• Alper (5/5): Good location, average facilities - +The location is really in the heart of the city, you can walk to almost all the must-see places, +Emanuella is friendly, kind and helpful (she provided the heater and water heater as soon as we requested. -Kitchen appliances are old, inadequate and small in area, especially if you plan to use it daily. - the secluded areas, such as under the bed were dusty, I think this was the reason for the dust even though we did not stay at home during the day and swept it every day, -the air conditioning heating mode does not work (however, when we mentioned this, a portable heater was provided and we were comfortable the rest of the days), -maybe there are very few buildings with elevators in this area, but the building is on the fourth floor and the elevator mentioned is very very small, it is hard to fit one person and a suitcase, the sound permeability is very high, the sounds of other apartments can be heard easily, as a result, I think it is not very preferable for families with children.

• David (1/5): Not Great and Not Worth the Price - the location. it’s near a lot of tourist spots. 1. the water heater in the shower does not work. It heats up and then cools down and then heats up again within the same minute. it’s very uncomfortable to take a shower specially in winter so we have to shower outside in the spa for 2 days. 2. the apartment is small and the kitchen stuff are dirty. they also don’t hide the cleaning materials so you see them exposed in the kitchen area. 3. the bed is not very comfortable. it bends to the middle so two people always end up stuck deep in the middle of the bed at night. 4. there were not enough soaps and shampoos. we stayed for 4 nights and they only gave 3 tiny bottles of soap and shampoo for 2 people. we had to request for extras. 5. the elavator is very tiny and scary. you can get your clothes stuck easily and they said it’s in your own account to call and pay for this if you get stuck. 6. their terms and policies are not very clear. they want to charge us for something that was not clearly stated in their policies. it’s better to book a hotel instead of this expensive apartment. it’s not worth all the troubles.

• Brigantine (7/5): Location! Location! Location! - The apartment is very centrally located, close to almost all major sightseeing spots. It is spacious and bright. The host was very friendly and sent us all necessary information prior to our departure. The host’s collaborator met us on our arrival, since the apartment was ready, he kindly let us check in early. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us. In our opinion, there are some areas that need improvement: 1) The dining table is very small for only 2 people. Although there are two folding chairs, but the place wouldn’t be big enough for a table of 4 if you set up the sofa bed. Therefore, it would be very helpful to have more sitting areas in the main bedroom, which currently doesn’t have any. We ended up putting everything on the floor. 2) It would be helpful to have extra sockets beside the bed in the main bedroom and by the sofa to enable us to charge our phones. 3) Kitchen is very small, not like we were going to cook for a meal, but an electric kettle and some kitchen towel / paper would be very helpful. 4) There is no curtain or blind on the window in the small utility room, the window is right opposite the sofa bed and bright light gets into your eyes early in the morning, so we had to use a throwover of the sofa bed to cover the window. 5) The sofa bed is comfortable, but the cover needs cleaning, as it has some stains. 6) The apartment is on the fifth floor, and since it’s an old building, and the ceilings are high, so there are a lot of steps. There is a lift for luggage to the fourth floor, but it would be very helpful if it worked when needed. To us, it only worked once when the host’s collaborator met us, and helped us put the luggage in the lift and took it to the fourth floor. My husband arrived a little later that day, we tried the same things, but the lift just didn’t come down to the ground floor. So we had to carry his luggage to the fifth floor. On the day we left, the lift was on fourth floor, and despite pressing the button, it wouldn’t open the door. So, in the end, we had to carry 4 persons’ luggage down. And you could image, carrying luggage with 2 small children was not fun.
• Rodrigo (9/5): Superb - The location is a dream, close to everything. The apartment is completely renovated to new. Very comfortable, specially the space of the room. The kindness of the hostess is excellent, we forgot some items and she was very kind to send it to us by mail.
• Anonymous (10/5): Amazing Stay - We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment with amazing view of the dome of the famous Church of Saint Anthony of the Portuguese. It is walking distance from all the major attractions of the city, 3 minute walk from Piazza Navona, 5 minute walk from Via Condotti, Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes from the Colosseum. This allowed us to avoid the use of taxis or other means of transportation. The apartment has beautiful wooden floors and ceilings, very comfortable bed from which one can enjoy the view from the window during the day, and an amazing lighting in the evening. You can really tell the lighting system was well thought out, the lights on the ceiling and behind the paintings change color with a multifunctional switch. The candles in the fireplace set the tone for a romantic ambience. There’s a comfortable sofa in the living room, which easily turns into a bed at night, which needs to be closed in the morning to allow better use of the living room. The bathroom enjoys a beautiful view on the roofs of Rome of its own, and a large, beautiful shower. Back in the living room, there’s a very equipped kitchenette and table. Emanuela was very helpful during our entire stay.

• Christian (9/5): Nice nice NICEY NICE NICE! - The apartment is perfectly located for the historic cites of Rome but also pretty close to the river if you need to escape fast with a taxi. The proximity of Piazza Navone and the Pantheon make it a sought after area, and the spacious interiors, lighting and high ceilings make it an apartment you actually want to spend time in, instead of using it as a sleeping base. The check in and organisation are tremendously helpful-- there when needed- invisble when not. The perfect combination. Always helpful a Whatsapp message away if needed-- even at the drop of a hat I would highly recommend this apartment-- but in doing so I know I may make it too busy for me to use next time. SO-- scram! It's JUST for me. Nothing to see here. Woeful. Shocking. How they treated me nice- and had an apartment so close to anythinh interesting, like places, squares, museums and good restaurants and bars. HOW DARE THEY?! Please do not use this apartment or I may find it occupied the next time I go to Rome for work-- WHich is quite often! The bed was too big for one person OK OK-- I'm ust trying ti find faults in things when I CANNOT
