• Claire (8/5): Great Stay! - Matteo was erg attent. Toegang makkelijk met Self check-in service. Bedden lagen lekker. Appartement was groot en schoon. We waren met 7 personen. Ruimte zat. Metro Cipro erg dichtbij. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt en supermarkt. Vlakbij Vaticaan. Omgeving was prima, niet gevaarlijk. Als we weer in Rome zijn zou ik zeker weer hier verblijven. Appartement was wel erg gehorig. Je hoort je buren. Muren zijn denk ik erg dun. Moet je wel tegen kunnen. Lift erg klein. Maar zonder bagage is dit prima te doen, wel max 3 pers.
• pitcher (8/5): We were a family of 4 , all adults and this was ideal. - Matteo was super helpful and it was very handy for local shops and metro. We didnt feel balcony was very accessible and some furnishings could be upgraded. But didnt impact our enjoyment.

Very nice apartment, super comfortable for a group of 6 people. Super easy contact with a nice apartment owner / manager. If I come back to Rome, I will return to this place.

Spatiile de cazare (camerele) sunt generoase, iar bucataria dotata cu toate cele necesare unui sejur de cateva zile. Gazda a fost primitoare. Recomand cu drag!

Felt safe as a family as apartment very secure lock on door and outer door into the actual building secure. Also great having a lift so didn’t have to climb stairs. Large spacious apartment. Although I never met Matteo I could tell he was a reliable source of info for our trip and it was reassuring knowing that if I had of had any problems with the apartment he would have sorted it out.

• Anna Mironova (10/5): - Beautiful big apartment in a very good location, Matteo is a great host, sent all the instructions in advance and always answered all questions any time. We used a transfer service in the middle of the night, which was perfect as well. Kitchen equipment is very basic, would be great to have a washing machine and dryer as well, but it's just extras.

• Lucy (9/5): We had a great time in Rome. - The apartment is a wonderful size and layout for a family, especially those with older children who might need their own space (we travelled with two teenagers and sharing a room all together would have been really tricky!). Had everything we needed, great facilities and was really comfortable - even the sofa bed was comfy which is unusual! The apartment is located near the Vatican out of the main city but is just a few minutes walk from the metro station and we were at the Colosseum within 20 minutes. Only two stops from the Vatican. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing - it’s a great flat. Matteo is a very attentive host too and can answer any questions you might have before and during your stay.

Nagyon áthallatszódott minden a szobákból. Fa nyilászárók vannak, amin könnyen bejön a hideg és hangosan lehet ki és bezárni is. 7 emeleten van, néha nem működött a lift, az nem volt kellemes.

• Ana María (10/5): - Mateo es muy amable, contesta siempre habla español super bien, desde el inicio estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nuestra llegada, el apartamento es muuuuuy cerca a Vaticano puedes llegar caminando, es muy cómodo y muy limpio, no hay humedad, tiene dos baños y ambos tienen secador, las camas deliciosas dormimos muy bien, no pasamos nada de frío ☺️

The apartment is located half way between 2 train stops making it super convenient to access all the sites of Rome! It is also close by to shops making it easy to have some meals at home!

Restaurante si magazin alimentar in apropiere. Comunicare foarte buna cu proprietarul; ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie, ne-a raspuns la toate intrebarile, a fost de mare ajutor. • Jokumar (5/5): Confirmed early check in before booking the place.but the property manager didn’t honor it rather declined completely - It didn’t mention that the apt is on 7th floor and while checking in the lift was not working. So be careful about it.

• Erdem (9/5): - We stayed with two teenage kids and were very happy. My Vatican Place was very comfortable and ideally located. It is the perfect place to stay while visiting Rome in general and the Vatican in particular.
• Anne-maria (10/5): The perfect Vatican/Rome location - Excellent location, near the Vatican with a Metro station 5 minutes walk away, so all the major attractions are a few stations away.A pharmacy,supermarket and several restaurants, bars 1-2 minutes away.Lovely spacious apartment. There was only 2 of us, but this spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment can sleep 7 as there is a large sofa bed in the lounge.The host,Matteo was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage before the official check in time, so that we could do some sightseeing.We’d happily stay there again. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

It's very clean which is maybe the most important thing (except for the dust that came out from under the beds as we opened the apartment doors to get some air in). The beds are very comfortable also.The owner is very very helpful with everything that you may need and very easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is nice and you have a supermarket and some coffee shops around. The only minus is that it's a bit far from the center or Trastevere where you have more options to dine or have a drink/wine etc. In general I highly recommend the place. It's one of the best apartments (for the price) that I have ever booked and one of the most kind and helpful owners that I've talked to.

• Barbora (10/5): Big cosy apartment and good starting point for Rome sightseeings - The flat is really big, nice and clean. It has 2-3 bedrooms (living room with the couch can also be used as a good bedroom) and 2 bathrooms. The location is also very good, each morning we bought coffee and breakfast in bistro just few steps from the apartment on the corner and continued to Cipro subway station. Never waited long for next metro and after few minutes we were in the centre. For Musei Vaticani we went by foot only 15 mins. Matteo was very helpful, sent me all the info in advance and replied instantly to all the questions through messages. One night the neighbours were quite loud

Everything was very clean and the beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable (very unlike most European beds and pillows). Matteo was very quick to respond. I wish we would have had more blankets. We were very cold in the mornings due to the heat turning off due to Italian law.

We had all the things we needed to cook and the area has a lot of supermarkets, a huge plus. A plus is this location close to Vatican City and close to metro station. The area is overall a nice and quiet location. Appreciated there is a lift in the building because we had large luggage’s. Matteo is super friendly and communicative, he ensured our needs were met and was quick to respond! I recommending booking this place for a group!

Has a full kitchen as well. Walkable to St Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museum. There are couple of super markets very close by , few restaurants, pharmacy and cafes just around the place. Very safe and residential area. Matteo the host was very helpful , arranged a cab for drop back to train station. Highly recommend for families and groups. Nothing
