House was good and location was everythi - Property was good, fenced in, functional and convenient to fishing creeks, shops, lake etc. Finding the correct house, the address was 15 but it was 15A we were staying at.
Wifi was no good, barely used it as the connection was not working.

- Hannah (8/5): Conveniently located and well priced for a quick overnight stay. - The property is a simple, conveniently located, suburban granny flat. Space to park your car off street, which was convenient, although the driveway is a little narrow.

- Surinder (7/5): Good accommodation with adequate facilities, need clear signage for house entry - Good accommodation with adequate facilities. Rooms, Kitchen, common area, bathroom etc. were clean and nicely decorated. The owner was nice to pick up phone and also responded clearly about my query. Lack of clarity about keys and entry to the house. Very confusing to find as they are in front of the house on a pole. Need better signage or should put box on entry wall. A bit misleading advertisement, it is a granny flat at the back of main house, need to mention this clearly. Also during rains the deck adjoining the exit of flat gets completely wet and water comes inside if you do not close all front doors or when you go outside, and driveway is not well maintained or smooth either.
No milk and black tea provided though there was small coffee jar and green tea. It does not cost much, every hotels, Air BNB's provide this, some even exceed expectation by putting something in refrigerator for guests. Very disappointing as you have to go a km to get milk and black tea from Supermarket.

- Cheyenne (5/5): Passable - On first appearance it had everything we needed and the bed was set up nicely on arrival with towels etc. The only negative, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was left over soap in the shower from previous person, soap scum and floor matts were dirty, bin had previous persons rubbish in as well.
