Would recommend! - The lobby and rooms were very pleasant and well-decorated, the staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the breakfast spread was solid. All of the communication and airport pickup were really smooth and easy. I really enjoyed the location, which was close enough to major sights to make exploring easy but removed enough that I felt like I was genuinely in the city with locals. Just a tiny thing - I wish the breakfast didn't end so abruptly at 9:30, so I could have sat and savored my tea for a little longer.

The hotel is modern, very clean, and perfectly located close to everything. The rooms are surprisingly big, comfortable, and beautifully designed. What really made the difference was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive during our entire stay. The breakfast was absolutely awesome, with a very wide selection and great quality food every morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. We would definitely stay here again!

• Adam (9/5): Location great, staff very attentive , rooms excellent, clean and if you want a clean and comfortable space from the out - Great location in Hanoi. Very clean, quiet and spacious rooms. It’s a retreat from the hustle & bustling streets just outside. All staff were very attentive and friendly, eager to assist wherever possible. Breakfast in the Mezzanine level was excellent and covers any East / West food options. Do order the Pho to try! Hotel supervisor Nhi and her colleague ensured that everything that I needed was in order and also had rearranged airport transfer at last minute. I arrived super early and dropped off my bags at the property which was not a problem for these guys. The bar is located in the foyer/lobby and is a great place to start out your night or grab a beverage before calling it a day. Overall I can say the staff are the ones that made my stay most enjoyable. Exchanging Vietnam experiences/ tips with the Barman make all the difference. Nothing. More of a misunderstanding than a problem was that there is an open rooftop garden area that I thought had a bar aswell. No bar but you can take your drinks and enjoy up here.
• Rochelle (10/5): Perfect Oasis in Hanoi - The location was my favourite, as it was far enough out that there were only locals in the area and close enough so you could go into the French Quarter when you wanted to. The breakfast was delicious Vietnamese cuisine, in a beautiful setting. The rooms were spacious, modern and cleaned daily. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, I would go back just for their immaculate service!

Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, including a great bun cha place around the corner. Also a nice spa just a few steps down the street. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Perhaps just my personal preference and not really a dislike, but I got a room on the quiet side of the hotel - only window was in the bathroom - so it felt a bit claustrophobic and quiet. It was probably my fault for not paying attention to the booking

• Terence (8/5): This is a good hotel which could be a very good one. - Has more right to call itself a boutique hotel than most in its price range. The interior designers have been at work and so unfortunately have the marketing people. The staff are pleasant, attentive and well dressed. The housekeeping staff are excellent and the place is spotless. It’s well away from but within reach of the chaotic Old Quarter. Beds are good, pillows excellent. The hotel could be better and the following comments are meant to be constructive. The marketers have come up with a ludicrous and perhaps deliberately confusing designation for their rooms: CozySuperior room, Deluxe room city view, Premier room city view, Executive room city view. What does it all mean? Which is best? Superior to what? Only they know. What is certain is that the Cozy or Superior double room HAS NO WINDOWS. Like many before me I found I had booked -for four nights - a room with no windows. This was quite unacceptable and I protested strongly. After a huddle the nice front desk supervisor “upgraded” me to a room with a window overlooking a concrete area at the back and a fire escape. They say they have clarified the window issue on Booking but they haven’t. The hotel serves food from a limited but adequate menu until 10.00 pm (the food including breakfast at 200,000 vnd a day is not brilliant there) and has a bar complete with grand piano. The problem is no one drinks or eats there and the piano player is invisible. The facilities are parked in the reception area and the atmosphere is totally flat. You eat or drink looking at the lifts. The whole lot needs to be moved to the breakfast dining area on the M floor which is nice and unused after 9.30 am. The interior designers have come up with a room lighting system where after dark you can hardly see your hand in front of your face. All the lights are in the wrong place, it is difficult to read and impossible to work. The aircon control was too complicated for me, with no instructions.

• Alessandro (10/5): Even better the second time around ! - This is my second time reviewing this hotel, I only stayed for a brief night, but I was a returning guest and was still in the hotel system: let me tell you that the hotel went above and beyond to helps us in any way, with amazing kindness, everyone seemed overjoyed to know we had returned for a second time. They offered us a free ride to the airport (which is usually 20 usd) and allowed us to check out very late. Again the breakfast was amazing and the room outstanding. This is the first time I’ve written a second review ! Thank you to all of the staff !!
• Kevin (9/5): Superb - The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is good. It's a part of town you might miss if you weren't staying there but it is worth exploring and has good shopping options. The staff were all very helpful and professional. The room was rather narrow and didn't have specific storage space for luggage. A lot of the buildings in Hanoi are narrow.
• Alessandro (10/5): Sensational - Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, Alice in particular was outstanding and helped us throughout our stay. The hotel has a massive advantage: it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood away from the ever bustling city center, but still not too far from it. The neighborhood is obviously being developed, in a few years this will certainly be part of the center itself. Great breakfast with fresh pho, great staff all around including housekeepers, porters and chefs. This hotel will go the extra mile to help you: we couldn’t pick up the SIM cards we had booked at the airport during office hours , the hotel sent someone to pick them up for us free of charge ! Rooms are very spacious, you can really spread out, and you don’t hear noises from other rooms at least on higher floors (other hotels in Hanoi can be noisy) Don’t hesitate to book this place, this is my third time in Vietnam and have tried many hotels in the center of Hanoi. This is a good one.

• Genevieve (9/5): A great find for a good price! - Out of the hustle and bustle and about a 20 minute walk to the lake and the old quarter, this was a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast had lots of choices and many of the items changed daily. The front desk staff were very helpful as well. Good value for the room. Oh, and the bed was comfortable and the room had good A/C!

• Lukasz (10/5): very clean high standard hotel! great, yung and super friendly staff - great hotel! very firendly staff! high quality service! We travelled from noth to south Vietnam, being in around 8 hotels in Vietnam. I can clearly say that this hotel was the best one we have booked in our trip! They have prepared christmas party with lovely life music where also the girls from hotel were singing :) we've ordered 2 glasses of red wine and they didn't want money for that which was really nice. If we ever come back to Hanoi then for sure we will get T Boutique Hotel! thanks again for everything! Lukas and Bara!
