Quitando eso, todo perfecto

• Sheena (8/5): It’s located perfectly. Just a couple of discomforts but nothing that was disturbing - The location is perfect . AirPort Express bus stop is right there in front of the building and all the hot spots , restaurants etc. are a stones throw away. The apartment has lots and lots of storage . No hitting the bags and suitcases anymore , you can settle in comfortably. The amenities are all good ( dishwasher , washing machine , Sauna 🤗 ) There is a beautiful balcony to the apartment but it was so dirty and dusty that stepping out wasn’t even an option. With such a cosy and functional flat , I would have loved to have a nice , cute balcony setup as well.

• Andreea (9/5): 100% recommend this accommodation in Rovaniemi - The apartment is fantastic, very clean, the sauna is amazing, the location is great, very close to supermarkets and shopping mall. Walking through the building requires some good navigation skills, not a deal breaker and totally doable, but just a heads up to know what to expect. A garbage bin in the bathroom would be useful.

• Gabriel (2/5): Broken Promises and Poor Management: A Stay to Avoid - Our stay at Snowflake Suites was a deeply frustrating experience. This property is managed by Rovaniemi Insider, a company that owns the entire building and runs all operations—car rentals, luggage storage, and check-in—all fully automated. You have no human reception, and the support is weak. From the moment we booked, they barely responded on Booking.com, only replying via WhatsApp at their convenience. When you need urgent help, they are unresponsive. In fact, we had situations where they gave us information via WhatsApp, then deleted messages afterward to erase evidence. We faced an extremely unfair situation where we needed to change our dates. We submitted the request via Booking, explained everything, and they confirmed through WhatsApp that they agreed to reduce our stay. However, they never made the official change on Booking. As a result, we paid for the full stay even though they had accepted to shorten it. I had made it clear that a partial refund would be necessary, and they agreed. They even mentioned they’d make the apartment available to others (and then deleted the message before a could take a printscreen). Yet the next day, at check-in day, they declined the change on Booking, leaving us stuck. They misled us into changing our plans, agreeing initially, only to retract when a refund was involved. Aside from this, the apartment itself is okay—basic for the price range in Rovaniemi. The shower has no proper enclosure, so the bathroom gets soaked. We returned late from a Northern Lights tour, only to be woken up at 9 a.m. by drilling upstairs. While the apartment is standard for Rovaniemi, the management’s dishonest behavior makes me unable to recommend them. There are many other companies in Rovaniemi with integrity and care, which was not the case here. Unfortunately, now we must resolve this issue with Booking.

• Benitta (9/5): Very convenient location - Really clean and spacious!! We were right in the middle of the city centre so the location was very comfortable. Very comfortable and warm apartment. The sauna was a nice addition as well. Was a bit confusing to find in the first place. We didn’t know the reception was ‘Rovaniemi Insider’ so we were wondering around for quite some time to find the reception to check in.

• Olga (10/5): Lovely stay - clean and perfectly located. - We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, which made our trip much eaasier. The property was absolutely clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. The only point to mention is that guests are asked to remove the bed linen, leave it together with the towels by the entrance door and take out the rubbish before departure. Personally, I would have expected these tasks to be part of the housekeeping service, although it did not affect our overall positive experience.

Unfortunately, I had food poisoning on the last day and felt very unwell until I left, needing a few extra hours in the room to recover, and I had no problems or questions about it. Was perfect

Obwohl es schon nach 20.00 h war, kam innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein Mitarbeiter, um uns ein Apt. mit Sauna im Eingang D des Gebäudes zu überlassen. Geräumig, hell und freundlich. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Gläsern etc.

Nadat het niet goed was gegaan met auto huren op het vliegveld hebben we ipv n VW golf een mini van gehuurd (was de enige auto over). Eenmaal bij ons appartement aangekomen hadden we geen parkeerplaats voor deze grote bak. De dames dachten mee en hadden n heel creatieve oplossing gevonden, super service. Thanks again. Verder n mooi appartement op n fjne locatie

Great to have our own sauna, which was easy to operate and free to use (even though some reviews say you have to pay). The hosts are just across the road in the Rovaniemi Insiders office, which is very handy for any questions or if you need to book tours or hire snow clothes. Almost all tour operators pick up from right outside the front door of the building, and there are restaurants and cafes very nearby, including Naava cafe which is 2 minutes away for sledging and ice skating too. Highly recommend staying here.

Tańcząca pralka :),jak zaczynała wirować, obijała się o umywalkę i ścianę, jedyne 5 wieszaków na ubrania, brak suszarki do ubrań i do włosów, tragicznie niewygodna kanapa w salonie, dało się spać jedynie na części, która nie wyjeżdżała spod kanapy, pomimo, że była nałożony dodatkowy materac, dużo włosów po poprzednikach w całym mieszkaniu, brak odkurzacza i nakładki do mopa, aby samemu posprzątać.

For couple of hours* you need to pay extra! And there can be small güzide on how to use the sauna for people- who have no experience on how to heat it etx
• Therese (10/5): - Very central warm apartment with everything you need. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The bus to Santas village and the airport are beside it too. There is a park right beside the apartment for sledding and and an ice rink. The luggage storage for 15euro is very handy if you have a late flight.

Apartment numbers are almost hidden or so small to find it out. No one picked call when we didn’t found the apartment and finally I have to ask the guests and each-one of them had same experience very complicated to find apartment

Room was very central to CBD, and bus stop right out the front that went to Santa's Village and airport The 4pm check in is way to late. The electric cook top to forever to cook anything. It was fantastic to have a washing machine in the apartment, pity it was sticking out from under the bench which made it hard to access the washing machine door with the shower.
