Josiana (8/5): - O apartamento é bonito e bem localizado. Infelizmente, há uma responsabilização pelos donos do imóvel por tudo. A limpeza está incluída, por óbvio, mas teve cobrança extra por metade de um.picolé que esquecemos de tirar do freezer e por duas travessas de caldos que não tivemos tempo de tomar. Tiramos lixo, não deixamos loucas a lavar, aceitamos ficar sem toalhas suficientes, mas fazem cobranças extras, sensação de estar sempre insuficientes. Não vale. Minha família é super educada, fizemos sempre o possível, e sempre será insuficiente. Se estiverem dispostos a fazer uma faxina completa pagando o preço que cobram, vale.
