• Sina Attarzadeh (7/5): Nice Location and Good Value for Money - Great location with easy access to Bruges by car. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen was well equipped, although it’s worth noting that there is no dishwasher. The beds were quite small and uncomfortable. Even for an average-sized person, sleeping on the twin bed was not very comfortable. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

• Fifis (7/5): C’était un chouette week end et un logement au top, mis à part le chauffage. - Endroit Calme et le personnel est accueillant La chaufferette qui sent l’essence à chaque ON - OFF ça peut paraître dangereux.

• ghislaine (7/5): Bon séjour si nous faisons abstraction de la panne de gaz, non résolu par l'homme de confiance - La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel du camping. Encore merci à toute l'équipe qui a bien voulu remplacer la bouteille de gaz vide après une seule journée d'occupation. Grâce a leur intervention nous avons pu manger, nous doucher et dormir dans un mobile home chauffé. Pour la location : L'indifférence de l'homme de confiance de la propriétaire du mobile home, qui a su venir dix minutes après notre arrivée pour récupérer la caution de 150€ en espèces. Mais qui est resté aux abonnés absents malgré de nombreux appels téléphoniques lors de notre panne de gaz. Pour le service Booking ; Malheureusement, nous avons essayé de contacter la plateforme téléphonique disponible 7 j sur 7 24h. plusieurs tentatives infructueuses, délai d'attente trop important, plus de 20 minutes. la seule fois ou j'ai eu un conseiller , on n'arrivait pas a s'entendre, bruit de fond. Il ne m'a pas rappelé sur mon portable. ou est la satisfaction du client ?? Vous devriez vous assurer qu'en cas de sous location, le propriétaire du bien fournisse les coordonnées de son mandataire et que celui-ci est en capacité d'intervenir. • Tinawati (7/5): Besides the bad expérience of the closed reception, we enjoyed our stay - Very clean. The necessary materials are available The owner doesn’t know the exact regulation of the reception. Exc. She said that check in hours from 15.00 - 18.00, she didn’t know the on Xmas eve the reception is open until 15.00 hours & on Xmas day is closed. So for 2 nights we didn’t have a TV & WiFi. We had to call her to get the key and to find the chalet. We went to a closed reception then to chalet which difficult to find, she asked us to go back to reception and calk the number on the door where nobody answered. We came on foot 1 km from the charging plug of the car.

• Anja (10/5): Komfortabler Ferien-Bungalow nahe Brügge - Der Bungalow ist schön und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat uns vieles erleichtert. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem zum Schlafen. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist überraschend großzügig und mit dem elektrischen Kamin sehr gemütlich. Und dass WC und Dusche separat sind, macht vieles einfacherer, gerade wenn eine Gruppe unserer Größe dort ist. Die Unterkunft ist auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter geeignet. Am Anreisetag waren nur 4°C. Aber der Bungalow war in kurzer Zeit optimal geheizt, sodass uns nie kalt war. Nach Brügge dauerte die Fahrt mit dem Auto nur 12 Minuten. Daher war auch die Lage für uns perfekt. Wir kommen gern wieder! Uns hat absolut alles gefallen.

• Ilona (8/5): - Het was een prachtig schoon en ruim chalet met een fijne patio waar onze dochter ook kon spelen als het regende door de overkapping. Wij hadden geluk met het weer, maar het kan snel warm worden in het chalet.
• Annita (10/5): Ideaal, mooi, tot in de puntjes verzorgd, rustig verblijf met legio mogelijkheden ! Een aanrader ! - Zeer verzorgde mooie chalet, alles is aanwezig. De keuken is tot in de puntjes uitgerust met alle praktische zaken. Fantastisch vertoeven op het ruime overdekt terras. De locatie is ideaal, Oostende, Brugge vlug bereikbaar. Rustige, groene omgeving met alle faciliteiten, leuke bar taverne met heel vriendelijke bediening, ook voor kleine kindjes mogelijkheden. Kortom zalig rustpunt en toch dichtbij de cultuur en badsteden 👍.
