• Emma (10/5): - Service was very good , host was very good at communicating with us as we checked in late. He came to meet us and also offered to pick us up for a small fee. 5 min walk to the port which was perfect for us.
• Monica (10/5): Fabulous, felt better than at home - Everything - Francesco is the best host i EVER had. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. He picked me up at the airport late night, always available to answer all my questions, made sure my room was always clean and tidy. The room was big and Comfortable and the location was just perfect . You must go and visit.! Nothing! Everything was just perfect

Francesco, il proprietario dell’appartamento, è una persona eccezionalmente disponibile e cordiale. • Eliza (6/5): Stay here only if you are catching the first ferry out - This property is conveniently located. Would absolutely not stay here for any longer than necessary The shower was filthy and the property was difficult to locate. You have to pay to use the lift most hours of the day. The property is on level 4 so be aware of this is you have heavy bags. The host charges a €10 late check in fee.
• Giorgio (10/5): Forza Napoli Sempre. - Host Francesco was perfect, very helpful in every way. The location is perfect for visiting Naples many sites & an excellent base to catch ferries to Capri/Ischia & Sorrento, etc. Very easy access to Napoli Metro system if train is your thing. Bus(Alibus)from the airport direct to Napoli Port only costs 5€ each way & stops 2min walk from property so don’t get ripped off by taxis, you won’t need them. Property/rooms are virtually 100% secure. It suited our needs perfectly.
• Mykola (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay in Napoli at an apartment just opposite the Molo Beverello port. The location was fantastic-right in the heart of the city, with everything from ferries to restaurants and historic sites just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really made the stay special was the host, Francesco. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available if I needed anything. From the smooth check-in to his great local tips, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I truly appreciated his hospitality, and I'd highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Naples.

• Alexandra (9/5): A lovely place to stay in Naples for a few days and explore. - Wonderful location, a short walk from the metro station (also from the port stop of the airport shuttle). One can walk to the historic centre and even (after a bit of time) the fabulous archaeological museum of Naples - not to be missed! The view from the balcony is sublime - right onto the harbour and mount Vesuvius sticking out from behind the old port building. The host was lovely. There is no breakfast, but one can always have it at one of the cafes below, we particularly liked the small cafe in the same building: no frills, great coffee and orange spremuta, nice pastries. The bakery opposite the building is more stylish, but coffee is a bit inferior and freshly baked pastries way to sweet. But our host did warn us about the local sweet tooth :) The lift/elevator was hilarious, a period piece! At certain times of the day one had to insert a coin for it to function (and not too small a coin either). My friend tells me that she last saw such lifts in Rome in the 1970s. A bit bizarre for a person from Finland who doesn't use cash anymore, but actually during the peak periods there mostly is a concierge in a lobby who is at least happy to provide coins when given a banknote.

• Shane (10/5): Porto View House - Location to the port was perfect . The room was for a family of four . One double bed and two singles . Separate kitchen if you need to cook food . Our room looked out onto a busy road, which didn't bother us . Air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the rooms were spotless. Communication was very easy. The host was very understanding as we were late by an hour . We would highly recommend this apt . You need 10 cent coins to use the elevator/lift at certain times of the day .

The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the historic streets of Naples and enjoy the delicious local cuisine. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for things to see and do in the area. I felt right at home during my stay and truly appreciated the hospitality of the host. Overall, my time in this apartment in Naples was simply delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in this vibrant city. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in Naples. Grazie mille for a fantastic stay!

• Axel (1/5): The stay was a nightmare! - Absolut nichts. We rented an apartment with balcony and port view. When we arrived after a long travel, the owner of the hotel, Francesco, diid not want to give us waht we had paid for. He was sending us to a much smaller room, no balcony or port view. We started to discuss with Francesco and he said, if we do not accept the small room we had to leave his hotel immediately! Then Francesco asked for money, to be paid to him and not through Booking.com. We gave him the money and finally coudl enter to our apartment. But… the shower was clogged as well as the kitchen, compleately, and the water tap leaked. Of course, we informed Francesco immediately, but he denied the facts and did not do anything at all. The next day was the apartment compleately flooded. But Francesco did not do anything at all either! Instead of sending the cleaning lady and the plumber, he used the situation to again threaten to send us to the small room although the money he had received from us. We received threatens from him everyday. We were leaving in quite a flooded apartment for three days until the water dried itself, the weather was very hot. Francesco is a big man, he is aggressive and mean and shout very loud when he is angry and has a stark tendency to say false facts, what he did to Booking.com. Francesco arrived to our apartemnt one day at 9pm knocking at our door violently. We told him we were not dressed and thet we were already sleeping. Than Francesco took his own keys of the apartemnt and opened our door. He “wanted to dry the flooding” but he did barely something. As usual he was aggressive and shouting to us. When we finally left at the end of 6 days Francesco still wanted to make a “control” of the apartment which never took place in the beginning. My mother, 70 years old, was terrified of Francesco. It is incomprehensible for me the good reviews this man has aparently received.

• Manuel (8/5): Pretty good (location, apartment, host) with the noise from the street as bit of a downside - Quite spacious apartment with a kitchen and a balcony with chair and tables. The view on the port was nice. There was a common entrance area for all 3 or 4 apartments with free coffee and lounge area. It was clean, comfortable beds, good equipment in kitchen and bathroom. The host, Francesco, was very kind and responsive (contact via Booking messenger). He arranged an earlier check in for me as well as a drop off of the luggage in the morning in the lounge area. The location is pretty good, about 5 minutes walk from the Alibus station on the port and close to other points of interest such as the opera Teatro San Carlo, Metro Station Municipio or the Quartieri Spagnioli. The noise from the traffic on the Via Cristofero Colombo was significant.

The view from the balcony is very nice. The host is very friendly and helpful. Since our room was facing the port and active street - it was noisy.
• Sarah (9/5): An incredibly central and convenient place to stay in Napoli - This property is absolutely lovely, very spacious and very clean inside. You get an apartment to yourself in the room we had, which was wonderful. There's a shared area as well, and the owner is very accommodating and kind! Great experience. Nothing not to like about the property itself. It is right downtown in Napoli so parking should be worked out ahead of time if you are driving--better perhaps to arrive by train, then nothing to worry about. Also we were there on a Saturday with a toddler and the traffic outside was truly insane, so maybe stay for the week if you're coming for enjoyment rather than the weekend! For location and convenience though this place is tops
