In particular, Anh was extremely kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The only negative points were that the shower curtain does not reach all the way to the floor, so water tends to spread across the bathroom when showering.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with genuine kindness. It is also a fantastic location to see the sights of the city. Highly recommended!!

Deyo (8/5): Could have been better, but overall a good stay. - Hotel location was excellent. Near everything you want to be near. Staff were fantastic. So pleasant and friendly and really helpful. The hotel bar was also really nice and a good way tk spend a couple hours. My room. Solo female traveller and i was placed on the most unsecure open access floor, the 9th floor where the pool is. To make matters worse, as its open air, the heat from outside surrounds the room so the a/c never really cools the room enough so at night with a/c on the lowest temp, i was warm. The ceiling if the bathroom was leaking. And then the water pressure in the shower was not great. Sometimes it was okay, other times it was so poor it felt like only drops were coming out of the shower head. I dont know if this was due to being on the rooftop floor or its the hotel in general. Also i had chosen the room because of the view and ended up with no view because top floor. I have to say, the hotel tried to change my room, but the new room felt like a downgrade (it wasnt but had a smaller bathroom), so i turned it down. The staff did their best, unfortunately the rest of the hotel was sold out so nothing to be done.

The location was perfect, close to everything and ideal for exploring the city. The hotel itself was comfortable, stylish, and had a great atmosphere, but what really made our stay memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to An & Nhu, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Highly recommend ME Saigon Boutique Hotel for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, we would definitely stay again!

The location was great. The beds were very comfy and weren’t just two singles pushed together and despite it being loud outside, our room was very peaceful. Nothing at all we would change.

Keeley (10/5): Comfortable stay - The location was fantastic, walking distance or short drive to most major attractions. The buffet breakfast was a highlight for me, not as big as other hotels but so tasty. The real standout was the service from the staff. They always greeted me personally and were always willing to help with whatever I needed, even sometimes without being asked. Nhu specifically was extra attentive and helpful. Nothing.

Behnaz (5/5): A good hotel but not a 5-star - The location and the breakfast It is essentially a bed-and-breakfast–style hotel, and the facilities and rooms do not meet 5-star standards. During our stay, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, and the hotel did not provide any prior notice. We changed into our swimwear and went up to the pool, only to find it closed. Staff asked us to return at 5 pm, but when we did, it was still closed.

The rooms were beautiful and modern. It was hard to go out and explore, as we just wanted to stay in and enjoy the room and balcony. Great pool however the seating is limited. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Laurian (10/5): Stay here! Stylish and central - So stylish and brilliantly central - I absolutely loved this hotel! Rooms are beautiful, the hotel is smallish and very boutiquey. The staff were amazing. I also loved the spa and it was well priced. I booked elsewhere for the rest of my stay for various reasons but would def have preferred to stay here. I walked everywhere
Andrew (8/5): As a boutique hotel it has a more intimate feel than larger, more opulent hotels but that is part of its appeal. But the - The location is central to many of the city attractions as well as many great restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff are all excellent. They were all courteous, friendly and very professional. The housekeeping was exemplary, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the towels were clean and fresh. Some parts of the property could do with a bit of a refresh.

Bert (10/5): Saigon hidden gem! - Everything was 10/10. The whole staff was absolutely amazing. From arrival to check-out they’re so friendly and polite. You really feel welcome and at home in this hotel. The location is also perfect, so close to all sights. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Although you’re in city centre you don’t hear any of the noise outside. Breakfast is great. Nothing at all.
