• Paulo (1/5): Bad - They sent me the wrong door code, so it was impossible to get in. After a long wait other guests arrived and let me go im. When the owner arrived ,instead of aplogising for the mistake, he asked me to cancel the reservation at my own expense, what I didn't of course.. Very arrogant people. Many people and many rrooms in the house, and only one toilet and one shower. When you go to the toilet remember to bring your toilet paper. Large room ?! See the photos. Relation quality/price very very poor..
• Ping (4/5): I stayed in the spacious bedroom at the uncomfortable and dirty environment - Spacious bedroom , living and dining room is quite good for us to stay for two weeks. A lot of deficit services of building property as follows: 1) Flatmates are unfriendly to us and did not greet to us all the time. 2) No general cleaning the trash at kitchen at the last week. 3) No general cleaning the trash at bathroom at the last week. 4) No toilet paper supply at the bathroom toilet at the last week. 5) Kitchen cutttery and utensil is limited not as stated in the advertisement description. 6) No luggage is left allowed when you check out

• Harden (9/5): Very nice house, plenty of room and great location - Very nice space, big room, comfortable and quiet house. Everything I asked for was promptly provided. Fully equipped kitchen, nice lounge space. Didn't have anyone else in the house with us most of the time although they were around. 15 mins walk to finch Station, 40 mins tube to union. I was dubious on arrival at the street location/ area, thought it might be dodgy, but it wasn't. Very quiet neighbourhood. Would not hesitate to stay again. Nothing really.

• Zuleyka (6/5): I did not like the stay, and it was my fault for not reading good that it was a shared house. I did not enjoy my stay! - Clean It was far, shared bathroom. Noisy floors and can hear other tourists that is staying there talking.

• Nabil (7/5): Good - Location. Room is spacious. Bed is not comfortable. It could be improved with a higher quality mattress. Communication is not adequate. I couldn't get answers before reservation and before doing the online check in. I could hear people talking past midnight. It was not possible to understand what is I am booking, or how many people are or would be in the house. There's nothing about parking require talking to another renter so that neither one of use block the other.

• Iris (9/5): Superb - The room really is spacious and the house itself is really cute. We used the kitchen as well as the living room and the porch together with the other guests. The house is about 20 mins walk from the subway and apart from that's there is everything you need also in walking distance (supermarket/ timmys/ restaurants) I felt truly like home and definitely will come back next time I'm in Toronto. An update on the mattress would be great at some point but it's not that I did not like it ... Just sometimes to consider:)

The toilet was not that clean when we arrived he had a couple already there. There were dot on the toilet and on the sink. Paper that could help to clean. I contacted the owner they never answer or even give excuse juste ignore me

• Anh (10/5): Perfect for a short stay while you're in the city:) - The place was just like how it was described: spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The price was reasonable for a couple for one night. The kitchen had everything that you would need to prepare some basic meals. I didn't have the chance to use the dining and living room but it looked neat and tidy too. The bathroom was what I loved the most; clean and huge:) The only thing I would say was the location was a bit inconvenient to travel on foot/by transit since there were just a few options to commute to the place.
