• Rachel (10/5): The perfect location and so warm and relaxing. - As we were checking in on a public holiday we initially thought that we would have troubles checking in as our check in was at 3pm and we got an email in the morning indicating the early close of reception due to the public holiday. However, the process for after hours check in was so easy and the service staff on the call were so kind and hospitable. We also got a call from the owners during the day and they had left some perishable food for us which was so kind and thoughtful. The hosts have truly made such a lovely space to be in. We were sad to leave. N/A

• Jacob (10/5): Incredible apartment, amazing location - This property is a hidden gem. Prime location, pool on one side of the apartment and beach on the other. The apartment itself is beautiful very homey and lots of space for us 2 adults and 3 children. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. Wished we could stay there longer!

• Sarah (10/5): Great centrally located apartment with everything we needed and more! - Excellent location on the Gold Coast - right on the beach, shops and cafes/restaurants within both walking distance or a short drive. Apartment was bright and spacious (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/generous kitchen and living spaces), well presented and clean, had all the amenities we needed (fridge & freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer, aircon & fans), and was well stocked. The host was so accommodating and very responsive to messages - we had a lovely time and will definitely be back!

• Sue (9/5): Great location, great apartment, would highly recommend. - Great Location, nice apartment, easy access to beach and amenities Hard to get key as they had a new receptionist and hard to find our carpark from the map given, but other than those things it was a great apartment.
• Karen (9/5): Lovely quiet seaside getaway in luxury apartment, beach, walking track and cafe at your doorstep. - Absolute beachfront location, easy access to spa, pool, sauna, tennis court and beach, being a ground floor apartment. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. Rooms were tastefully decorated, with everything you could require. There is a beachfront cafe with good coffee next door at the Langham hotel. The coffee machine was full of used capsules and unable to be used because it required descaling, a small thing, but coffee is important to us. This was the only fault I could find with the apartment besides a plaster crack behind a doorway. These are the only reasons I rated the property good instead of excellent. It really is a superb apartment.

• Marama (8/5): Accommodation was outstanding but the service was not. - Perfect! Very well presented & had everything you needed right there. Cannot fault it. Would recommend and will book again! The guy at reception was obnoxious and not helpful at all. Did not assist with parking etc. Knocked on our door at 10.30am asking us when we were leaving, very rude about it - I showed him our booking & check out wasn’t until 11am. He didn’t take the time to check just assumed we overstayed, unfortunately he ruined our experience during our stay First impressions count so does customer service when in the tourist industry.
• Melanie (7/5): We loved the accomodation but it was ruined by the rude staff, red head male in his late 20s - mid thirties. - We loved that the stay was on the bottom floor and had an outdoor space, view, felt very spacious The staff at the front were very negative, rude and abrupt. He should not be on the front desk, how embarrassing for that hotel. Unwelcoming not who you want to be greeted by when on holiday and I think he needs to rethink his job as he was nasty from the moment I came into the building.

Any family staying here will have an amazing holiday Being on ground level - The access to the pool , your own little front yard , access to the beach - the tennis court right in front of you - it is seriously a 1010. Nothing really - but if I being picky, maybe just some more hand towels for the longer stay occupants and tea towels .

• Katie (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautifully decorated and a great location within the complex and in Surfers Paradise. Great communication from the apartment owners, too. The complex management staff made a few mistakes with our bond and theme parks bookings and weren't that helpful in solving the issues to return our money. This was no fault of the owners who have been great to deal with
• Donna (10/5): Styled to perfection, equipped with almost everything you could need and in a perfect location - Loved the ground floor location with access straight out the courtyard gate to the beach. We prepared several meals and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Beds were really comfortable. There’s been a lot of attention paid to the styling with the palm tree theme which is delightful. Parking being included was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a really great place to stay!

• Chris (10/5): Cool, Cosy and Comfortable - This apartment has been meticulously refurbished which made our recent short three night stay pleasurable. Family friendly, it offers ample space for our family of five providing two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen leading into a spacious open plan living area. It’s ideally situated on the ground floor, which gave us easy access to the heated pool and spa only metres away, and a short stroll with direct access to the beach and cafe nearby. The owner, Sherry, made us very welcome, attended to my pre-arrival queries swiftly and advised should we need anything else to let her know. The onsite manager, Vicki, warmly greeted us at check-in and was easy to deal with during our stay. We had a memorable family holiday and will certainly be back again for a longer stay next time around! N/A

• Baliegh (9/5): Beautiful place - Beautiful location and apartment. We were really comfortable here. Set out beautifully and had extras in there that stand out from normal apartments. Shower in main room had quite alot of mould. Everything else was absolutely gorgeous.
