• ingrid (8/5): - L’emplacement calme, proche de la gare, du métro et des commerces (restaurants, mercato, boulangerie) La literie était confortable Situé dans une cour il manque un Peu de luminosité, ça reste très secondaire Pas de dépôt bagagerie possible mais nous avons pu en trouver un très abordable près de la gare via booking (6€ par bagage la journée )

Kudos to the Host! No complaints at all! The price is slightly high, but this appears consistent with most apartments and hotels in Rome.

Я снова остановилась бы здесь. - Местоположение отличное , чистота, удобные спальные места, очень хорошее оснащение апартаментов, бесконтактное заселение, есть все необходимые мелочи для проживания и базовый набор продуктов. Было немного шумно во время сна, потому что за стеной спальни проходит лестница подъезда а под окном входная дверь в подъезд с громкой защелкой. Из-за того что окна выходят во внутренний дворик в квартире всего да темновато.

Neatly decorated (we also liked the look of brick ceiling a lot), functional, a lot of extra things were available - cotton sticks, toiletries, a cot for the child, the hostess was super nice and let us some small snacks, water and even made a small birthday decoration. We are very grateful for the stay, it exceeded our expectations and we will be happy to stay again. The shower needs a small maintenance, but it doesn't affect the functionality. Everything else was awesome :)

• D (10/5): - Great location, not far from Roma Termini and the Colosseo. The apartment was very quiet, with windows to an interior court. The apartment itself is not big, but the bedroom was spacious and with a very comfortable bed. The small kitchen included everything we needed. Tremendous attention to detail and everything was spotless clean. We would certainly stay again in Gioiello del Colosseo when back in Rome.
• Diane Christel (10/5): We will come back for sure. - First the owner, she is so kind and accommodating as she asked everything of what maybe we needed and give everything that we need. Second the house it self, as it exceeded our expectations because it was so cozy, the kitchen is complete as well as the bathroom, the house is warm as we arrive after getting wet by the rain. We also had a good rest after a long day of walking especially because the location of it was good, it is near of all the tourist spots, shops, metro, restaurants and even better for it’s price. Everything was perfect. I really recommend it either for short stay or long stay. Nothing, too perfect for us. My mom and aunt loved it.

Muy buena comunicación tanto a pie como en metro. La zona de estar no es muy cómoda en el apartamento. No hay buen sitio para sentarse cómodamente.

Non manca niente, è silenzioso perché rimane in un cortile interno, all'interno c'è tutto quello che serve sia in bagno sia in cucina. Molto vicino alla stazione, alla metro e alla fermata degli autobus. Siamo davvero rimasti molto soddisfatti. Nulla da dire. È perfetto!

• Marcela (10/5): Estadia práctica y cómoda en Roma - El departamento está muy completo, tiene todo lo necesario y más!. La limpieza un 10! Aunque pequeño, muy acogedor y cómodo. Además de contar con un sillón cama, tiene otra cama extra en la habitación, aparte de la matrimonial. Nuestra anfitriona nos dejó fruta, agua y jugos, (Además de un mapa e incluso pochoclos) lo cual nos facilitó mucho ya que llegamos de noche y con niños. La ubicación, a media cuadra del metro es ideal! Alrededor muchos comercios, y esta a una caminata de 15 min del Coliseo, y otros 10min para el otro lado de Santa Maria Mggiore, y de Termini. Doriana estuvo siempre atenta y nos comunicamos facilmente. Definitivamente lo recomendamos! Nada, todo impecable!

We were welcomed in person and introduced to everything in this beautiful apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, had air conditioning, and beds are so comfortable. Its location worked perfect for us as it was a short ten minute walk to the Colosseum. We liked everything in the apartment and will definitely stay there next time we are in Rome. Amazing five-star host, five-star location and apartment!

Nos permitió salir un poco más tarde de la hora de checkout. El alojamiento está fenomenal para 2 y lo recomiendo para ese número de personas. Nosotros éramos 4 y la falta de espacio resultaba bastante agobiante. No lo recomiendo para 4 personas. Nos gustó que tuviera entrada independiente. Que fuera tan pequeño para nosotros 4.

She allowed us to checkout by 12 pm and even left our luggages till 12 30pm. AC effect was very good and so was the hot water in the shower room. Size of bedroom was large and hence we had moved the convertible bed into the room Neighbourhood is not that great is terms of the vibe. Slightly expensive room rent for the size of the apartment. Fan was behaving strange and would start working after 20 mins since the time its ONed.

You can reach to Metro station of Vittorio Emanuelle with just a few steps (takes seconds :) ) And it is 10 minutes far by walking to Roma Termini (We were walking with our kid, imagine it) Supermarkets and restaurants is really close to there. And most important one is pharmacy. It is a few steps far. (not takes minute. Only a few seconds) And apartment owner Doriana ! Really kind and helpful for us :) Thank you Doriana for everything. !!! There is no doubt that I will rent this apartment again when I visit Rome again in next year :) By the way, apartment has all kind of stuff in it such as plates, towels, coffee, sugar, salt, kitchen tools, home appliances,....whatever you expect ! And apartment was super cleaned when we arrived to there (we kindly asked Doriana for cleaning because of our kid, and the result is perfect :) ) Ci vediamo citta d'amore Rome :)
• Zishan (8/5): Good location, good neighborhood, power system to improve - The location was very nice! It’s only 18 mins by walking to nearest tour spots. The metro is only 2 mins walk and basically downstairs. It provides all facilities to us such as coffee, fruits and other things. The 2 bags of trash from the previous guests was not thrown away. We were asked to throw them out and we did that ourselves . In addition, the power was often off. We had to run downstairs to power it on.

• Vanja (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Rome - Among dozens of apartments within different countries, this is the most perfect, the most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed; it is perfectly clean, well equipped and charming; it's location is also perfect, at walking distance from Termini station (cca 10 minutes) as well as from main attractions (Colloseum/ Roman forum etc - cca 15 minutes). Check in/ check out is simple. Also it is important to notice - Doriana is such wonderful and polite host, full of understanding and helpful with advices! Host was exceptional, very responsive, waiting for us a little bit longer than our check in time. Fast response every time we send a message for any question or issue. The place was very clean, arranged very well, every little space used to the maximum. Beds very comfy, clean sheets, pillows and great new big towels provided. We were family of four, and used the apartment just for quick breakfast in the morning, and then for sleep at night. Dishes, cups, and everything in this small apartment were selected with great taste from the host. Coffee, sugar, and all starting necessities were provided to start your days. Fruit basket was a welcoming surprise upon our arrival. There is so much to see in Rome, that it's pity to stay an dwell in the rooms, so anyone complaining about this place is too small, should think what is the purpose of this booking. Termini station is just 17 min slow walk from the apartment. All stores around have all necessary products, so you can grab a snack, fruits, or whatever you need, and keep going to explore the city. At the time we stayed, it was extremely hot in Rome, but AC helped us to sleep well at night. Very friendly and safe neighborhood, to enter the building, you need two set of keys, and two doors to be opened, so it was excellent for feeling safe in this big city, any time of the day. Thank you so much, we recommend this place to anyone. Bathroom had some mold on the walls in the shower, I was a little bothered by that. Nothing that can't be fixed by thorough cleaning. Taking a shower was a little bit tricky, as the knob was falling sometimes, when trying to adjust the water temperature.

• Triin (8/5): Very good - Lovely small apartment very close to the train station. Very well decorated, the kitchen is well equipped with everything, the bedroom a very nice size. It's perfect for two people. The apartment is too small for four people as the sofa bed is in the kitchen and takes up too much space. It's impossible for four people to eat at the table. The sofa bed was also quite dirty.

Location: Can not think better location to be placed in Rome, maybe if you were on the Aventine Hill, but just maybe... All the most famous roman landmarks just a 15-20 minutes walk, metro station in 50 meters from the apartment, main train station Roma Termini two corner away, very good supermarket behind the corner... Amazing. Apartment: clean, cosy, got everything you need... All in all, one of the best place to be in Rome, you have our perfect recomendation and support to keep that way.

Apartment was very clean, cozy, had everything was needed (hair dryer, soap, plates, even cosmetic pads and small hair straightener!) I was there on Christmas and I found decoration like Christmas tree, christmas tablecloth - it was so nice! Host was very helpful, friendly, she left even fruits for us, check in -> very easy! Moreover supermarket Conad is 5 minutes walk, so very close, You can buy everything You need there. • Marinescu (9/5): Superb - Location(walking distance to Colosseum and very close to metro station), room facilities. Too small for 4 adults or families with teenage kids.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - I really liked the location of the apartments. It was easy to get to the place. It was clean and quiet inside. Very good and friendly hostess. She left us water in the fridge and fruits. The walls were very thin. The first two days it was very hard to sleep, because we heard everything that was happening in the hallway.
