• Igor (6/5): - Znakomita lokalizacja - 3 minuty do stacji metra (dwie linie w tym Oedo Line, której trasa to pętla w centralnej części Tokyo). Czysty pokój. Pierwsza istotna uwaga - wbrew nazwie to nie jest hotel tylko budynek z apartamentami na wynajem. W związku z tym nie ma recepcji, ani możliwości przechowania bagażu. Mikroskopijny pokój (znacznie mniejszy niż wynika to ze zdjęć; nie mam przekonania czy deklarowana powierzchnia była zgodna z rzeczywistością) - trudno się przecisnąć między łóżkami a ścianą oraz przejść na balkon. Stolik tylko na balkonie (jeżeli jest ciepło to ok; gdyby było zimno, to nie ma gdzie się napić herbaty)

• Camilla (8/5): Comodo per spostarsi e per essere totalmente autonomi - È un classico appartamento giapponese, molto piccolo ma accogliente e con tutto l’occorrente. Comodissimo per là metro e per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti Shinjuku. Non si trova propriamente a Shinjuku, ma molto vicino.

• Marianne (1/5): Don’t waste your money on terrible customer service and an unclean apartment. - The location - about 10 minute walk from the Shinjuku station. Lots of action nearby. The staff were late to meet us even though a meeting time had very clearly been agreed upon, and then when I expressed frustration with this, they were unapologetic and quite rude. Truly, I’ve never experienced such bad customer service with accommodation in my life. Also, the place was quite dirty - pigeon poop all over the windows, smears on the bathroom mirror, the shower was dirty (black smudges on the ceiling that came off easily when I rubbed at one - evidently just hadn’t been cleaned). Might as well have stayed at the APA just a few steps down the road.
• Guillermo (8/5): - EL apartamento es para cuatro personas, pero nosotros eramos dos y no nos parecio amplio. Se me ocurre que si fueran cuatro solo seria para dormir y en unas camas que no son amplias. Esta ubicado en una avenida pero no esta señalizado por lo que es un tanto dificil de encontrar. Una persona va para recibirte. Te piden que les digas la hora exacta de tu arribo, pero eso es imposible. Nunca se sabe a que hora va a llegar el avion y tampoco sabes cuanto te va a llevar hacer los tramites en el aeropuerto y el viaje hasta el lugar. Esto hace que recien puedas indicarle la hora cuando estas cerca y que cuando llegues no haya nadie y tengas que esperar. En nuestro caso la espera fue de diez minutos. El apartamento esta bien equipado. Los pasillos no tienen ventana ni vidrio, es decir que dan directamente al exterior. En nuestro caso que viajamos en invierno esto hacia que al salir al pasillo debieramos enfrentar un frio intenso. Buena la ubicacion. Se deberia mejorar la forma de recibir al pasajero. Señalizar mejor la entrada. Cerrar los pasillos supongo que es complicado y en realidad esto solo afecta a los que viajan en invierno.
• Melissa (9/5): We really enjoyed out time here, it was comfortable and easy walking distance to the train station. - This room was compact and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and in a fantastic location - close to the train station, restaurants and other attractions, and there was minimal outside noise.
• Iromi (1/5): Disgusting customer service. - Rude & aggressive owner who called & abused us because we were 30 minutes (late due to flight delays). Terrible & frightening experience which I would never wish for any other guest. Also it’s NOT a hotel! It’s a tiny apartment, despite its name.

• Geovana Compiani (5/5): Apartamento bom para 2 pessoas com sono pesado - A localização é muito boa, fica perto de uma entrada de metrô (3min a pé), já tinha todos os produtos que precisávamos no banheiro, pia, etc. O apartamento era limpo e tinha uma sacada que dava pra ver a rua. O apartamento deve ficar perto de algum hospital, passava ambulância a cada 15min que atrapalhava o sono. A cama é muito pequena pra dividir, da pra dormir em dois porém não muito confortável.

• Evert (8/5): Value for your money! Location is all. - The apartment was centrally located and friendly staff! It was limited in size for a group of 3. The beds for 2 persons are small and there is not a lot of space, but as we were out all the time it was not the worst. The availability of the terrace did help. It could have been cleaner though ;)

• Nina (8/5): Super Apartment für 4 Nächte in Tokyo - Die zentrale Lage in Shinjuku ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum trubeligen Tokyo. Es ist definitiv keine ruhige Gegend, aber für Tokyo genau das richtige. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Balkon hat uns gute Dienste als Esszimmer geleistet. Im Apartment selbst ist eher kein Platz außer auf den Betten (dies ist durch die Bilder aber auch erkennbar). Ein Geschirrhandtuch zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs wäre super gewesen, ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war Tokyo-like.

• Pablo (9/5): - La ubicación y la comunicación fue muy clara desde el principio Realmente no es para 4 adultos el departamento. Las camas son pequeñas como para compartir. Se entiende que es solo para dormir ya que estas todo el dia afuera, pero si son 4 adultos, el departamento es chico.

• Marco (7/5): stanza troppo stretta per 4 persone ma grazie all'aiuto dell'assistente tutto è andato bene - il supporto del referente (Albert ?) è stato davvero ottimo e ci ha permesso di sistemarci meglio nel nostro soggiorno, trovando una seconda stanza con pochissimo preavviso. grazie mille 1 la stanza è decisamente troppo piccola per 4 persone e l'aria condizionata sparata sul letto crea non pochi problemi. Per fortuna l'assistente ci ha aiutato molto trovandoci una seconda stanza e così dividendoci siamo stati molto bene
• Jose Carlos (4/5): Pequeño y sucio - Ubicación en una avenida amplia, a unos 10 minutos de una parada de metro, cerca de la zona concurrida de Shinjuku aunque no en todo el mogollón Habitación sucia, las toallas olían mal. Muy pequeño, eramos 4 y se supone que la habitación era cuádruple, pero apenas teníamos sitio para movernos. Difícil de encontrar. Check-in complicado, al llegar no teníamos código y la comunicación con el dueño era por WhatsApp, pero nos hicieron esperar más de 1 hora en la puerta para poder entrar

• Elf (8/5): - The appartment is well located to visit Tokyo, near to metro stations and very near to Shinjuki where you can go out until late. There are many restaurants around. The balcony is quite small as compared to the photos and we were on the 2nd floor which gives on a road and direct windows and many pigeons flying around. So you cannot really use the balcony though a table and chairs are provided. And the aircon is just there so it's even hotter there (it was during the heat wave).

• Doug (9/5): Excellent location and facilities. - Great location and facilities. The apartment had great space overall but the bedroom area was a little tight. It was fine for two people but more than that would be too cramped.

• Akshata (7/5): Good - The location They could have kept the balcony clean n neat. It was full of things like bucket, dirty cloth, broom,etc. Also there was no dining table. The table provided was more like a study table. The toilet was not upto japan standard.

• Di (5/5): My stay was uncomfortable and so disappointed due to a lack of basic amenities, poor cleanliness, and faulty fixtures. I - Only the shower head is okay! No chair/table inside; very plain toilet without intelligent toilet which is even available in public places in Japan; the hanger in balcony is too low to hang clothes; washing machine is too loud and noisy; no hook in bathroom for towels or clothes when showering; not clean enough with hairs in fridge and bedding looked quite old and felt uncomfortable; curtain cannot be closed and sliding on the right side is broken.

• Madhushan (6/5): Good location, okay facilities. - The place is in a good location. The staff was friendly and showed us around the room. The place was clean. The staff refused to provide another sheet or another pillow and did not give a reason why. We were travelling with a baby and that would have been helpful. The mattress did not have a mattress cover and we thought that was not very hygienic. The toilet did not have a Japanese toto washlet like all the other places we stayed. The room was a bit small but we understand this is common in Tokyo.
