• Jordan (9/5): - It was great for what we needed it for, a place to rest our heads. We felt safe here and comfortable. The kitchen is a plus. They have a good size fridge, a washing machine and our host supplied some laundry detergent which we are extremely grateful for. It's a small place, on the ground level, perfect for one or two people. Location wise, you could see the Colosseum as soon as you exit the place. Obviously you're in a more touristy area so be careful where you eat, otherwise it was still magical. I recommend this place!

• Kelsey (8/5): Great place to stay, close to centre of city and safe and homely for a single traveller. - Space and proximity to centre of city. Nothing comes to mind that was negative.

• Kristel (8/5): Good stay - The place was near the tourist attractions. Transportation was easy as well since the walk is not that far from the bus stops. The room was good for 2 people. You can also cook if you want. There is also a washing machine available if you need to do laundry. Overall it was a good stay Make sure to bring your own shampoo, soap, conditoner, etc, since they only provide a small one. Also, dont forget to bring house slippers

• Nicola (8/5): Fabulous location and excellent value for money. - The property is a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and perfectly situated to walk anywhere within 30 - 40 minutes. Property was clean and had everything for a short stay. The bed wasn’t comfortable but that could just be because it’s not what we are used to.
• Lau (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Relatively close to metro (10-15min walk). Host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. It was great that there was a laundry machine available to guest. Lots of noise in the early morning from neighbours. Felt humid in the room which may have attracted some bugs from the garden. The dehumidifier was helpful.
• Ng (10/5): Exceptional - I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the host for arranging such a wonderful place for us to enjoy our trip to Rome. This trip is my and my mother's first time traveling to Europe, and we were initially worried about the accommodation. However, as soon as we walked through the door, the room was filled with the scent of lemons. It was very comfortable and felt welcoming. The room had most of the essentials we needed, such as dishes for cooking, and there was even a washing machine to help us manage our dirty clothes. There were two small lamps that created a particularly cozy atmosphere at night. The location is near the Colosseum, and the entire street is lined with restaurants, so if we're hungry, we can easily find a place to eat just a few steps away. There are also many convenience stores nearby, and there are so many good things to mention that I would run out of space. Lastly, I want to thank the host again. She was incredibly patient and quick to respond to any questions we had, which helped us a lot. If you haven't found a hotel yet, I highly recommend considering staying here; it's a very warm and inviting space.

• Daniels (5/5): Overall, the apartment had all the very basic necessities but don’t expect a lot more. - The location is great because it is near to the metro station & the bus stop. Lots of shops & restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood. The apartment is outdated with very old amenities and facilities. There is no microwave in the kitchen. The shower water did not heat up. If you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend as there is an AC condenser fitted just outside the bedroom window. As a result, you are able to hear the AC blasting through the window all night long, which is not ideal when you want to fall asleep. I also woke up as a result of this sound.

We really liked the location, as well as the availability of dishes, medical equipment, a set of towels, washing machine and air conditioner in the apartment. The room was clean and cozy. The Italian style courtyard also created a cozy atmosphere. Thank you very much for the great service. Absolutly recommend staying there! The only thing that caused difficulty was the lock on the front door which was difficult to open.

When you step out the door and look to your le - The apartment was very clean, stocked with items almost any traveler would need and centrally located. The bathroom was just a little tight for my liking, but it was setup really well.

• Evelina (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome. - Great location to reach touristic points by walk. Also to find places to have breakfast or dinner or just aperitivo and to go shopping for some ordinary goods. AC let us survive 39 temperature those days in Rome. Apartament is particularly clean and newly renovated. Apartment pretty lightend at night from outside yet so take eyesfold in case if you are dark sleeper.
