Please, ensure the wifi i - Cleanliness, Coziness, the kitchen area and easy access to underground station and bus station The WiFi didn’t work throughout my stay inspite of complaint and commitment that it will be fixed.
- Alexis (2/5): Lots of potential if maintained well but that’s not the case at the moment. - Location was great. Appartment looked nice but is not well maintained. There was no hot water. No heating. (Boiler and electricity had a notice of ‘not approved’) No linnen for the sofa bed. We had the feeling that the linnen on the bed were not washed. The appartment did not smell freshly. The owner only started doing something after we called booking.com. He said he would send a plumber but we did not want to take the risk and changed hotels.

The property was not well cleaned and the owner unfortunately did not mention in the description that the flat on the third floor which was not satisfactory for my experience especially I’m traveling with 4 large luggage. In addition, there was no Heater and water heater systems which really shocked me and I’ve mentioned that to the owner.

- Ck (7/5): Good - Fairly nice apartment, in a nice area. Cleaning was not great, bathroom still had a layer of dust. On given notice of the situation, the host didn't do anything. But good there were some cleaning utilities in the apartment. Apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator and a narrow staircase.
- Mia (1/5): Complete waste of money - The apartment had no heating , no hot water , and no WiFi. I complained and no one bothered to help even though they said they would. No one even replied when I said how bad the stay was. I couldn’t even have a shower because the boiler was completely broken. I didn’t like that there was no heating/ hot water or WiFi. And hosts didn’t care. Literally ignored me
