• Markus (9/5): Zu empfehlen - In der Altstadt von Neapel. Gut zu erreichen vom Bahnhof. Auch der Bahnhof der Circumvesuvio ist sehr nahe. Zum Dom benötigt man ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Da wir in der Karwoche dort waren, konnten wir die Prozessionenn im Stadtviertel vom Balkon verfolgen. Insgesamt sehr ruhig für die Lage, da man nicht im touristischen Zentrum ist, sondern dort, wo die Leute wohnen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Gastgeber sehr nett und sehr schnell beim Antworten.

• Francisco (8/5): Great option close to the main train station - The location is amazing, close to the train station, the neighbourhood as in most part of Napoli seems not the best, but it's full of good options to eat, even some high-end and also I should say it could be considered quite safe givan that there is movement all day. • Djinger (10/5): Highly recommended — we would definitely stay again - We were very happy to stay here for a few days. The location is excellent — you can easily walk to the main attractions. From the nearby station, there is a direct train to Pompeii, and it’s also easy to reach Herculaneum or Sorrento. Ferries to the islands are close by as well. Overall, it’s hard to find a more convenient location. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. None

• Nadezda (9/5): A wonderful apartment for active travelers. - A wonderful apartment for active travelers. Friendly host, great location near the port and train station. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cozy. We weren't put off by the steep stairs and lack of an elevator. Furthermore, the area is overrun with homeless people and quite dirty.
• Joachim Gerhard (8/5): Neapel-im centro storico - Die Lage kann man als zentral bezeichnen,die An-/Weiterreise mit Flughafenbus,Bahn und Bus sind ausgezeichnet.Die Situation im oberen Stockwerk ( 3.es )bringen Licht und vergleichsweise Ruhe mit sich.Die Räume sind gut geschnitten und modern möbliert.Die Einbauküche ist großzügig.Sehr schön:eine ital. Kaffeemaschine.In allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage,die auch zur Beheizung genutzt werden kann. Daß die Wohnung im dritten Stock-ohne Aufzug-liegt,ist mit großem Gepäck schon eine Hürde.Aber man gewöhnt sich.Leider hat der Betreiber etwas das Interesse an der Instandhaltung verloren:Manches erscheint abgewohnt,die Wände sind bestoßen,am WC fehlt die Sitzgarnitur und die vorausgegangene Reinigung war lückenhaft.In der Küche fehlten Geschirrtücher,Müllbeutel,Geschirrspülmittel etc.War nicht tragisch für mich,das ließ sich leicht beschaffen.Aber es enstspricht leider nicht der Sorgfaltspflicht.Ich habe mich sonst aber wohlgefühlt und würde wiederkommen.Der Vermieter sollte aber einmal tätig werden,der Zustand im Jahr zuvor war deutlich besser!

• Walter (4/5): scarsa manutenzione - materasso comodo, cucina spaziosa, posizione comoda per la stazione lenzuola e spugne di buona qualità e ben pulite Non è accettabile che il wc non abbia l'asse per sedersi...non manca solo il coperchio, manca proprio l'asse per sedersi, oltretutto non è neanche un bel vedere, con vistose tracce di calcare scure, non trasmette certo un senso di igiene. Ho fato notare la cosa ai gestori e mi è stato detto che, non si trova più in commercio l'asse compatibile con il modello di WC...data la forma inusuale non dubito che sia vero....però in questi casi il sanitario si cambia subito, non si può pretendere che il cliente sia obbligato a sedersi sulla ceramica, ed è un problema non recente, ho visto altri commenti con la stessa lamentela di wc senza asse o di wc con asse decisamente troppo piccola per questo modello. Lo scarico della doccia era intasato, il doccione incrostatissimo di calcare. Punto luce sopra lo specchio del bagno, assente. Cucina grande ma carente sotto parecchi punti di vista, ad esempio c'è la macchina del caffè, ma manca del tutto un kit di accoglienza e per tre giorni il caffè non me lo porto certo da casa, soprattutto viaggiando in aereo. Il tagliere...impresentabile. Camera matrimoniale senza abat jour Il quartiere non è dei migliori, il palazzo viene definito storico, ma di storico ha solo gli anni. da notare, appartamento al quarto piano, 70 ripidi scalini senza ascensore, non che me lo aspettassi, ma penso sia giusto precisarlo sull'annuncio, soprattutto per persone anziane o cariche di valige. Altra cosa gravissima, è impossibile chiudere a chiave la porta di ingresso, ci ho provato, ma ho desistito per timore di rompere la chiave nella serratura, quindi la porta si chiude solo con lo scatto della maniglia. La tapparella della cucina non funziona....oltretutto molte di queste osservazioni sono già state fatte in precedenza da altri ospiti, ma non si è posto rimedio e questo denota una mancanza di manutenzione Ultima cosa, una volta aperto il divano letto in salotto, questo ingombra praticamente tutta la stanza...

• Barth Rizzi (10/5): Hermoso apartamento con locación estratégica. - El apartamento esta renovado a nuevo, las camas son muy cómodas y la ubicación es clave, cerca de todo. Por la noche es muy silencioso para descansar. Una excelente elección en Nápoles!
• Inma (10/5): - La ubicación ideal, el piso acogedor y espacioso para dos personas. Nada caluroso y muy silencioso. La verdad es que hemos estado mejor que bien. Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor, pero se sube bien hasta el tercer piso. El.barrio está muy cerca de la estación, sitios para desayunar y andando se accede a visitar toda la ciudad. Por poner una pega, el baño es cierto que le vendría bien un repasillo, es lo que más desgastado está pero todo funciona a la perfección.
• Angel Adrian (10/5): - Muy limpio, cómodo, aire acondicionado y camas cómodas, la ubicación es muy buena. Los alrededores parecen turbios, pero así es gran parte de Napoles, no tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso con escaleras empinadas.

• Mariia_06 (8/5): Very good - The apartment is really well-situated, even if the environment is not top. It was clean, the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are all necessary commodities like towels, bed shits etc. And it was coffee for coffee machine and the detergent for washing machine. The shower needs renovation, the doors are grincing, the hot water needs 5 min to arrive and then the temperature is not stable, the decharge tube also needs cleaning. It would be nice to have a heating in the leaving room, the temperature was a bit lower than comfortable.
• Uki (8/5): It’s a solid place to say. - The place is really nice, it’s a fine flat - the bedroom offers comfort, while it’s little less comfy for the couple sleeping in the living room. The kitchen and the balcony are really nice and exceeded our expectations. Getting up to the 3rd floor with luggage is a bit challenging. Not much comfort for those sleeping on the couch. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy and can feel unsafe to some.

• Zulfiia (4/5): Nice apartment but not safe area - The apartment was nice and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in Naples. 1. Irresponsible staff, first they were late with check in although we agreed to come at 15. The last day they asked for earlier check out. Moreover they forgot to ask for city tax and didn’t give any instructions whom and how to leave the money not before, not during our 3 days stay. But they asked for taxes when we already left the country and caused some troubles with payment. 2. The stairs to the apartment are very steep especially with heavy luggage. 3. WiFi connection was not stable and didn’t work 2 days out of 3. 4. The area around the house is not safe and very dirty, but close to Centrale if you want to go to Pompei

• Roy (7/5): The apartment was very pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Definitely recommended. - The apartment was very clean and tidy and felt quite homely. The king-sized bed was comfortable and my wife enjoyed watching the wall-mounted TV prior to a good nights sleep. The large TV in the living room was very convenient for alternative viewing. The kitchen was very adequate for our needs with a good range cooking utensils, crockery, etc. but we missed the use of a microwave oven and toaster. The location was excellent for being near the railway station and ferry services for sight seeing. The city centre was also within walking distance. The hostess excelled at communications by contacting us daily to ensure we were okay and offer help if needed. Both of us being elderly (70 & 84) we found the stairs to be quite exhausting.

• Gabriela (9/5): Great stay! - It has a good location, close to the train station where you can get the Circumvesuviana train to Herculaneum and Pompei - we did them in one day because storms were coming the next day. It's also close to Duomo Metro station. Overall it was good. The host was nice, he helped us with a taxi on departure; It's very close to a market, also a good pizza shop and a delicious chicken shop. It's on a the 3rd floor with no elevator, but that's not really the owner's fault; Also it could benefit from a better mattress , because the current one is very hard for a sensible back; Also, I would recommend a trash bin;
