Frank (1/5): Please avoid, as there is a very possible chance they will cancel your stay. - Nothing as the property owner cancelled our stay on the day. We arrived at the property at 3.30pm having travelled up from Poole. I checked the confirmation code and tried to use it to open the coded key holder. The code did not work. I then saw a message that the owner of the property cancelled our stay on the day of our arrival, saying the property was no longer available. We got no explanation as to why. I tried to ring the contact number but it went straight to voicemail.
