Martina (4/5): The house was fine and worked well for us. However, the host was not great, and we will avoid Abahan - We were 4 families staying in the house and it worked really well for us. It was very spacious and with 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, we were not on top of each other. Getting the keys was very frustrating. We had to drive to an office 20 minutes from the house to collect and later drop off the keys. There was a deposit to pay upon collection. When we arrived, Abahana Villas’ internet wasn’t working, so their card machine also wasn’t working. The phone signal there was not great either, but they would not let us have the keys unless we paid the deposit. After an hour of trying on our phones, with two crying kids in the back of the car, we finally managed to make the bank transfer and get the keys for the house we had already paid for. We would have expected them to let us pay the deposit later at the house, as it was really their issue that their card machine wasn’t working. Sorting out the bedding was also unnecessarily complicated. We had to create a login with another company, then work out from the listing the different bed sizes in the house and how these related to the bedding options on the other company’s website. When we arrived at the house, the bed linen was there, but the actual duvets on the beds were not the right sizes. And then at the end, it took over two weeks to get the deposit back. I had to send numerous emails and involve Booking to finally get it returned.

60ster Rainer 05/24 (9/5): - Die Unterkunft ist toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es gab sogar eigene Orangen und Zitronen. Wir hatten 3 Küchen zur Verfügung . Perfekt... Aber ein Auto braucht man unbedingt... Leider gab es keine persönliche Übergabe der Villa. So eine große Villa sollte man einem persönlich erklären wie alles funktioniert . Was aber wirklich störend war dass man uns nur 1 Schlüssel für 15 Menschen zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
