• Fiona (4/5): Dissatisfied - I booked this for family due to the great location but it’s really only suitable if you’re not bothered about cleanliness & just want to put your head down.This is their account of how they experienced the property. Even something simple like a lamp in the room as the people that stayed like to read. Handles missing & carpet should either be professionally cleaned or removed. Bathroom has paint peeling of the ceiling & I had to source toilet paper as it ran out. didn’t stay on the last night due to whoever else was in the property speaking loudly & on speaker at 7am in the morning.
• Valérie (6/5): Assez bien par rapport au prix. - Équipements suffisants. Lumineux. Personne très réactive pour les renseignements. Compliqué pour trouver l'endroit. La clé de la chambre n'y était pas, on a perdu du temps pour trouver une solution avec changement de chambre et clés le lendemain. Plutôt sale.

• Bianca (6/5): Disappointing - La zona piuttosto gradevole. Abbiamo prenotato la camera con bagno privato, pagando un sovrapprezzo, ma nella doccia non c'era l'acqua calda, cosa che ci ha costretti ad utilizzare il bagno in comune. Nonostante avessimo tempestivamente avvertito la struttura, il problema non è stato risolto. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo abbiamo raggiunto il luogo che ci avevano indicato per ritirare la chiave, ma la chiave non c'era. Per non parlare delle condizioni in cui abbiamo trovato la moquette in camera...sporca e piena di macchie.

• Marlon (1/5): - The staff. Unfortunately, this bookking didn't work out for me. The room I was in was trashed. I ended up getting an immediate refund. The staff were very accommodating in sorting this out quickly. As mentioned previously, this didn't work out for me but the management are very professional and on hand to sort out any issues swiftly.

• Rafal (1/5): Pobyt w obiekcie wyjątkowo nieudany, zdecydowanie nie spełnił podstawowych standardów komfortu ani czystości - Nic Niestety pobyt od 4 do 8 grudnia był bardzo rozczarowujący. Rezerwację robiłem w imieniu moich córek, dlatego tym bardziej zależało mi na odpowiednich warunkach. Niestety pokój okazał się w złym stanie technicznym i czystości. Wykładzina była brudna i miejscami dziurawa, na roletach znajdował się grzyb, a podobne ślady pleśni były także w łazience. Już pierwszego dnia zgłaszaliśmy brak papieru toaletowego, jednak mimo próśb nie został on uzupełniony – zastaliśmy jedynie resztki po poprzednich gościach. Dodatkowo przez cały pobyt nie było dostępu do ciepłej wody, a grzejniki pozostawały zimne, co znacznie utrudniało korzystanie z pokoju. Na potwierdzenie wszystkich uwag posiadamy zdjęcia. Niestety nie polecamy tego obiektu
• Paul (2/5): - Convenient to my sons flat Overall condition; Keys collection is messy. Physical room key though provided doesn't work. Internet is poor. Mattress not so comfortable. No toiletries for a shower. Few mugs in the kitchen. No complimentary drinks.. tea etc. Washer door not present Bath and tiles dirty as was the ventilation fan. No smoke alarms, really on a 3rd floor with a kitchen and multiple occupants!
• Piyawan (4/5): For this price, there are other places that are just as good and not far from the city either - The location here is very good, but I had to waste time walking to pick up the key myself This place has shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen, but the cleanliness is really poor. I stayed for two nights, and instead of emptying the trash bins and cleaning once or twice a day as expected, the garbage was left overflowing overnight without being taken care of
• Karina (2/5): - One advantage this room is localisation. The manager has been rude, not competitive, he neglects his job, especially the guests. At my first time after on-line checking, I had to looking for the key of building (85 Elgin) in the box in 54 Chippenham street that was empty -next, under a leaf on the ground in front building 85 Elgin where it wasn't also -the end under the window on the ground. I have got this key after 8 email, 2 phone callings and my information to menager about police. All case was during 5 hours. In flat not clair, small room, older furniture, not charge washingmachine, managers me requested to take care his clenair. My check-out was also not nice. He blaimed me that I lost the building's key and request to pay for that. I put this key in my flat after my check-out at 9 am. On my bus to airoport I got the texte at 10:02, so after deadline check-out . Elgin's managers sent me email and was requesting to put building's key in box at 54 Chippenham street. Next he blamed me about the losting the key, requested the many. This building's key was simple YALE key, despite he was wroting me, that the key was special and had to be made outside London etc. His drinking guest lost his key and I will been to pay for that (22 texts). Elgin's menager stopped bothering me when I answer my layer about situation and agree. The key fount in my room, it texted me my peer who stayed in flat. My advise -the contacting with Elaine's manager only via booking.com or layer. Owner this flat not life in England, his menager office in London neglect everyones and everythings.
• Sebastian (2/5): If you are gonna stay out all day and then just use it to sleep then sure yeah stay here - It was just a good location. Close to station. It’s just a spot to sleep. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the price but London is expensive. It was nice to have the window open at night for some fresh area. Balcony was cool spot to sit and watch The photos of the place were not actually accurate to what I was staying in. The carpet was stained, The bed was uncomfortable- you could feel the springs, the fireplace wasn’t exposed and open like that. Owners need to update the photos. The washer was also broken. One of the people staying there says it’s been like that for a couple weeks.
• Yisho Lin (5/5): - 跟住宿方溝通得不錯，住宿方也有把入住資訊跟app鑰匙傳給我 住宿地點不錯，附近治安感覺不錯，是寧靜的住宅區 大概走路七分鐘是地鐵站，其實蠻方便的 鑰匙真的有夠難拿，我一開始發送兩個 app鑰匙給我，用app就可以開門好方便! 結果整棟的大樓鑰匙還是要到走路10分鐘遠的地方去拿，拖著28吋大行李真的很不方便 環境有點不太好，廚房其實蠻亂的感覺沒有甚麼打掃 浴室也是，第一天到的時候甚至還沒有衛生紙，有跟客服反映，隔天晚上回來才有衛生紙 沒有吹風機也不太習慣，身為一個頭髮及胸的女性，不太敢洗頭，天氣蠻涼的 但至少客服溝通的很順暢

O cofre ficava no chão, necessitando abaixar ou se ajoelhar para digitar o código. Código errado, não conseguimos pegar a chave neste dia. Conclusão: perdemos uma noite e um dia. Não houve reparação e nem atenderam a nossa chamada. No dia seguinte informaram o código certo.

• George (3/5): I was so disappointed with my stay, I cannot recommend anyone else staying here. - Getting to the property and finding out that I had to walk to another property 10 min with all my luggage to get my key. No power, emailed thru to people and was told to how to fix it. I had to call them as to where the power box was. Fridge in kitchen was defrosting, it took days before it was cleaned up. Asked for clean linen after 5 days, was told I would be charged 35 pound for it. Washed it myself. The small bathroom shower did not work, toaster was broken, again told it was not there's so no replacement, no food bin for waste again emailed and I was told to find out who took it. I was told to leave the key in the room, take a photo and send thru to an email, Was the wrong email had to chase up again to get anther email off them.

• Gaetano (2/5): - Position My stay was very disappointing. The moquette was dirty, the walls showed visible cracks and the sink was clogged. The shower only provided cold water, Wi-Fi did not work most of the time and the key collection and management process was very confusing and poorly organized. Overall, the property is poorly maintained . I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
• Greg 972 (6/5): Logement qui bénéficie d'un bon rapport qualité prix et d'une bonne localisation. - Le logement se trouve à 15 minutes de commerces, de restaurants et d'une station de métro. Le quartier est calme et très agréable. Le logement est à un prix correct par rapport aux prix pratiqués dans les alentours. La récupération des clés s'effectue via une boîte à clés qui ne se trouve pas sur place. Les clés de toutes les chambres se trouvent dans la même boîte donc un autre locataire peut prendre les clés qui ne lui sont pas attribués. Il manque des tapis dans la salle de bain pour éviter d'avoir le sol trempé après les douches des autres locataires.

• Henning (2/5): Nicht wieder in dieser Unterkunft. - Die Wohnung ist ein Objekt nur um Geld zu verdienen. Die Teppichböden sind eine Zumutung. In der Dusche ging nur kaltes Wasser, man konnte aber noch ins andere Bad mit Badewanne ausweichen. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

• Doug (5/5): Not perfect, but convenient. - The bed was comfortable. The location was great, and it was quiet. The furniture was less than adequate. The sink in the bathroom was extremely small, and the shower temperature was hard to control. There weren't enough plates and cups in the shared kitchen. It's misleading because it seems like it describes a kitchen in the actual suite.
• Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - No breakfast provided. Key had to be picked up at a separate location, which was a burden to walk to when carrying heavy bags. Another tenant had to help me find the lockbox despite landlord instructions. The bathroom and kitchen contained leftover dry goods and bath products from prior tenants that was both useful and weird.
• Anonymous (3/5): Poor - Nice neighbourhood. Check in was difficult, having to go to another address, especially with several bags and relying on the tube. The messaging made it seem like someone would meet you at the address. Room was on the small side. Neighbours weren’t aware the property was being sublet either, and weren’t particularly happy.
• Miller (9/5): Superb - Good location, quiet and clean. All amenities available. Check in process. I was not told until I walked 0.6 mikes with all my baggage that I would have to walk another 0.6 miles to go get the key and then 0.6 miles back again to enter.
• Katz (1/5): Never stayed. - Online description did not fit place! Did NOT say "SHARED FLAT" and 3 story walkup.NEVER STAYED THERE! wife coul not walk stairs. WANT REFUND!!! See above.
• Hugh (3/5): Extremely disappointing - Linen was clean. Location is really convenient. Not even sure where to start on this, really not a positive experience. I arrived at around 15h15 after walking a fair distance to pick up the keys from a remote location. I arrived to find none of the rooms marked, so a process of door knocking and key testing until I found the right room. In fact I missed the room initially as it the door was open and it still looked inhabited. Shortly after sending a message to the host, a cleaning lady arrived. Another lady arrived and it was clear there was something wrong in the room. They went into the bathroom and took a wet towel into my room and closed the door. Whilst waiting for whatever was going on inside there, I got to stand in the kitchen to wait. There is an allocated cupboard in the kitchen for each room. I opened my cupboard to find old food in there that had clearly been there a while. The ladies came out again and declared the room "clean". The room I was allocated is definitely not one of the pictures advertised for the venue, it was tiny, walls were dirty, the cupboard handles were broken and because I'm taller than the cleaner, could see used cutlery lying on top of the cupboard. I had no choice to sleep there the first night, woke to a dirty bathroom (not the host's fault, just one of the other communal guests). I promptly packed my stuff and left immediately to find alternate accommodation for the next night. I understand the need for affordable accommodation, but this is just not acceptable. The host could easily make this accommodation ok with some maintenance and regular cleaning, but it's clear this is not a priority.

• Nandor (10/5): Great located quite place - Super location to go pretty much everywhere with nice looking surroundings. Definitely nice for younger people. Honestly only could have used a garage bin in the room since im pretty lazy at night. The rooms arent crazy high standard however for that price they are more than enough.
