• Nika (9/5): Top appartement; lekker ruim, voorzieningen zijn fijn, goede locatie en een hele fijne host! - De host was echt mega aardig en behulpzaam! Bij aankomst hebben we even telefonisch kennis gemaakt en eigenlijk gedurende het hele verblijf was de host altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Verder was het appartement super ruim, voorzien van veel gemakken en was de locatie echt top. Wij hebben hier een hele lekkere vakantie gehad. Er waren een paar dingen die ons wel opvielen, maar dit was eigenlijk gelijk gefixt met de host. Dus dat was super fijn! Verder zou ik het aan iedereen aanraden.

I came to Rome to celebrate my 40th birthday and even got help arranging helium balloons for the apartment. The place was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect location near the Vatican, with easy metro access. Clear check-in instructions and great communication throughout our stay. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment or service. Thank you for making my birthday trip so special :)

The apartment is bright, clean, and very comfortable, with comfortable beds and everything in perfect working order and well taken care of. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and all the main sights are within easy reach. The hosts were attentive, caring, and always quick to respond. We truly felt cared for and very welcome . Thank you very much and we would love to come back.

Spacious apartment with enough room for all of us (we were two families, 8 people in total), hosts were very nice and kind, available for all our needs and trying to make our time in Rome pleasant. Location was very good, there’s public garage close by if you’re coming by car, and then everything is at walking distance. There’s public transportation also close by if you need it. WiFi was very good. Nothing, everything was great.
• Sofia (10/5): Modern apartment, in safe neighborhood close to Vatican! - The rooms are very specious. Comfortable beds! The owners are very kind and very prompt when responding!! We stayed two nights (family of 9) and had a great stay. It was in good location. Close to stores and within walking distance to St. Peter’s Square. Must find street parking but we didn’t have a problem. My only recommendation would be to have a toaster and a greca coffee maker on site. We made coffee just fine and there is an espresso maker onsite that uses pods ☕️ . We just like a lot of strong coffee 😀Otherwise it was wonderful stay— no real issues!! Thank you. ❤️
• Georgios (10/5): Exceptional - The host gave me two options of checking in. Either meeting them in person or use the online check in system and then collect the keys from the lock box. We decided to proceed with the second options and it went smoothly. The host was very communicative and gave me a call upon checking in time to ensure that all went well. They also gave us some recommendations regarding local super markets and things to do/places to go. The apartment itself it is very spacious with three good size bedrooms (one bedroom used to be the living room so it was even bigger that the other two - that particular bedroom also have a sofa and can be use to hang out with the rest of the visitors). The area is safe and relatively quite with only 5 mins walking from the local metro and only 10mins walking from the vatican museums entrance. The shower drain was slightly blocked and a couple of the provided towels had yellow stains (however this didnt affect our stay overall - If it had we would have mentioned that to the host and I am sure they would have actioned on this straight away).

• Tasos (10/5): Fantastic Stay in Rome – Great Location and Wonderful Hosts - Great location, excellent hosts, very clean, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. This might be one of the best places to stay in Rome. We arrived late at the apartment and arranged a self check-in, which went smoothly. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and always available, doing their best to ensure we had the best possible accommodation. The place is just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Bonus points for the 24/7 supermarket, the nearby metro station and the welcoming wine and water bottles. Just a word of caution: be careful with taxi drivers. Ours charged an extra fee for a so-called "city tax," which the hosts later confirmed doesn’t exist. The only minor issue was that one single bed was an inflatable bed (same height as a regular bed), and it deflated throughout the night. Nothing else to worry about, as there is also a sofa-bed which we ended up not using.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - We have an amazing time, the location is perfect l, really comfortable the apartment. I recommend visiting 'El mercato Trionfale' (just 5 min from the place)- fresh vegetables!
• Milos (7/5): Good - Location, size of rooms, Host is very kind and friendly. Cleanless of bathroom and kichen needs to be better, 1 bathroom isnt enought for mote then 5 guests, hot water in bathroom doesnt run constantly, bathroom faucet sink often has only cold water, pink and blu room bed matratz needs replacment(wavy) Internet connection is often broken. Tv remote control sometimes not responding ( its not a battery issue) We were 7 guests but only 4 could dine a time. In general cold temperature and atmosphere due all tiles(during winter) No place to hang jackets. Dead plants. Dust and dirt in the kitchen, bathroom and under bed. Only 1.5 hanget for clothing pp isnt enoght. My opinion , Not worthed for 250 $ per day.
• Danette (9/5): Location was good and place was quiet - Location was great with easy access to shopping and restaurants The beds didn’t have a blanket or comforter on them. So we all were very cold and didn’t sleep well. Highly suggest providing something other than a sheet on the beds.
• Beairshelle (8/5): Great location for easy access & contemporary chic; would consider staying again, but best for a group size. - It was quite central to all the major tourist destination. Even with traffic about 10-15 mins from Vatican/St. Peter’s Basilica. The rooms are spacious, but the downfall for a big group is there’s only 1 bathroom and we were a family of 5 so that made getting prepped for the day a bit tough. Otherwise, the host was kind and accommodating; we ran into arrival delays and some shortages on toiletries and host was gracious. He waited to check us in and then later had the custodial staff come in the morning with extra toiletries. Great value for the price and location; did not head out to nightlife scene so unclear how far this is from that area of Rome. Small restroom for 3 bedroom location; appliances a bit out of wack. Iron leaked and overheated… we couldn’t get the microwave or thermo pot to work. Had we asked about it in quick text, I’m sure host would have walked us through the latter two appliances.

• Dávid (9/5): Spacious apartment in a calm location near Vatican - We really liked this place, and there was almost nothing to complain about. The location was in a calm area not too far from the Vatican. It took as about 15 min walk to get to Vatican square. The handover of the keys was flawless and the guy was waiting for us before we arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. The truth is that the place is a bit dark but since we haven´t spent much time in the apartment during the day it was not weird. The apartment had everything we needed and it surely has our recommendation. The average temperature in the rooms could have been higher. We visited Rome in November and it was quite cold during the night and early in the morning. I tried to use AC to warm up our pink room but it did not work. The AC turned on but did not blow air. The humidity in the place was also higher than would feel comfortable and in combination with the lower temperature you tiled floors i felt lucky to have warm clothes and slippers.

• Helana (1/5): Beware - Nothing Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. We met the owner? at the accommodations. The unit was in the process of being renovated and not done. After determining we could not stay at the unit, the owner offered us another accommodation. This unit had not been cleaned. It was so late, we stayed the night in the dirty apartment and changed our reservations to cancel for next night. The owner found out and kicked us out at 7am when our check out time was 10am.
