• Carmen (5/5): - The loft apartment was styled in an edgy way Code access meant it was easy to get in and no need for keys Plenty of storage Kitchen and large dining table Spacious loft upstairs provided a separate area 2 double beds + sofa bed allowed up to 6 guests Location was a little way off centre Washing machine didn't work, cleaning items left in laundry area, which also smelled unpleasant Mould in the bathroom, particularly on the shelves and storage boxes Very small corner shower with no soap holder No coffee machine Not sound proof Loft area had very creaky floors, a very low ceiling and it got very hot upstairs Given the price charged (understandably it was fashion week in Milan), we felt it still fell short of expectations
• Emily (8/5): Well equipped and well connected - The apartment was well connected to the centre by tram. We had enough space for all 5 of us. Each bed had an aircon unit for it. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfy. The noise outside didn’t bother us. The shower was difficult to use and the upstairs floorboards were extremely noisy when walking around, could be heard in the downstairs bedroom and by the sofa bed.

• Ardiana (9/5): We arrived very late in the evening and left early, but It was ok - Neighborhood, very close to tram, restaurants and cafeterias. A bit noisy, and strait from the road into the dining room.
• Jen (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay, Milan is so beautiful with so much going on - Great location. Easy access to Milan centre via tram Noisy at times. Door to street solid metal door so study but not very sound proof.
• Nemanja (9/5): Superb - Great location and value for the money. Well furnished and equipped to facilitate 6 people easily. Stabile wi-fi so it can be used and work & travel option. Host/s were super responsive. Side note: I wouldn't categorized this as a downside, because it didn't bother us that much (family of 5 with 3 kids), but keep in mind this is ground floor apartment with direct entrance from sidewalk. Therefore, huge steel door panels/walls that separate living room and ground floor sleeping room are only sound barrier to external noise. Garbage & recyclables removal management could be improved. Basically, there are no other options except to leave it in on the sidewalk for host to pick it up and dispose it appropriately (giving them heads up). Otherwise, you are doomed and forced to dump it at sidewalk trash bins if you can fit the bag in or sneak it in with neighbouring trash if you can hit collection schedule
