• Matthijs (8/5): Nice place, good facilities but inconvenient circumstances. - The location was nice and away from all the business of Tokyo I didnt like that the alarm would go off when opening the door. Regardless of what we did. Lock from inside? Alarm! Open from outside with 6 digit code? Alarm! Honestly was a bit uncomfortable having the beeping continue for 40 seconds every time. Other than that, housekeeping came 45 minutes early, which rushed us and i forgot a pair of pyjama pants i think 😅

• Melina (1/5): Je déconseille fortement - La localisation C'est une cage à poule pour 4 ( 2 enfants et 2 adultes) c'est minuscule nous sommes restés 10 jours c'était insupportable, de plus le logement était sale reste de nourriture dans le frigo bouche d'aération remplie de saleté des dizaines et des dizaines de moucherons.

• Emily (9/5): Fantastic cozy spacious room in a brilliant location - We had a fantastic time at MX house, it was only a short walk from kanamecho station yet in such a quiet and cozy neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again :) The stairs were a bit difficult to climb up and down with luggage, but it didn’t bother us as we only had to do it twice (upon arrival and departure)

• HSIAOLING (6/5): 假如你是喜歡位置好空間大cp值高這間可以來住，但對乾淨程度還有霉味有要求可以再找找別間，但因為我們早出晚歸比較沒差 - 走路9分鐘到要町站搭車2分鐘到池袋位置還不錯，這次入住303空間相較其他住宿很大，可以放兩顆28寸行李箱跟超多戰利品 這個住宿是屬於住宿期間不會有清潔服務，但是之前住過沒有清潔服務的好歹會有吸塵器跟拖把廁所清潔用品，這間什麼都沒有，所以髒了也不能自行清潔，只能一路髒到底，然後一進來廁所霉味超重，感覺清潔完沒有通風，然後很多清潔死角，熱水壺、飲水機都是垢我們是不敢用，杯子也都髒髒得應該是上一個房客留下來的但也都沒檢查，然後因為插電孔很少一條延長線插滿滿的各種電器，櫃子裡不知道為什麼有兩盒監視器還有一堆備品，還有一個餅乾（？）但是這個櫃子超髒所以我是沒碰裡面

• Željka (6/5): Tokyo - Vrlo čisto i uredno,ima sve što je potrebno za boravak od par dana. Ulaz, prilaz samom apartmanu loš,puno stepenica i jako usko i nezgodno za unos i iznos kofera.
• BARRERA (10/5): Cumplió 100% mis espectativas; en limpieza, ubicación y comodidad - Me gustó mucho el alojamiento, por su ubicación, tenía todo lo necesario y estaba impecable en lo que es limpieza.
• Megawati (10/5): Like at home - Room is Very clean, It's quite close to the station, there are many convenience stores nearby, it feels like home, it's very comfortable to stay here. Checking in was very easy because the host already emailed us how to unlock the door, very clean cutlery, got a toothbrush and 2 clean towels for body and face, new sandals, thanks a lot.. The stairs are a bit small, luckily our room is on the 2nd floor, I put my child's stroller outside in front of the door, because my 2 suitcases were already inside, only missing a washing machine and a rice cooker, so I bought rice at a convenience store, put it in the fridge, and the next day I heated it up in the microwave..
• Belz (5/5): Für zwei Studenten mit knappem Budget eine geeignete Unterkunft, um ein paar Tage Urlaub in Tokyo zu machen. - Günstige Unterkunft in relativ guter Lage. Bietet alles was man braucht für ein paar Tage in Tokyo. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein, man konnte sich kaum umdrehen. Außerdem musste man aufpassen, nicht in das Loch im Boden zu treten, wenn man aus der Dusche steigt. Die Klimaanlage hat gestunken und die Fensterscheiben waren immer beschlagen, aufgrund schlechter Isolierung. Die Bettdecke ist auch die ganze Zeit verrutscht.

(I might be wrong) •The bed was made out of memory foam, so my body just sinked into the mattress and it made my back hurt. •No mirror near the sink, the only mirror that was there was not turnable, so to see my face i had to bend over. •The manual said that the door will lock itself after 5 seconds, but i had to manually lock it everytime. •The kitchen was comically small, making it pretty much impossible to cook.

• TitanRob (1/5): Sconsiglio questo posto - Il condizionatore è utile Nei dintorni si trovano Family Mart e ristoranti decenti Stanza troppo piccola per 3 persone, dovrebbe essere per massimo 2 persone o al massimo la terza persona andrebbe messa in un letto singolo. Non c'era letteralmente lo spazio per muoversi e nemmeno spazio per mettere le valigie. Sconsiglio se dovete viaggiare in 3. Il bagno è piccolissimo e scomodissimo. Abbiamo trovato dello sporco sia sotto al letto che sotto alla TV, tra cui una sigaretta usata. Sono stati poco disponibili davanti a delle situazioni che si sarebbero potute risolvere facilmente. Sconsiglio di restarci per più di 3 giorni, in generale. C'è di meglio in giro, noi siamo stati molto molto meglio la settimana successiva in un altro posto.

• Sophia (8/5): Extremely comfortable and cozy yet very spacious with great facilities and easy access to the tube. - The property was very spacious for two people and could have two large suitcases open at one with plenty of room. The room, bedding and towels were all clean and so was the microwave and kitchenette. Owners also left out earplugs which was much appreciated! The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning/heating was great. Shower was a little small but it’s Japan so that was to be expected. Our kettle broke mid stay and the staff replaced it very quickly while we were out which was lovely. We were less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest station and within 25 mins of Ikebukuro on foot. Coin laundry nearby is also cheap and very good. Overall very comfortable with highly responsive staff via the messaging on here - would recommend for two people! We stayed in room 205 so I’m not sure if other rooms had this issue, but right outside were very bright lights from other buildings. The curtains let in a lot of light so would recommend a sleep mask. Also, the facility listed space to dry clothes however there wasn’t any hanging space on the balcony. One small thing is that the shower curtain smelt a little bit too but I just kept it open since it was a wet room. Also missed having a bidet!

• 心媛 (10/5): 位置離要町站7分鐘路程，附近有羅森、全家、my basket、maruetsu超市。 這次體驗很好，住在三樓，晚上很安靜，房間整潔，在日本算很大間，可以打開兩個行李箱（我訂23坪的），設備很齊全還有熱水器、熱水壺。是個愉快的體驗！ - 地理位置、設備、大小 熱水有時候會忽冷忽熱。
• KimKim (1/5): Terrible apartment/studio - The location was good. 15 minute walk to ikebukuro. Close to Life supermarket too. Which is a great food store. The apartment was not clean. It was tiny, the bathroom had black mould around the bath and shower unit. I requested a spare blanket as it was cold in Tokyo only to be told that there weren't any. After 3 days I finally received an extra blanket. Apparently they had to source it from other hotels or apartments. I've never heard anything so ridiculous. There were no cleaning tools. I couldn't sweep up nor clean the sinks and shower unit. Nothing to wash the dishes with. There was no where to put my toothbrush and toothpaste so I had to put it on top of the loo. Quite unhygienic! Only a coat stand to hang my clothes on. No washing machine. I stayed there for a week. This studio is not suitable for any length of time. I've stayed in student accommodation better than this. I had to ask for clean towels. There was no clean bed linen provided. There was a kettle in the bedroom on top of a microwave, with a couple of tea bags, 2 sachets of coffee and a couple of biscuits! I don't recommend MX House. I would never stay there again. To call this an apartment suitable for 2 people on holiday is ridiculous. The only positive was the location.

Sufficientemente grande per due persone, completo di tutto il necessario. Odore di muffa persistente. Se siete allergici alla polvere potreste non poter utilizzare il condizionatore (non penso che qualcuno abbia pulito il filtro di recente)
• Dmytro (1/5): Very disappointing stay. - The mirror was broken and dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the stove was filthy. The air conditioner was broken and didn’t make the room any warmer. The bathroom also had very poor ventilation. For the same price, you can easily stay in a 3-star hotel with much better conditions.

Maybe should try opting for foldable shelves to save space on the floor. The TV could also use a bracket so there’s more space to move.
• Natalie (1/5): overall the location is great and if you’re fine with a stranger going into your room when you’re not aware then book th - that property was a bit small for two people but the location was super great and a super market was near by. a worker entered our room while we were away and broke a couple of our things and left it for us to find it there. this left me feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable during the last night of our stay and I was glad to leave that place.

• Leekh (7/5): - It was located 9 minute walk away from kanamecho station, there were multiple konbinis around the area, the A/C worked really well. If you’re looking to just sleep, it’s fine. 4th floor no elevator, very narrow staircase, bathroom is small and cramped (if you’re above 175, might be a challenge). The room is very small, there wasn’t much space to put the luggage.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci sono diversi kombini vicini, inoltre il quartiere è tranquillo. L'unica cosa negativa è la mancanza del wc tecnologico.

• Thanh Minh (6/5): Great afforadble stay if you're looking for size. No elevator/lift so be cautious. - The size of the rooms were great, plenty of space to work with. Hotel was also not too far from the local station. The hotel does not have an elevator or any lifts, so I had to lug all the suitcases through very narrow stairs. Hotel also had some loud neighbors which would be disruptive through the night.

Se sei alto più di 1.75 potresti fare fatica a trovare confortevoli le dimensioni della casa. Tuttavia è una caratteristica generale delle costruzioni giapponesi, è tutto un po' più piccolo rispetto agli standard europei.
• Rosane (2/5): If you are a POC/ female solo traveler, DON’T DO IT! - There are cameras on the property and it has an electronic door key that automatically locks. It’s not as close to the train station as they claim. Walking from the train station to the property was about 15-20 mins. Additionally, going up four flights with suitcases is terrible. The stairs are extremely narrow.
• Adam (7/5): Small budget, good location apartment - It was pretty close to the train station (about 10 minutes), there are convenience stores nearby, the bed was comfortable and the AC helped as it's summer. We were received with snacks. towels, slippers, and we had no problems checking in. It’s quite small and the walls are very thin, we had a very loud upstairs neighbour and we could hear people entering and leaving their apartments. I wished the bathroom was cleaner overall, the shower curtains were mouldy and you kind of touch them as you shower due to the small bathroom. The kettle wasn’t working.

• Shilo (6/5): Pleasant - Nice sized beds Bathroom was so small it was hard to even use it. Location was poor. It was at least a 20 min train ride to Shibuya
• Ismael (9/5): I would repeat - The neighbourhood, freedom and the absence of keys. On the other hand, it was a comfortable room and a very good bed. It was hard to find
• Ricardo (4/5): Disappointing - Nice room for the price Too many mosquitoes and the room does not come with any insecticide or ways to prevent their entry.
• Hamish (8/5): Very good - Location was good and air conditioning was nice. Down a nice street to walk through. Bathroom was small but it was ok.

• Elli (5/5): NOT for SOLO travel because it is located in a very quiet and scary location - Close to the metro station.
• Steele (1/5): Very dissatisfied - I haHot water did not work. Not clear instructions. Unresponsive. Balcony door didn’t close and refrigerator didn’t work. Very disappointing.
• Sven (8/5): Very good - To have a whole apartment for myself close to a metro station. Everything was super clean, the WiFi worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable When I tried to call the contact number my provider told me that this number isn't assigned to anyone. Before I entered the room I had some questions and no internet. In the end I figured it out myself but I had no chance to contact anyone
