• Dee (10/5): - We are just home after an 8 night stay here in this beautiful apartment, it felt like a home away from home. Everything you need is here, and lots of storage in the bedroom too. We loved having our breakfast outside every morning sitting in the sunshine. The noise from the nightclub behind didn't bother me at all but if you are a light sleeper there are earplugs provided. The sun terrace was a bonus too ,we will definitely return to Casa Vitamin Sea, location, facilities and comfort 10/10. Thank you Walter 😊 Nothing
• Linda (8/5): Perfektes Appartment - allerdings echt laut wegen des Clubs - Lage super, einfach zu finden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Teilweise nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem im Außenbereich, Gläser waren auch nicht alle gereinigt.
• Catriona (10/5): Will definitely return to this property as it had everything we could possibly need. - Superb central location for access to restaurants, bars & beach. Fantastic home from home with the added advantage of a huge roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine.

• hayley (10/5): Home from home - It was a very welcoming apartment home from home, with a touch of personnel items. Was very clean and everything you needed was there. The roof terrace was amazing and at night was very pretty. As for other reviews about the music we did hear some and people acting a bit wild, but wouldn"t put me off staying there. Dealing with wouter was excellent, he let us arrive early with no problems. I would stay here again, but longer. The only thing was no curtians in the living room, as you can see in when lights are on.
• Ortiz (8/5): Bonito y cómodo - El apartamento es precioso, tiene una terraza con ducha y solarium genial, por la noche es un Chill out para tomar unas copas. La cama es comodísima y el comedor es amplio y tiene una mini cocina. El baño es aceptable. La cocina no tiene campana extractora, por lo que hay que tener cuidado con lo que se cocina en ella. El agua del WC tiene muy poca presión al usar la cisterna y los desagües tragan lento, ojo las duchas largas. El apartamento está ubicado cerca de una discoteca que tiene la música altísima hasta las 5-6 de la mañana, por lo que si quieres descansar por las noches, no es la mejor ubicación.

• Кристина (4/5): Если вы одинокий путешественник да еще и девушка, которой важен комфорт, тишина и безопасность - этот вариант жилья вам - Было чисто (не считая слива в ванной и что-то до меня текло со сливного бочка на мусорное ведро), хозяин быстро отвечал на сообщения и старался решить вопросы. Расположение в центре острова (что удобно по логистике, если смотрите остров на машине), но конкретно эта квартира находится в худшем месте с точки зрения тишины и безопасности. Из плюсов: хозяин разрешил позже выехать, за что ему благодарна. Давайте так: у каждого человека свой уровень комфорта и если вы бывали когда-то в Украине в Коблево или Коктебеле, то вам этот вариант подойдет. Вокруг куча кафе и клубов именно среднего уровня, где нужно пить и веселиться, иначе это не ваш формат. Я не понимаю, кто писал отзывы о том, что это потрясающие апартаменты и красивый вид на город - на стройку вид, на гетто. Так будет правильней. По приезду меня встретил на столе умирающий таракан, хозяин дал мне от насекомых спрей и сказал, что это окей, гранд флор. На кухонной поверхности нельзя было оставлять еду, потому что по ней бегают насекомые. Кровать широкая, но на ней верхний слой гармошкой, что вредно для спины. Подушки были нормальными. За углом магазин, что удобно логистически. Парковка общественная, мне удавалось припарковаться, иногда немного хитря, ведь после 22.00 уезжали посетители ресторанов и я могла припарковаться у дома. Ночью кроме шума ночного клуба, стены которого выходят во внутренний двор квартиры, постоянно до 6:30 утра кричали люди, вывозили что-то габаритное, шум самолетов, шум от дверей. Спать удавалось только в бирушах. Во внутреннем дворе и на крыше мне было некомфортно сидеть из-за шума и стройки у соседей. Никакого красивого вида. Никакой приватности в квартире, когда ты в гостинной/кухне. Окно в пол и прозрачная штора, напротив ходят соседи мужчины и ресторан. Тебя очень хорошо видно. Это ужасно. Горячей воды совершенно не хватало, чтобы помыться одному человеку. Шкаф в комнате воняет сыростью, я не смогла оставить там свои вещи.
• Vivienne (8/5): - The apartment was exactly as described, close to all amenities. All furniture and decoration were in good condition making a comfortable stay. The lack of Aircon in the living area and extractor fan in the bathroom. Also the noise from the night club directly to the rear of the apartment which is open until 5am daily

Very grateful to Wouter for allowing me an earlier check in and a later check out. To summarise my stay I would say perfect apart from dead insects on the patio and one in the apartment which I realise is a possibility in a hot country and in no way was it a cleanliness issue.Im sure lots of people would not be bothered by this but as I have a huge phobia it did leave me feeling anxious.🥴🫣 Dead insects on patio.
• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean and the roof terrace was amazing....really enjoyed having so much private outdoor space. Nothing. I'd been a bit apprehensive about the noise from the nearby nightclub after reading some other reviews, but we really hardly heard anything at all so I'm glad we didn't let that affect our decision to book.
• Paul (8/5): Nicely appointed apartment - Beautifully appointed little property,great roof terrace and court yards Unfortunately the noise from the nightclub ( midnight til 5am and gone ) directly behind was a bit to much when staying for a week as we did. A new sound proof rear door and triple glazed window may help.

Slipping and tripping on the rugs in the lounge and on the roof terrace. Felt like I was being watched (on the roof terrace) with the security camera on the roof terrace opposite.

• Lauren (9/5): Would love to return - Amazing location, very comfortable and the host was very kind to let us check in earlier than stated as we arrived on an earlyish flight. The roof terrace is an all day sunspot and great for people watching. Plenty of outside areas to enjoy either sun or shade. Air con in the bedroom, but we didn't feel like it was needed so we didn't use it. Washing machine so that we could do a good load before returning home. Neighbours are friendly. We liked watching the planes going over, they are quite low. The noise from the nightclub until about 3am could get a little annoying but we booked knowing the location so it didn't bother us that much, more of a repetitive beat. The steps up to the roof terrace are quite narrow and steep, but we took it slow and used with caution. That being said, it's worth going up and down the steps for the sun up the top.

Highly recommend! - Great apartment, everything you could need in kitchen the fridge has a small freezer compartment, also beach towels, hairdryer, cleaning products. Perfect location close to everything. Restaurants bars, shops, short walk to beach. Air con in bedroom was great. Roof terrace was great. Sun all day & also nice shaded bit for sitting Mattress a little soft for us but that’s just a preference thing.

• Gina (8/5): Just a lovely place to stay, modernized really well, clean, super location & if you can cope with a bit of noise it’ - The host was brilliant & very helpful. There were many items in stock in the apartment which were a great touch, we wouldn’t normally expect. The property was very clean & the neighbours were very friendly. The roof terrace was a bonus & we loved it as it had sunshine all day. There is a nightclub right behind the apartment so you need a lot of wine & earplugs. Even “off season” the only night off was Sunday. 3-6am finishes were the norm. Earplugs were a necessity & really helped. The lady next door seemed to get up at 6am every day to what seemed like moving furniture & bang doors! But she was super lovely. Maybe she worked in the nightclub & was just coming home?!

• Bridie (10/5): Had a brilliant stay at this apt everything was near perfect. Would definitely recommend this apt. - The location was perfect, everything was just a couple minutes walk. The roof terrace was lovely and quiet and also had a shaded area if it was too hot to stay out in sun. when we were there it was very hot. There was fans in kitchen and bedroom but the noise of fan in bedroom at night was loud so air conditioning and a safe would make this property more than perfect.

• Magdalena (10/5): Amazing place! We will be back :) - Great terrace located on the rooftop! For rest, breakfast and unforgottenable conversations at sunset Nothing. This is very good located place in the city center so sometimes during the night it might be not that quiet, but on the other hand you have everything nearby (shops, restaurants, bars).
• Crofton (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyable holiday stay in an excellent & comfortable apt within easy access to amenities - Very central location close to bars /restaurants but not overly noisy, large supermarket around the corner and behind the Apt and an easy walk to the commercial centre and beach. The Apt has a fabulous solarium roof terrace with sun loungers , seats and coffee table which has privacy from neighbours and stretched canvas shelter with solar powered string lights which is a lovely space both in day time and evening. Accommodation is spacious, modern & comfortable recently refurbished and you have a private walled rear terrace, and a front sun terrace reached by a patio door. Modern Boiler providing plenty hot water when required .WIFI and Netflix excellent service. Apt very comfortable heat wise in late feb & march, however cant say what it may be like at height of season with no air conditioning available. Bath with shower rather than walk in shower and bathroom perhaps a little tired.
• Sue (8/5): Central location, comfortable apartment, friendly neighbours. - Location was very good. Our host even swopped our red wine for white wine, he was very friendly. Could have done with a toaster but not essential.
• Tony (8/5): Very good - Location excellent with a great Chinese just a 1 minute walk and a good supermarket 2 minutes. The quality of the apartment was excellent and very tasteful with a great roof terrace. I have only marked this down for a reason that will not probably affect all. There is a nightclub 10 metres from the bedroom which opens at 10pm and closes at 6am. Although it is well soundproofed there was a constant bass beat throughout the night. It would help if the bedroom access to the outside patio was maybe double glazed. All in all a beautiful apartment.
