Gabriel (10/5): Gostei bastante! Muito aconchegante e completo. - A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e muito discreta. Tivemos um probleminha "técnico" e ela resolveu de maneira muito rápida e sem nos incomodar em absulutamente nada. Está de parabéns! Recomendo. Pouquíssimas vagas disponíveis no prédio, o carro dormiu um dia na rua e no outro dentro do prédio. Recomendo que estacionem antes das 19h na vaga interna para garantir.

Kathryn (10/5): Nice, comfy. - The non-madego apartments like this one tend to be much better cared for, better equipped, and homey. That said, the AC and refrigerator, though new and eco-friendly, make a lot of crazy noises at night. Also, and this is general of the apartments on levels 14 and 15 at least, they have tons of those tiny ants in the kitchen. They must live in the walls, and it certainly isn't the apartment owner's fault. But, don't leave any bolos out like I accidently did one night.
Kathryn (10/5): Perfect stay in a gorgeous, modern, brand-new apartment! - The apartment and building are brand new, so everything felt modern, clean, fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. We used the kitchen to cook many meals, which was nice. The location was also fantastic as everything (restaurants, grocery store, parks, shopping, etc.) were also very close and accessible. I can't get over the views from the room, either; they are stunning. The apartment owner was also very responsive and helpful. The amenities offered in the building were also great, and I used the gym every day. Heads up! When you book the laundry room they give you a four hour time block, which I thought was odd, UNITL I found out that they are AI-enhanced, eco washing machines that take into account the size of the load, level of clean needed, etc., and the cycles are VERY slow. You will need the full four hours, so if you don't want to wait up until midnight for the load you put in at 8pm, plan accordingly (haha)
