Dostęp do kluczy za pomocą skrzynki, umieszczonej na ziemi, kod przesłany nie działa. Brak kontaktu z obsługą, kontakt z chatbotem odpisującym w kółko to samo. W efekcie szukanie nowego mieszkania.
