Gracious host and cleaning lady. - Willow cafe across the road 10/10 breakfast. presentation of apartment excellent. wonderful balcony. Lina host very accommodating when minor issue at checkin. lots of clean towels in bathroom. great water pressure. money in electric when we arrived. allergies immediately upon entry, and every time upon entering back to apartment. swollen eyes and sneezing and itching. only known allergies to cats or dust. extremely uncomfortable mattress's, hard and lumpy with hard edges.

• Bachir (10/5): Zeer aangenaam verblijf . - Lokatie was ideaal Ontbint miet inbegrpen bij de huur vam het appartement Laminaat kwam los van de slaapkamer waardoor de deur niet volledig open kon ,maar dat kan verholpen worden als men dit hersteld . Voor de rest is het een leuk appartement em gezellig appartement .
• Timothy (6/5): close to all local amenities but inconvenient walk from pool back to apartment to use bathroom. - central to bars/restaurant's well stocked kitchen. property had good air con and TV. Beds and sofa in lounge a bit uncomfortable. Bedding tired and didnt smell fresh. We are a family of 5 and theres no toilet facilities in communal pool so quite a walk back from pool to use bathroom.

• Philip (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Nothing! Live wires exposed in hallway. Property on first floor, only access is via lift as gate via stairs locked. Asked for a key we were ignored. Unsafe in event of a fire. Heating broken on arrival, we had to wait two days for an engineer and meet him ourselves at midday so we couldn't go far and it needed replaced which wasn't done. Property absolutely filthy and poorly equipped. One bed had no duvet just the cover. We had no choice but to leave after 2 nights and were refused a refund for the remaining 5 nights. Very slow responses from the host and no regard at all for our concerns.

• Karlos (10/5): The perfect apartment in Orihuela - Everything was great I enjoyed my stay in family, the apartment has everything one can need for a long summer vacation. It's location is simply perfect, with plenty of restaurants and other services nearby. Very clean and convenient, also the host was very nice and helped us with anything we needed.
