented this apartment for two nights but managed to stay only one night. The host was very communicative before check-in and responded quickly to messages. However, after we checked out and I messaged her saying the apartment was so dirty that we simply couldn’t stay, she stopped responding and never got back in touch. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. The floor was very dirty, the couch too, and we had to vacuum ourselves because our dog kept finding things to eat. We also found some hairs in the bed. The mattress on the bed is only 10 cm thick, making it impossible to sleep on comfortably. There was also a lot of hair on the floor, and there was mold and dirt in the shower. There was no hair dryer, which is inconvenient at this time of year.
