• David (10/5): Comfortable, clean, helpful and modern - The property was perfect, clean and lacking nothing, position is not far from the beach and a Mercadona supermarket, there was someone on the end of the phone when we needed them and they were very helpful, we wanted to keep our luggage locked up after checkout as our flight was in the evening and there was. The room was spotless, good shower and small balcony, the ac was a welcome thing, a king size comfortable bed. La chambre est parfaite, agréable, propre, calme. Merci pour la délicate attention concernant la rose à l'occasion de la Sant Jordi. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville, aller à la plage et surtout prendre le train pour Barcelone. C'est très simple. Voiture garée dans la rue en face de la fenêtre et n'a pas bougé pendant tout le séjour. Je recommande cette location même si le tarif est un peu élevé. Rien

El check in automático es super sencillo y práctico. También nos dejaron café al momento de la limpieza lo cual valoramos mucho. La plata a 10 minutos caminando super hermosa. El metro y la linea renfe estan a menos de media hora desde el centro, y por el precio y lo que se ofrece acá, vale completamente la pena. Todo estuvo genial.

• Andrey Shegurov (10/5): Могу рекомендовать - Расположение хорошее, от метро 5 минут пешком, вечером возвращаться было комфортно. 20 минут на метро без пересадок и вы у Собора святого семейства. Сама Бадалона создала впечатление спокойного спального района для среднего класса, во всяком случае ее центр, где и расположен отель. Рядом Carrefour express и море. Номер не очень большой, зато с террасой и просторной ванной. К чистоте вопросов нет, как и к заселению - были даны чёткие инструкции. Номера убирают, полотенца меняют. У нас в номере не было чайника, но была кофеварка, где можно было вскипятить воду.

• Zoe (10/5): - Very large, comfortable room with enormous bathroom. For the price and location we were pleasantly surprised. For us the location was perfect - it is in central Badalona on a quiet street but close to the shops, metro and beach. We had a room at the back with a balcony and it was quiet and airy. We found the entry system straightforward and the building was clean and pleasant. We go to Badalona regularly and would definitely book again.

As I have allergies, this was a significant concern for my health and comfort throughout the stay. Black mold in guest accommodations is a serious health and safety issue, and we were disappointed to encounter this. When we tried to contact the hotel to make them aware of the situation, they just ignored us and they never replied.

• Richard (9/5): Tucked away gem! - The hotel is great and is quite close to the train station and the Metro stops. It is clean and the rooms are large and well equipped. The remote check-in process and door entry is easy once you get there. The Hotel is not easy to find first time and, arriving at 22.00, I was glad I took a cab from the airport (cost circa £45). Once you know where it is it is well placed for the Metro and is at the end of the line.

El acceso es sin personal, pero está perfectamente organizado: an te s de la llegada recibí un mensaje con las instituciones y un código único para entrar y recoger la llave. Muy sencillo y bien explicado. La habitación era amplia, luminosa y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo único negativo de mi estancia fue el descanso nocturno. Soy una persona que se despierta con facilidad y el hotel está muy mal insonorizado : se escuchan todos los ruidos, tanto de los pasillos cuando llegan los vecinos, como de las tuberías, duchas, grifos o pasos, como si ocurrieran de la propia habitación. Además, al estar muy cerca de una iglesia o capilla, suenan campanas cada 30 minutos, lo que dificulta aún más el sueño si no se llevan tapones.

• CRISTINA (7/5): Sin recepción. Categoría no más de 3 * - Está bien situado. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, pero con un patio interior agradable. No pasa más de un 3 estrellas. No tiene recepción y no lo avisan de forma clara cuando se anuncian. La obtención del código fue complicada porque no enlazaba con la entidad bancaria para la tasa turística y no hay una atención telefónica accesible para solucionarlo, porque al fijo que ponían en la web nadie atendía. Fue un susto

• Jilly (7/5): Nice place but shame about the bedding and faulty thermostat on the air-con. - It was clean, well located, nicely done up. I think the air-con thermostat was faulty because at 20 degrees it didn't stop blowing cold air all night and the room was freezing. I had to put it up to a ridiculous 22 degrees to get a comfortably cool room for sleeping. Also, there was a lot of synthetic bedding including a very plasticy mattress protector and a very hot polyester duvet. Some poly duvets are cooler than others - this wasn't one of them, so although the room was very nice I got very little sleep.

Personnel à distance très courtois. Établissement bien placé. Ménage au sol à revoir. Même signalé, l’aspirateur n’a visiblement pas été passé le lendemain. Ménage partiellement fait. Odeur de cigarette qui provient sans doute des coursives.

Ho apprezzato molto il check-in online, i prodotti di cortesia, la connessione wifi e la pulizia della stanza. Purtroppo viaggiavo per lavoro e mi sono potuta fermare solo una notte e per pochissimo tempo, però sono riuscita a fare un giro per il centro di Badalona e mi è piaciuto molto. Sicuramente tornerò per un viaggio di relax!

• Katiera (8/5): Fairly good, nice and clean accommodations that Served our purpose. - Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable bed. Few blocks from beach and parking. No on site staff for check-in. Unable to get ahold of them via phone, but did respond via messaging thru booking.com. They mixed up our reservation with someone else’s and didn’t send us the passcode to get in door and kept saying we hadn’t finished registration when we had & then sent me someone else’s registration that was incomplete. All of this via messaging. Finally received right code to enter after pointing out several times our registration was complete & we had received email contract confirmation. They also didn’t send us the QR code for parking voucher until I had mentioned I requested and sent them our car plate number 5 days previous. By the time we got QR code we had already parked car in lot after finally getting entry code and dropping bags in room!

• Amy (8/5): Erg goed verblijf gehad met alles erop en eraan! - Aankomst en entree gaat erg gemakkelijk met de code die je krijgt. Contact was via WhatsApp ook gemakkelijk. Mooie schone ruime kamer. Kamer met bubbelbad (groot bad) en douche geboekt. Groot bed, 1.80m Douche was ook fijn en ruim en een waterval douchekop. Geen geluidsoverlast. (periode begin oktober) Airco. Rolluik voor het raam. Grote kledingkast. Iedere dag koffie op de kamer bij de dolce gusto. (werd klaargezet door de dames van de huishouding) Klein koelkastje op de kamer, erg handig. Er zit een nette/veilige lift in het pand, maar de trap gebruiken naar bovenste verdieping was ook prima. Fantastische locatie, dichtbij het strand en de boulevard maar ook het centrum van Badalona paar straten lopen was erg leuk. Veel lekkere restaurantjes. Prijzen vielen ook erg mee. Je bent met de metro zo in Barcelona 20 min, voor een enkeltje metro kaartje betaal je maar 2.65 zoiets. Als je sochtend rond 8-9 uur naar Barcelona moet met de auto/taxi.. dan is het erg druk op de weg. Iets om rekening mee te houden als je naar het vliegveld terug moet. Wij vonden het bed iets aan de hardere kant voor het aantal nachten (3 nachten).
• Marie Jornod (9/5): perfect stay in badalona - Very nice, clean, and convenient room. The balcony is a real luxury. Located in a quiet area. Coffee provided, and the owner is very available with easy communication. 5 min from the beach, 5 min from the center. 10 min from the metro. perfect location. I would stay again! Thin walls, which make sounds from other rooms audible. However, I was lucky people were quiet during my stay — I could only hear them a bit in the morning and before going to bed, but not late at night.

• Frauke (2/5): Very bad! Not clean - Sehr nah am Meer und ÖPNV Ich musste meinen Ausweis als Sicherheit hochladen obwohl voller Betrag bereits gebucht wurde. Anbieter kommunizieren fast nicht im Vorfeld. Bei Ankunft am Abend war das Zimmer nicht sauber und noch voller Dreck des vorhergehenden Gastes. Kein Entgegenkommen für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
