• JANE (5/5): Perfect for a one night stay on our Camino ingles route ! - We chose this property because it was on our Camino route, so this was perfect. The room itself was clean and the beds super comfortable . Simple room but for that price I can’t complain ! The staff were friendly but not well trained ! There is no manager onsite to help! Everything took forever , dinner at 8pm but the restaurant was not open ! We ordered a gin tonic but they ladies had no idea how to make it and used a barcadi instead !

Rooms were pleasant The reception area and dinning room was very ‘clinical’ When we arrived the dining area was very busy with lunch service. As no other local options we decided to have evening meal which was a mistake. We were the only ones there, over half the menu was not available, we then received the wrong food which was just okay

• Francesca (9/5): Ottima scelta - Hotel un po' isolato ma perfetto per il cammino inglese, è distante 100 m dal cammino. Siamo arrivate la domenica pomeriggio e intorno era tutto chiuso. L'hotel ha il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato lì, tutto buono a prezzi onestissimi. Non avendo inclusa la colazione, forse un po' cara come in tutti gli hotel. Di fronte c'è un bar che apre alle 06.00, abbiamo mangiato lì. La stanza è accogliente e abbastanza comoda, anche il bagno molto.comodo. Niente di negativo. Forse aggiungere il phon nelle stanze, tuttavia lo abbiamo chiesto e ci è stato dato senza problemi

• Kerry (5/5): Disappointing - Room was clean and comfy. Hotel is directly on the camino. Our bathroom smelt like a sewer, and as there are no staff on reception it wasn't possible to change the room. We ate at the hotel and were the only people there. We were sent a menu to pick what we wanted to eat via WhatsApp in the afternoon - with hindsight we should have bought food from the supermarket next door. A real shame.

El restaurante de al lado hace buena comida y abre a las 6 de la mañana . Justo al lado hay varios supermercados La ubicación es un polígono industrial , el hotel tiene buena apariencia pero en el mantenimiento está justito así como en la limpieza .. La chica que nos atendió era muy correcta.

• Jesús (9/5): Estancia cómoda y bien ubicada para descubrir la zona - Buena ubicación, perfecta tanto para visitar ciudades cercanas como para disfrutar de excursiones por la naturaleza en la zona. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y bien cuidadas, y la habitación resulta cómoda y funcional, con todo lo necesario para una estancia práctica.

• Daniel (7/5): Calidad precio más o menos razonable pero mucha espera para que te atiendan - La zona estaba muy cerca para comprar y para ir a donde quería ir El personal al estar el personal en la cafetería, para poder entrar a la habitación tienes que esperar bastante a que te atiendan si es que te atienden, yo pulse la campanita que tienen como 10 veces cada vez que la pulsaba esperaba alrededor de 2 minutos, creo que es conveniente poner a otro personal para que atienda las llegadas al hotel así no pondrán reseñas como la mía

Non c’erano le tapparelle alla finestra; la ragazza alla reception, per quanto amabile e disponibile, era sprovvista di informazioni che venivano gestite tramite whatsapp. La colazione avrebbe dovuto essere a buffet ma non ho trovato nulla di esposto e non ho potuto scegliere. Le opzioni dolci non erano contemplate. La posizione è sul cammino inglese ma a 4km da Fene e a 6km da Pontedeume, quindi un po’ troppo in là per una tappa intermedia. Andrebbe specificato sul sito che la domenica è tutto chiuso intorno, anche nello stesso hotel, quindi si rischia di restare senza acqua e senza cibo
• Jan (2/5): No tenía papel higiénico en la habitación. - Ubicación cercana a donde necesitaba ir. Limpieza de la habitación. No tenía papel higiénico. Ni en el dispensador ni en el armario. Al no haber recepción ni cuando llegué ni cuando salí, no pude comentarlo. Después de hacer la reserva, a pesar de tener como teléfono un número móvil, llamé en más de 5 ocasiones y no me atendieron. Al final devolvieron la llamada.

• Mari (8/5): - No frills hotel with clean rooms by the camino trail. Just a word of caution, check in and entry into the hotel is done remotely. You have to call a number to get the PIN to enter the hotel. Your key card is at the reception desk (no staff). It would have been okay had the key card work the first time. We had to call again to let them know the card was not working. They had to send someone to let us inside our room. Otherwise, our stay was good. Wifi wasn’t working

Aber frischer Orangensaft. Ohne Frühstück würde ich es vielleicht wieder buchen. Wenn das Handy funktioniert. Denn einchecken konnte ich nur mit Hilfe eines anderen Gastes. Mein Handy hatte dort keinen Empfang.

• Luz Del Carmen (10/5): Atención esmerada de la recepcionista - La chica de recepción hizo la gran diferencia, me ayudo con la recogida de la mochila, imprimió y enmico la etiqueta, Hablo con los de correos porque no aparecía en la lista el hoteles. Nos oriento a donde comprar comida para cenar ya que no nos gusto el menú que ofrecían ahí. Nos facilito calentarla en el microondas, Es un verdadero encanto de persona, Ojala que sus jefes sepan apreciarla.

• Janis (7/5): Simple accommodation but no service on a Sunday - Clean, modern, simple, located not far off the Camino so a handy stop if break needed before Pontedeume Restaurant closed completely. Critical as only place open nearby was as station. I had messaged and emailed 3 times to reserve dinner and had a written reply confirming that was no problem. No means of even getting a cup of coffee!

• JOSE ANGEL (8/5): - La ubicación está bastante apartada, en un polígono, aunque estábamos haciendo el camino de Santiago y nos importaba poco. Cuando llegamos, a las 18 no había nadie y menos mal que otro cliente nos abrió la puerta principal. Ya dentro volvimos a llamar y nos dijeron que habían dejado las tarjetas en la recepción.
• MARÍA (8/5): Hotel moderno y funcional ubicado en zona industrial - Las camas eran comodísimas y el baño moderno y funcional El hotel está en el medio de una zona industrial en la que no hay nada, solo supermercados, naves, una gasolinera, y poco más. El supermercado Gadis echa basura en la puerta del hotel, que hace que huela mal a la entrada
• Julia Doherty (7/5): Fab location, wonderful staff, but understaffed. - You really can’t fault the rooms, the location, or the dedication of the staff. Our group of 10, walking the Camino Inglés trail, were all very happy with the accommodation. One lady in particular (Marie, I believe) was outstanding. When one of my walkers collapsed from heat exhaustion, she immediately phoned for an ambulance and translated the conversation between the paramedics and me. She was calm, efficient, and incredibly supportive throughout. On top of that, she single-handedly managed reception, ran the bar, took orders, cooked dinner, and—judging by how things were set up—likely even handled the washing up. She was the only member of staff on duty, yet she was absolutely brilliant. We were disappointed to see that the staff were left to manage everything on their own. When we arrived, there was just one lady running the entire hotel—covering reception, bar service, cooking, and taking orders. The following morning, another lady was left in the same position for breakfast. We chose not to stay for breakfast, as she didn’t speak English and some American guests told us it had taken them nearly an hour just to get a coffee. With a group of 10, we decided to go across the road instead. It’s such a shame, as the hotel itself has great potential, but leaving staff to handle everything single-handedly really lets it down.

• mireia (8/5): - Todo muy bien. Las instalaciones muy limpias y confortables, además el personal muy atento. Si estas haciendo el camino muy bien ubicado para comenzar a andar al día siguiente aunque apartado del pueblo.
• Christel (5/5): - Es gab ein modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Außerhalb von Fene gelegen scheint man hier in Nähe eines Industriegebiet Reisende das Geld aus der Tasche locken zu wollen.
• Néstor (7/5): - La habitación era silenciosa y las camas cómodas. La ducha estaba sucia. El desayuno es muy escaso, bollería industrial y embutido de mala calidad, por el precio que tiene no merece la pena pagarlo.
• Jose Maria (9/5): Estancia de una semana cerca de la casa de un familiar - Soy intolerante a varios alimentos. No utilicé los servicios de desayuno o comidas. El personal fue muy amable y educado. Escasa iluminación en la vía pública.

Está en un polígono, por la noche no hay nada que hacer, eso si puedes comprar en supermercados de marcas reconocida, cuando cierren despídete de la vida , todo cerrado
