Ben (8/5): Cozy, clean, comfortable stay in Muskoka! - The “Stay Inn” felt cozy and intimate. It was great to practically drive up to our door, the rooms were up-to-date, incredibly clean and functional. Communication with the staff was excellent. When we first arrived, we had a little trouble with the code to our room. We received a call, and another staff person came to our door to re-program the lock immediately. During our stay, we booked the sauna and the staff had it heated, left us robes, and sent us word when it was ready! We really did enjoy our stay. There could be a little more sound-proofing between rooms or between the room and the outer deck/walkway. Happily, there wasn’t much foot-traffic during our stay, but we could still hear every person arriving and leaving. The foam beds were quite comfy in the middle, but too soft around the edges- it felt like you could fall out!

Maisha (8/5): A cute spot to stay to explore the area. - The staff were very accommodating and the room was amazing, a great location for seeing some local spots. They even made a cute little towel animal for my sisters birthday:) The hot tub was not available as it was cold, even when staff tried to accommodate and fix it.

Carol (5/5): - This is what we didn't like: The door would not lock when leaving the room. There was no one at the facility. I called the number but could not reach anyone. There were no perks. The snacks in the room were not free, there was no breakfast included. There were no extra blankets. The bed was of low quality, it seemed, so we had back aches in the morning. There were no written instructions for the TV and phone, so people who are older have difficulty unless you are savvy using cell phones. So all in all, it was an ok place to stay but we had no TV and only one small chair for reading, so it wasn't good value for the money. There was a train close by, so loud noises. We didn't hear any while we were sleeping. This is what we liked: It looked clean and new.

Rotem Paz (4/5): Disappointing. - New and clean rooms. 1. The location is literally on a major train railways. The train is loud and the walls are shaking when it passes. It passed several times during the night which resulted in a very BAD night sleep. 2. The shower is very basic but more importantly it is not warmed and the water are not warm enough for a decent shower. Brrrrrr 3. There's an automatic light between the rooms which goes on according to motion. It was really disturbing to us but there was no way to turn it off. 4. We booked a mini apartment for 6 people, but there were only 4 towels. 5. Outside pictures are misleading. There's no real outside, its just a parking lot with a piece of grass you see in the picture on the listing.

It was spacious and not cluttered with extra furnishings and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the little "mini bar" even if I didn't indulge! Y'all gotta fix the toilet seat in room 205. I almost died when I sat down, I thought I was going to slide onto the floor! LOL Seriously though, tighten that up! I'm very surprised the cleaners didn't do that, because it's very simple to do and would have been very annoying when cleaning the toilet seat.

Rick (8/5): - They use a self check in format which was very smooth and convenient. The room was simple, clean and well maintained. We asked for a luggage rack for our suitcase, and although it isn't something they provide, the staff very generously and graciously found a small bench for us to use to keep the suitcase off the bed or the beautiful new furniture. I would recommend this lodging for a short visit to Gravenhurst. Be aware that the built in safe listed on their reservation site was missing from our room, so if this is important to your stay, be sure to ask.

Across the road from a a great pub with good food & drinks. Room entry should advise you to "x" to clear info before entering your code.

Patricia (6/5): - The room itself was cute and clean - nicely decorated. There was a "deodorant" smell that was very over powering and made both of us congested. Any smelly deodorant is toxic to breathe. Perhaps just a clean room is all that is needed. The mattress had quite the lump in the middle - perhaps needed turning. The cleaners were very noisy in the rooms close by. I was trying to nap before we continued the next leg of our journey and they were noisy talking loudly and laughing and even tried to open our room at 10:15 while we were napping. Check out was 11. They knocked and continued to open the door immediately.

It sits right next to the railroad and on a busy main street with constant traffic, making it quite noisy. The building itself is not soundproof, so every step, tap running, or toilet flush from the upstairs unit could be heard throughout the night. While the unit itself was in good condition, the overall experience did not match the price. For the level of noise and the lack of peace and privacy, the accommodation felt far too expensive. Definitely not worth the cost given the location.

I hate to put a compliant here cause the room was great, we're just sensitive to light when we're sleeping and they have a bright spot-light just outside the front door and another just outside the rear window which the curtain couldn't contain. Otherwise yea it was a great stay.
