• Diaz (1/5): - Reserve con 1 mes de anticipación, una semana antes de viajar le escribo por Booking, por WhatsApp y llamo al número que refieren en la reserva (el cual está errado) y pese a los esfuerzos el mismo día que viaje (estando ya allá en Cartagena) me responde el lugar que reserve otro hotel porque no tiene quien entregue el apartamento, es una falta de respeto con los usuarios. Si saben que tienen una reserva hace mas de 1 mes deberían avisar que no pueden cumplirla, cancelarla o simplemente no poner el apartamento disponible. Es una falta de respeto y deberían mejorar, pues eso afecta para los viajeros

La vista espectacular hacia el castillo Se compartía el aire acondicionado con dos habitaciones, se refrescaba con ventiladores pero igual era caluroso es una ciudad muy caliente. Es importante aclarar que muchos tours no llegan hacia el lugar

• el mahdi (9/5): - • L’appartamento era confortevole e ci siamo trovati bene. • La proprietaria è stata davvero gentilissima e disponibile. Dalla camera matrimoniale sembrava di dormire con i dipendenti di un ristorante: dalle 7 del mattino iniziavano a gridare e non era più possibile riposare.

• Miguel (10/5): Great Stay! - Everything was great, the host, Elena, was wonderful. Close to shops, across from Castillo San Felipe, close to the Mall Plaza, grocery stores and more. Clean, AC, kitchen, washing machine. Elena ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Not applicable

• Dilyana (9/5): A comfortable and convenient stay - Elena was a great host: nice and attentive. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen and three nice bedrooms with AC. It was ample-sized and relatively clean. There is no hot water but that's true for most of the old town. The rubbish beneath the stairs is not nice but it may not be in the owner's control. there is AC in the bedrooms that sometimes blows too cold but it can be shut off.

• Ariane (8/5): Value for money. Great location. Very friendly host. - It was big enough to fit 6 people. There were only two of us. Situated right in front of fortaleza San Felipe and in walking distance from the old city centre. The noise the staff of the bar upstairs made late at night after the bar closed. They started fixing things, drilling etc. The landlady was very nice and told them to stop because she had guests staying.

• Guapo (8/5): Good value - Great location - literally across the street from the fortress entrance. 10 minute walk to the walled city, 10 minute walk to the shopping mall. Good local dining a few steps outside. Good accommodations - 2 functional bathrooms, 2 (out of 3) bedrooms have working AC, good beds. Great hostess - responsive and helpful. Inexpensive May be problematic for some: Apt. is located on 2nd floor. You have to climb some outside stairs. No easy access for disabled. Noisy untill ~midnight. Light sleepers beware. It's possible to encounter insects in the kitchen.
