- Denis (6/5): not suitable for families with children - terrace These apartments are not suitable for a family. If you plan to stay here with your family and children, you'd better find something else. The elevator is so small that only two people can fit. Luggage, strollers and children won't fit. The elevator doesn't go to the floor where the apartments are located, so you'll have to carry your things up another floor. The apartments are old, and all the equipment is quite old, the terrace is dirty and all in cigarette butts. The owners will not forget to mention you about the fines, but will not take care to do so that you do not get a fine
