The location is excellent, right next to Taksim Square, which makes it perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and hospitable throughout our stay. We felt truly welcome and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

• Elif (9/5): Great Value for Money - Location is the best! 5 min walk to the airport shuttle and to the Taksim Square, but in a peaceful street in a safe neighborhood. The staff took perfect care of us, being available for any questions, serving coffee/tea in the evening when we were sitting in the lobby, lending us umbrellas when it was raining. The breakfast offered many options. Our room was clean and they cleaned it every day. They also stored our luggage after we checked out. Thanks for the great stay! The bathroom was a little bit small and the room was not really soundproof, but that's ok for a short stay.

The hotel did not match the photos or the description shown on Booking.com. The room quality was far below what is expected from a 4-star hotel. The facilities and overall condition were disappointing, and the experience did not justify the price paid.

Situato in una isola pedonale con ristoranti e bazar è assolutamente tranquillo e confortevole, al riparo da qualsiasi disturbo (peraltro mai verificatosi). Colazione eccellente e molto varia per finire rapporto qualità/prezzo che non ho difficoltà a definire strepitosao!

The room was over aged and small. We actually booked a 25 qm room. The first one we got had only space for the bed, so I we didn't accept. The second one was bigger but maximum 20 qm. It was old and damaged.

Die lage ist echt top gewesen, das Frühstück war super. Der Föhn im Zimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber dass ist eher ein Luxusproblem..:)

The highlight of my experience was the reception service. Nillofar was absolutely fantastic—very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. She made the whole stay feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Breakfast could be better
