• ilan (1/5): - דירה גדולה, מטבח מאובזר לא היה מיזוג אוויר, מזגנים חיממו ולא קיררו בשיא אוגוסט. שירות לקוחות גרוע, אפילו לא ניסו לסייע. אין קבלת אורחים, רק מאבטחים של המקום שלא דוברים אנגלית.

• J (6/5): - Ottima pulizia, ubicazione Top! Letto molto comodo, la cucina bella. Purtroppo! Mi sono sentito preso in giro. Con caldo forte d'estate, l'area condizionata non funzionava sia in camera che in salotto, dovevo studiare ed ho fatto una grossa fatica,! Ho chiamato, e praticamente mi hanno detto che non sapevo io utilizzare (DAVVERO??) hanno detto che mandavano a qualcuno, mai arrivato. Poi i Sacchetti per dividere la spazzatura. Un casino... Molto bella la casa MA DA MIGLIORE LE COSE. O ALMENO PARLARE CHIARO ALLE PERSONE.

• marion (1/5): La pire nuit de nos vacances - La localisation La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons passé une nuit d’enfer, il faisait plus d’une trentaine de degrés alors que nous étions avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons signalé le problème à notre arrivée vers 18h, et soit disant ils nous ont envoyé quelqu’un à minuit et demi pour la réparation mais comme nous n’avons pas répondu à cette heure tardive, il n’a pas pu intervenir. En regardant les commentaires aujourd’hui, je me rends compte que le problème de climatisation date de plusieurs mois! Quelle honte de vendre une prestation pareil!

• Marcin (1/5): You won't get inside - On the positive side: comfortable bed, available bathtub, and spacious interior. A very unpleasant and difficult experience – the key was supposedly to be picked up at the reception. The staff member knew nothing about it, searched for the key, eventually found one, but it turned out it didn’t fit the lock already at the staircase entrance. Another search followed, and in the meantime, other guests were also looking for their keys. After an hour, we were given different keys… to someone else’s private apartment! No one knew which staircase it was, or what the apartment number was. Before we managed to find the right door, the porter caught up with us and gave us a new set of keys (the third one), and we finally found the apartment. Importantly, there was no contact with the host! They didn’t respond to messages and only called back after several hours. It’s worth noting that the staff handing out the keys didn’t speak a word of English. A very stressful situation — we had already started looking for alternative accommodation out of helplessness and lack of support. There is air conditioning - but you can't turn it on because the remote controls are missing batteries. It's not clean in many places, and the tape shows as if the renovation was not completed. By far the worst experience we've ever had.
