• Christoph (9/5): Würde ich wieder buchen, Lage und Preis / Leistung unschlagbar - Die Lage ist sehr gut, eine Metro-Station ist in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung. Mit der Linie M1 sind es dann nur 4 Stationen bis ins Stadtzentrum. Das Apartment an sich war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die An/Abreise war schnell und unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es sehr gut und nur ein paar kleine Sachen die zu verbessern wären. Etwas mehr Informationen vor der Anreise wären gut gewesen (z.B. Warmwasser läuft über Elektroboiler und es muss dafür eine Sicherung eingeschaltet werden). War zwar beim Sicherungskasten angeschrieben aber ein expliziter Hinweis wäre gut. Die Badezimmertür könnte modernisiert werden, aktuell ist es eine Schiebetür, die beim schließen ein wenig hakt. Die Matratzen sind eher hart, wir hatten dadurch jedoch keine Probleme zu schlafen.

• ANASTASIA (3/5): ΒΡΩΜΙΚΟ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑ - Μας άρεσε η διακόσμηση του σπιτιού Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας από τη διαμονή δεν ήταν καλή. Η πρώτη μας εντύπωση μόλις μπήκαμε στο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν ευχάριστη, καθώς αντί να μυρίζει καθαριότητα υπήρχε έντονη μυρωδιά φαγητού. Όταν βγάλαμε τα παπούτσια μας, παρατηρήσαμε ότι το πάτωμα δεν ήταν καθαρό – οι κάλτσες μας γέμισαν σκόνη και τρίχες από ζώο. Επιπλέον, υπήρχαν διάφορες λεπτομέρειες που έδειχναν έλλειψη φροντίδας: στα καλοριφέρ υπήρχαν τσαλακωμένα σεμεδάκια, πάνω από το ψυγείο υπήρχε συσσωρευμένη σκόνη και βρωμιά, ενώ μία από τις πετσέτες που μας παρείχαν ήταν τρυπημένη και με σημάδια σκουριάς. Επειδή φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ, την επόμενη ημέρα επικοινωνήσαμε με τον οικοδεσπότη για να του αναφέρουμε τα παραπάνω. Ο ίδιος ήταν ευγενικός και μας είπε ότι θα έστελνε την καθαρίστρια. Ωστόσο, λίγο αργότερα δεχθήκαμε αρκετές τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις από την καθαρίστρια, η οποία επέμενε ότι το σπίτι είχε καθαριστεί και μάλιστα ανέφερε ότι είχε και απόδειξη αγοράς καθαριστικών από το σούπερ μάρκετ. Για εμάς, όμως, το ζήτημα δεν ήταν αν αγοράστηκαν καθαριστικά, αλλά το αποτέλεσμα, το οποίο δυστυχώς δεν έδειχνε ότι είχε γίνει επαρκής καθαρισμός. Οι επαναλαμβανόμενες κλήσεις μέσα στην ίδια ημέρα ήταν επίσης αρκετά άβολες. Λυπηθήκαμε πραγματικά για αυτή την εμπειρία, γιατί φτάσαμε στο σημείο να αισθανόμαστε άβολα ακόμα και να ξαπλώσουμε στα κρεβάτια, καθώς δεν είχαμε εμπιστοσύνη στην καθαριότητα του χώρου. Ελπίζουμε στο μέλλον να δοθεί μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα και στη συνολική προετοιμασία του καταλύματος. Βάλε και ένα εν κατακλείδι ο ιδιοκτήτης καλός και έστειλε κατευθείαν στο συνεργείο καθαρισμού αλλά το συνεργείο χάλια!!!

• Nicos (7/5): Αρκετά καλό παρόλα τα πιο κάτω: - Πρωινό δεν υπήρχε, αλλά υπήρχαν αρκετά διάφορα για να φτιάξουμε τα αρχικά του πρωινού, πχ καφές και συσκευές, που σημειωτέων χρονολογούνται. Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια, αυτό ακριβώς που θέλαμε. Δεν υπήρχαν κλειδιά όταν φτάσαμε στο κουτί. Τηλεφωνήσαμε στον ιδιοκτήτη, ο οποίος ήταν στο εξωτερικό και μετά περιμέναμε αρκετή ώρα μέχρι να έλθει κάποιος να τα φέρει. Συγχρόνως υπήρχε υποψία ότι κάποιος άγνωστος μπορεί να τα είχε πάρει για να μπει μέσα όταν θα λείπαμε. Αυτός που ήλθε μας ανέφερε, πως ήταν απλώς λάθος της καθαρίστριας, η οποία δεν τα έβαλε στο κουτί όταν έφυγε. Αυτό μας κούρασε πάρα πολύ εφόσον ήλθαμε από το εξωτερικό. Αλλά το χειρότερο δεν ήταν αυτό. Μετά που μπήκαμε μέσα το τηλέφωνο του ντους ήταν χαλασμένο και δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο. Αυτό το γνώριζε ο ιδιοκτήτης από πριν, επειδή μας το ανέφερε το άτομο που έφερε τα κλειδιά. Ο οποίος επίσης μας είπε, ότι δεν μπορούσε άμεσα να το φτιάξει και ότι θα έπρεπε να περιμέναμε μέχρι την επομένη το βράδυ που θα σχόλανε από κάποια άλλη δουλειά. Εμείς φυσικά δεν τον περιμέναμε, την επόμενη μέρα πήγαμε σε ένα μαγαζί, 2 τετράγωνα από εκεί, αγοράσαμε ένα καινούργιο και το βάλαμε για να μπορέσουμε επιτέλους να κάνουμε ντους. Μετά από όλα αυτά, ο ιδιοκτήτης προθυμοποιήθηκε να μας επιστρέψει το κόστος χρέωσης της πρώτης βραδιάς, το οποίο και αποδεχθήκαμε και τον ευχαριστούμε. Τέλος σημειώνω, ότι τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες του διαμερίσματος είναι περασμένων δεκαετιών, ενώ το το στρώμα (mattress) του δευτέρου υπνοδωματίου χρειάζεται άμεσα αλλαγή επειδή νοιώθεις τις σούστες στο σώμα σου όταν πέφτεις αρκετή ώρα πάνω σε αυτό.

• George (8/5): Οικονομία στο χαρτί υγείας; - Άνετο και καθαρό. Είχε 2 ρολά χαρτί υγείας για 2 άτομα για 3 ημέρες. Ήταν πολύ λίγο κ δεν υπήρχε backup χαρτί στο διαμέρισμα.

• Μαρια (10/5): - Πάρα πολύ καθαρό και έχει τα πάντα μέσα δεν χρειάζεται να πάρεις κάτι μαζί σου . Αλλά και αν χρειαστείς έχεις δίπλα σου τα πάντα από κρεοπωλείο μέχρι σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακείο μαγαζιά για φαγητό με πολλές επιλογές . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και εννοείται ότι θα το ξανά επιλέξουμε σε άλλο ταξίδι μας .

• Giannaris (5/5): Defficient level of cleanliness. - The apartment was big and had two bedrooms. Near the metro station. It was not very clean. I took a sponge and cleaned the bathtub myself with dishwashing liquid. A shame because the space is large. It needs renovation and everything is cheap looking and a little worn.

The place was spacious, with two generously sized doubled bedrooms. All rooms had air conditioning units. We could have done with some more cooking utensils.

Apartment’s entrance door has some problem to open. Kitchen tools are not enough. Kettles and coffee machines are quite old. There are no wine glasses. Parquets are making noise in both bedrooms.

The apartment is in a close location for the metro line to the airport and we found a great restaurant a short walk away. Check in and out was straight forward and easy. Slow wifi.

• Ιώαννης (8/5): Meet my expectations. - The location was good and quiet, right next to vibrant Panormou Street which has a metro station as well. The apartment was decent and clean. It is spacious enough for 4 people. The host was responding quickly to my messages. Great value for money. The neighbors above me were noisy throughout the night which kept me awake until 2am. That could be fluky.

I spent 1.5 hour to clean it myself. The bathroom had residue hair everywhere and the most disgusting, there was hair from the bathtab drain, left on one of the towel rails. The curtain was filthy and mouldy...It took me ages in order to have a shower!! All floors were dusty and the sofa was dirty as well...I had to go through every surface with wet wipes just to be sure. The mattresses on the beds were a bit old , you could feel the springs. So, no that comfortable sleep either. Broadband wasn't working at all. It was connecting but there was no internet no matter how many times I restarted the rooter. The neighbors were also really loud, having music and TV at a really high volume at 2-3 am ...
