Tyler (10/5): Exceptional - They had everything, it was all clean and the host walked is through everything when we arrived. We were a few minutes early to our agreed upon meeting time and they were there already. There are multiple beaches a short drive away, but I wouldn't consider them walking distance. The heat/AC was a little inconsistent through the house, but we figured it out.
