Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- Tash (9/5): Perfect stay away that provides great location, comfort & value for money. - Blue Gum was beyond exceptional. The perfect stay for the kids and I, for a quick weekend away. The property had everything we needed & the beds…. All I can say it was like sleeping on a cloud. The kids had a blast in the games room & the table tennis table was a highlight. Thank you for having us. We are sure to book again. The heater in the second double room didn’t really work.

Beds were super comfortable with delicious linen (ordered), kitchen was very thought out, very spacious house and rooms, games room was fabulous, close to town. Honestly would totally and absolutely recommend this house. The door locking mechanism was tricky. One of the bathroom sinks plug hole didn’t “un”pop up. I assumed that linen included/meant face washers (but this is my bad) and I also was surprised that there were no pump/soaps in the showers as I always expect this but we just bought some local soap which was also lovely.

- Farid (8/5): The location was good, but the property was not well equipped. It doesn’t worth the money and I could get a better place - The location was great. It was really to main street. I expected to be cleaner as I booked it a month in advance but I was evident that it house was not clean prior to our stay. Still some items left in the fridge and the fridge was a bit smelly. One of the air conditioner was not working in the living area. Only two rolls of toilet paper on each bedroom and only two tablets for washing machine for a booking of 8 people for two nights. No shampoo, soap or air freshener in any bathrooms. Coffee machine, fridge and freezer was not clean. The first impression was the dining table on the deck full of grass cuts which we had to wash them before use. The floor in all over the place was dirty as we found it after 30mins when we checked our feet.

- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - What an amazing place! The cleanliness was outstanding—you can tell they have high standards. It had everything we needed for a family holiday with a large group. The huge fully enclosed backyard with plenty of grass was perfect for the kids to play safely, and the games room was a bonus for keeping them entertained. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the main strip. We will definitely be staying here again! Would of been nice to have a fire-pit outside

- Bec (7/5): it was a nice and comfy place. - nice and open and well looked after. just a little pricey. I understand that it stated no linen  but for the price I feel like it should of been included. longer checkout would be good as well.
