• Adriane85 (3/5): Totally not as in the photos. - Maybe location. It was one of the reasons I did choose to book it. Simply dirty. Dirty walls , chipped wood floor , chipped floors , dirty faucets. I did choose to find another place to stay. The things that you see in the photos are there but simply dirty. Looks like 10 years ago with no maintenance at all.
• Paula (2/5): - The Bed and the ubication Where do I even begin? The apartment is well located, close to the metro and the city centre. However, once you enter the building—which, by the way, is in very poor condition and has a front door that doesn’t even close properly—the issues start immediately. The main door of the apartment has a broken lock and also doesn’t close unless you use the key. The photos shown online do not match reality at all. The bathroom is right next to the entrance door, separated from the bedroom. The listing says the apartment has heating, but that is simply not true. There are only electric heaters, and the duvet provided doesn’t even cover the whole bed. Even with all that, the real shock came when we arrived to find the apartment completely dirty: cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling, dust everywhere, and an unvacuumed floor. We were so uncomfortable with the state of the place — and since no one was taking responsibility — that we ended up having to vacuum the floor ourselves. I contacted the host immediately, and they told me that someone would come in the morning to clean and put the apartment in proper condition. Spoiler: that never happened. I feel scammed and misled. We paid for an apartment in good condition — this was far from it. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy, and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Honestly, I believe we should be refunded for the poor service and unacceptable conditions. That said, the bed and pillow were comfortable — the only positive aspect.

• Hadji momeni (6/5): - Die Wohnung war sauber und die Ausstattung fast vollständig. Sie war sehr nah an der U-Bahn-Station und an Einkaufszentren. Das Gebäude war sehr alt und sogar das Treppenhaus war ziemlich unheimlich. Nachts gab es viel Lärm.
• Peter (7/5): Good Value - Very spacious and nicely furnished. Definitely appreciated the stocked kitchen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A bit of an ant problem, and hot water pot needed a good cleaning. The entrance could definitely benefit from some updating.

• Johann (2/5): Sad end to a holiday - Bed was comfortable and the bedding and bath towels were clean. Entry to building has intercom but door latch is missing and therefore want lock. Front door of unit has to be slammed to latch and must be key locked for privacy. Toilet door lock has no latch and therefore can not be closed. Bathroom door same as toilet, the shower had mold in the corners, floor was not cleaned. Exhaust fan is clogged with fluff and dead insects. The floor of the unit was not clean but when I called, the cleaners where sent again, better this time. At this stage I can't tell if the problem is not enough cleaning or the cleaners have a very low standard of cleanliness. The kitchen sink tap was not attached to the bench but just hanging there. There was no sink plug and dishes were not particularly clean and there was no teetowel to dry them. The building foyer was dusty and dirty. All in all it ended up a poor end to our great three week holiday. The unit desperately needs some maintenance before it is rented.
• Anthony (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was nicely made and comfortable. The kitchen area and equipment were all in place and good. The toilet was clean as well. The apartment isn't far from the station, which was good as well. The vent in the bathroom was extremely dirty, and so were the floors. I don't believe the room floor was cleaned at all. My goodness, the cobwebs in the room above the windows and kitchen area were excessive. Found a few cockroaches as well. The worst of it all was the communication with the host regarding not having hot water to shower. Several emails and messages to the host to at least show us where to turn on the water boiler fell on deaf ears. We had cold showers throughout our stay, and I must say there should have been a written sign to tell how to work the water boiler. Absolutely unprofessional. The WiFi was there, but we couldn't connect to it. Tried several times still it didn't work. For any guests looking to stay, if the host doesn't send you details with pictures on how to turn on the water heater, avoid staying in this apartment...
