Muitos pequenos problemas todo o tempo: O telefone teve de ser trocado, não funcionava, a mesma coisa com o controle remoto da TV. O cofre não funcionava! A pia do banheiro vazava p dentro do armário. Não houve a delicadeza de deixar um peq sabonete no box, ou qq “amenidade”. Nem alguns guardanapos, nem um pano qq ou perfex p uma necessidade. A cafeteira é p pó de café! Ou seja vc tem q fazer compras grandes mesmo q vá se hospedar por 4 dias! Estou m acostumada a me hospedar em apt e nunca vi tanta indiferença pelas peq necessidades do hóspede.

L accueil nous a fait comprendre qu’il ne pouvait rien faire et surtout nous a apporte aucune solution, hormis appeler un numéro qui n était pas joignable. On a dû trouver un hôtel à 2h du matin... En contrepartie, ils ont décalé notre départ d une nuit. Absolument pas professionnel surtout quand l accueil nous dit que c’est déjà arrivé.

- Nikki (5/5): Generally good. The host was friendly and responsive but the apartment wasn’t clean enough. - The location was excellent. The air conditioning was very good. The Wi-Fi was excellent too. I don’t think it was very clean. The microwave was dirty, the shower was dirty too. The bedding didn’t smell too fresh on arrival. The door to access the property was loud to close. I think also 80R$ is a little too expensive to change towels

- Victor (6/5): Great Location in Showing Its' Age Apartment - The location is the best part of this "showing its' age" apartment. We liked that the owner replied quickly with all our complaints once we arrived as apartment was damaged. We did not like the bedding, polyester sheets and the plastic mattress protector. We did not like that we had to contact the owner to fix the holes in the wall with wires hanging out when we first arrived. This apartment was not up to par on arrival.
