Guest Reviews
- Prideaux (2/5): Disgusting facilities. - Convenient location to Warnambool etc and the surrounding countryside is lovely. Comfortable bed and good hot water. The whole place was filthy inside and out. Dirty walls, cobwebs rubbish and dirt encrusted fly screen as the entrance.and no different inside. The only cupboard was totally full with owners personal linen storage leaving no other space. We have travelled for many years and this is the worst place we have stayed at. Definitely not as it is described in booking.com
- Henriksen (3/5): - Just out of town was good Small room smelt old
- Anna (8/5): - Friendly host. Great location for our dog to play.
- alain (6/5): - bed and breakfast sans dejeuner
- James (8/5): Very comfy, cosy, and quiet. A very friendly welcoming party. - The location was great, very nice to get off the beaten track after a day of dodging tourist buses on the Great Ocean Road. The place is very comfy and cosy. We were late arriving but got a hearty welcome from Raff the dog, who seems to be in charge of front of house, and security and does a great job.
There were lots of great books, a chess set, and plenty to keep you occupied around. There was lots of tea, coffee, and appliances etc. We didn't explore the farm much because of time on our part. I reckon it would have been an even better experience if we had! Overall it was a great stay but there were a few little things. The main drawback for me was that there seemed to be a fair few mossies in the room and no repellent provided. That kept me up until we put the fan on and hunted quite a few. Everything else was nice and catered for, so that stood out a bit, a bit of mossie spray would have been handy. I could have brought some too. Small potatoes really, it was still a nice stay.
- Jane (9/5): Comfortable, friendly, nice location, clean and neat, handy to Allansford and Warrnambool. - Location was wonderful. On a working farm with friendly dogs that coexisted well with our dog. No breakfast provided but an electric frypan was there and made a good bacon and eggs. handy small table and two chairs was appreciated. Good hot tank water. Everything in the room was very clean. Little storage available. No allocated space to put suitcase.

- Karen (9/5): Amazing little farm stay - I absolutely loved the fact that it was so quite. The room was great. For me the bed was a bit firm. And the shower was tricky for me to get into, but only because I am an above knee amputee. But I made it work.
- Andrew (9/5): - Very quiet
- Ryan (10/5): Quite and cosy place - Nice comfortable place. Very cosy and neat Nil
- Paul (8/5): It is a very peaceful location with wonderful views - We loved the location. Our dog loved all the wonderful new smells and found a friend in the owner's dog, Raaf. He was such a delight. The shower was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Perhaps the spiders' webs could have been cleaned up
- Johnny (9/5): Three nights quiet & comfortable stay - Good location, property itself cosy and comfortable, surroundings all natural, quiet and peaceful,
Close to town 10mins drive.

Lovely two home dogs greet every day, (we are dog person) Spiders indoor, big or small a bit unpleasant,
Last night WiFi suddenly super slow cannot open anything, but it’s ok,

- Daria (9/5): - Simple nice room with private bathroom and kitchenette, all what you need to have a rest for 1-2 nights on a stop on the Great Ocean road.
It's also possible to play with two adorable dogs there and watch the cows, sheep and wildlife birds in very close proximity.

- Angie (2/5): Do not recommend at all. - Great location Disgusting. Cleaner needs to be sacked!! Had to clean spider webs from walls before could get into bed. Bed & bedsides have not been moved to clean behind in a long time. Room stunk like dog urine & musty. Highly disappointed as try to support small business.

- Fiona (10/5): Able to negotiate the time of arrjval. warm welcome. iVery clean and i - Lovely couple. Dog friendly. Very cozy. Lovely scenery -helpful owners nothing
- Benedito (9/5): Cleanliness n tidy - I like a house because it very quiet place ,this place it's like home No nothing
- Roslyn (6/5): It was ok for one night - The location was ok there was no hanging space in the wardrobe and the fridge wasn’t working properly. The doona was a bit lumpy also. The step into the shower was very high The storage for clothes
- Syed (4/5): Not a clean place to stay. - It was alright except for the bugs and cob webs in the room. Haven't spent more than half an hour there because of the crawling insects and spiders in the bed. I checked reviews on Booking.com and booked it as I was travelling with my wife. When I entered the crawling insects on floor and a huge spider in the window welcomed us. There was a spider in the microwave and cobwebs in the spaces between the bedside tables and walls. Spiders were inside the bed and gave an impression that no one has used the property for a long time. Me and my wife straight away left the property without spending any time there. Luckily, managed to get another neat and clean place in the surroundings holiday park.
- Linda (8/5): Lovely comfortable stay! - We have a lovely 2 night stay. Property was clean and comfortable. Perfect location if you’re visiting for the Premier Raceway event.
- Fotini (10/5): Clean, comfy and beautiful setting. - Great stay if you have a dog!
- Bella1118 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Daryl (7/5): Good - very friendly hosts cobwebs on the roof ,windows guide tracks dirty
no locks to use
- Alison (9/5): Quiet, and extremely comfy - V peaceful and quiet A bit short of space to prepare a meal
- Tania (8/5): Perfect spot to stay away from the noise of the city - Quiet Nothing
- Andrew (9/5): Excellent - It was very quiet and the shower bed was excellent
- Milo (2/5): Disgustingly unclean dead bugs in beds - Room advertised as 2 beds when we arrived there was only 1 bed. When I pointed this out to the hosts they sorted another bed in the next room. Very unclean. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Dust in all the cups. Cutlery in room very dirty. Dead bugs in the bed. Felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in months. Felt like an inconvenience and in the way of the hosts no welcome or instructions where to go so arrived and was just stood around waiting for a while. No keys given for the room so if you left the room was just left unlocked. The dog is very friendly which is good if you like dogs my friend who did not did not appreciate having a dog running and jumping at her constantly and the owners did little to control the dog.

- Fay (10/5): Very happy with our stay. - We were very happy with our stay. We love the layout and decor and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
- Lotawai (3/5): Poor - We did not end up staying here as there were mouse droppings on the bed, and the room did not smell good at all. The property owner did, however, apologise and provide us with a refund.
- Carol (2/5): Very poor - The location was the only good thing. The staff were nice enough and welcoming. The bed was dirty, there was a dirty towel under the bed which wasn't ours, the tablecloth was stained, the room was full of flies when entering, no air circulation, no air con only fan which did not help on a 40c day. No locks on doors, room was stuffy and was too scared to even look under quilt. If there was other accom available in the area, would not have stayed. Did not enjoy stay at all.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Van (3/5): Poor -
- Brad (5/5): Passable - Good location. Quiet. Needs a good clean. Lots of dust and cob webs. Tiny TV.
