• Michael (10/5): 2nd Stay here - perfect - My 2nd stay here. Meets all my criteria. The location, beach 300m, everything is on your doorstep. The apartment - door code access, lift, clean bright and spacious, washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, nice bathroom and bedroom, equipped kitchen. Well recommended.

• AnneUppsala (9/5): En mycket fin och välutrustad lägenhet central i Las Palmas - En mycket fin & välutrustad lägenhet som ligger mittemellan Catalinaparken och Las Canteras. Vill du handla på marknaden och laga egen mat så finns det ett bra urval av köksutrustning. Gott om garderober och förvaring. Fin balkong med sol mitt på dagen. Många bra restauranger och barer i närheten. Härligt att promenera längs Las Canteras på morgonen (och hela dagen). Missa inte att gå vidare ut mot El Confital (se foto). Gångavstånd till stora varuhuset El Corte Ingles och andra butiker. Nära till busstationen med bl.a flygbuss nr 60. Tips på utflykter: Arucas (romtillverkning), Galdar (utgrävningar Cueva Pintada), Puerto de Mogan. Inget.
• Alexander (10/5): Perfekter Stadt-Strand-Kurz-Urlaub - Die Lage ist pefekt. zu Fuss an den Strand. Zu Fuss zur Buslinie 60, die einen direkt zum Flughafen bringt. Zu Fuss zur Buslinie 12, die einen direkt zur Altstadt bringt. Und mit ein bisschen Auge zu drücken hat man sogar Meer-Blick :) Die Wohung ist super ausgestattet und der Host immer erreichbar und reagiert sehr schnell. Wir kommen wieder.

Très bel appartement, grand, lumineux, propre. Nombreux placards pour le rangement. Cuisine très très bien équipée. Lave- linge et lave- vaisselle de qualité. Belle salle de bain, grande douche. Plusieurs draps de bain, serviette de plage, tout est prévu! Ventilateurs de plafond. Canapé clic-clac. 2 TV. Un beau balcon. Peu de bruits. On se sent chez soi et nous réserverons ici lors de nos prochains séjours ! Quelques détails : oreillers, housse plastifiée. Étendoir à linge trop petit. Aspirateur peu puissant, mais il y a un balai.

• Barbara (10/5): Recomendado 😀 - Es un apartamento que da sensación de amplitud y muy cómodo y bien decorado. Mejor que en fotos 😉 Además tiene balcón. Tiene todo tipo de menajes y utensilios para poder cocinar. También un pequeño botiquín y varios juegos de toallas y cojines. Esta a menos de cinco minutos de la playa y del paseo marítimo y a 10 minutos de la estación de guaguas de santa catalina, que te permite visitar otras zonas (aunque algunas pillan a varias horas de trayecto en bus, pero muy bien para ir a Triana y Vegueta, Arucas y Maspalomas) Restaurantes y supermercados en la zona La comunicación con el anfitrión muy cómoda y sencilla. Muy agradable Si ruviera que poner alguna pega solo diria que en julio y agosto está la panza del burro por lo que los días son bastante nublados y con un poco de aire. Si no vas en plan playero perfecto. Con una chaquetilla estas de lujo o si lo que quieres es escapar del calor. De todas formas si te pilla en esa época y vas a alquilar un coche o te mueves en gua gua al sur, como maspalomas puedes disfrutar de buenos días de playa y descanso por la noche, huyendo así del calor excesivo. Recomiendo el apartamento

It was spacious and had everything we wanted. The design is very modern and extremely comfortable. The communication with the owner was extremely good. My wife and myself had a fabulous 10 night stay here. There was nothing we disliked. It was fantastic thanks, and we hope to return one day.
• Mike (8/5): Great but late night disturbances - Spacious and comfortable with good appliances and crockery. Excellent location near beach and town. Very good communication with owner. 1B being on the first floor seemed to have the bedroom backing on to a nightclub and for 4 nights from 12 until 4 am the constant drumming sound kept us awake. We opted to make up the sofa bed in the living room.

• Luke (8/5): Very relaxed, easy to do what we wanted - Great location, within 5 minute walk of great beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes. Easy to get to public transport, and close to pick up points for day trips. Very clean, looked well maintained and decorated, secure and mostly quiet.

• Florian (4/5): Nice in general but crazy loud ventilation system in the sleeping room and no WIFI at working desk - The apartment was really nice, clean and perfectly located. Bed comfortable. Amazing TV. Balcony bit noisy but that's Las Palmas. Please be aware of 2 really big downsides: They show a working desk in the sleeping room. The problem: There is no Wifi Internet in the Sleeping room. So you actually can't work there, especially if you have video calls. We asked the landlord to fix this. I even offered to install a Repeater if they pay it. They ignored that. 2nd crazy big downside: The sleeping room window is going to a pateo which has a crazy loud ventilation system. It's louder than every loud street you can imagine. You can only sleep with closed windows and will still hear it.

I highly recommend this accommodation 👍we will definitely come back there again. It is very convenient that the keys can be picked up at any time after arrival. The owner of this property is very friendly and explained everything in great detail! Highly recommend!
• Michael (9/5): Exceeds Expectation - This is a spacious apartment exceeding expectations. Easy access with door codes, no stairs to climb, a lift to the first floor. It is clean and well-equipped - washing machine and dishwasher. A nice balcony to sit on. Shops, proper supermarkets, cafés and restaurants right where you are. The wonderful beach is less than 200m away and Santa Catalina park, 400m where you can find the bus stops that will take you into town and beyond. You can take the airport express bus from the main interchange just over the way from the park. If the apartment supplied beach towels, I would rate my stay and review as 10.

• Soile (9/5): Superb - Good location near the beach, shops and restaurants. Cozy and clean apartment, suitable for two. At first glance, an unusual layout, which in practice turned out to be great, when one works remotely in the living room and the other still sleeps in the bedroom at the other end of the apartment. Good bed. Adequate kitchen equipment made it possible to cook in the apartment, the dishwasher and washing machine made normal life easier. Humidity and chilly in the apartment. It would be good to have a heating device. The apartment collected dust easily, but we were given the use of a vacuum cleaner upon request.
