• Regina (9/5): Top - Toll, war die Einrichtung und dass es 3 Schlafzimmer gab. Ein Schneidebrett in der Küche wäre schön gewesen, zum schneiden von Obst und Gemüse.

• Glo Guerrini (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Madrid - Appartamento molto carino, corrispondente alle foto. La temperatura in appartamento era corretta, caldo ma non soffocante. Armadi e cassetti in tutte le tre stanze. La metro si trova a 10 minuti a piedi, l'autobus a 3 minuti. Il centro di Madrid si raggiunge in meno di mezz'ora. Non eravamo in 5, tre adulti e due bambini di 6 e 9 anni. Non abbiamo mai cucinato, abbiamo solo fatto colazione in appartamento, ma mi sembra che ci sia tutto quello che occorre. In zona diverse caffetterie e bar, oltre a vari negozi e farmacia. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale, ma ho contattato Lola tramite WhatsApp, inviandole alcune foto, e il problema è stato risolto. Se torneremo a Madrid, sicuramente proverò a prenotarlo di nuovo. La doccia ha qualche problema di regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua, come avevo letto in altre recensioni. Nulla di drammatico, ma se fosse possibile sistemarla, sarebbe un punto in più a favore.
• Sophie (9/5): Bonne adresse pour profiter de la vie madrilène. - 3 chambres et un espace salon / salle à manger où nous étions à l'aise à 5 personnes. Bien situé: pas très loin du métro et proche de nombreux commerces. Calme. Chauffage fonctionnait bien ( dont sèche serviettes dans salle de douche) on était en février ! Un lave linge ( qui fait aussi sèche linge). Linge de toilette en quantité. Un seul jeu de clés , c'est un peu juste à 5 ( et nous ne voulions pas utiliser la boîte à clé pour ne pas attirer l'attention et surtout pas toujours simple à ouvrir. Placée haute et je suis petite ;)) Pour 15 jours, la table est un peu juste pour 5 mais ça a été. Il manquait plutôt une passoire pour pâtes et riz. L'eau de la douche n'est pas facile à régler au début. Moins fan des edredons que de vrais oreillers.

• Marta (8/5): Bien - El piso a pesar de que se ve que es un piso viejoz está muy bien. Muy calentito con lo radiadores eléctricos. La cocina no la usamos, pero parecía bien equipada. La cama de matrimonio era muy cómoda, las otras no tanto. La presión de la ducha no era muy buena, para lavarse el pelo tardabas mucho.

• ALOJZIJA (9/5): Trisoben apartma - Apartma s tremi spalnicami, kar je bilo odlično za naše potrebe, Dovolj posode. Celo uporabna ponvica, kar ni ravno pogosto. Bližina avtobusa in trgovin. Stara oprema, kar pa nas ni motilo. Mogoče ne ravno blizu metroja.

• Viajeros (5/5): Decepción, no entiendo la nota general, aprobado raspado - La limpieza, todo correcto, sábanas limpias y camas bien preparadas, toallas de buena calidad para cada huésped. Detalle de dos botellines de agua que se agradecen. La ubicación, me decepcionó muchísimo, no esperaba ese entorno. El piso en sí tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, menaje muy pobre y desparejado, parece que el piso está amueblado con lo que ha sobrado de aquí y de allá, poco acogedor. Los ventiladores de las habitaciones que no tienen aire acondicionado son muy ruidosos para dormir, pero era eso o aguantar mucho calor. En la cesta de bienvenida habían un par de croissants y de magdalenas embolsadas, sería un buen detalle si tuviesen fecha de caducidad.

• Lisa (9/5): Great stay comfy apartment and responsive host. The key collection was easy, right on the gate. - The location of the property was close to the Metro and there was a quiet nighttime vibe. The house is located close to fruit markets and cafes. The Metro stop is a 6 minute walk. The airflow was good and there was plenty of natural light. There was a good variety of coffee cups and dishes. We were cautious on the bathroom floor, the mat needs to be slip proof and the shower floor was super slippery by design.

The place didn't have any air conditioning at the bedrooms only fans, while the accomodation list included an air condition which was available only at the living room area.

• Lee (1/5): Very very disappointed n very angry wit Exyca Tetuan for cancelling our stay at the last hour. - Too far from city. The unit was very old n floor dirty. Only 1 out of 3 rooms had air cond. imagine it being summer. Requested for fans n host says NO. It was hot. We burnt out entire stay to move out to the city. Unit v far from city too. We took this apartment as our earlier choice at Exyca Tetuan was canx by them at the last minute for no apparent reason even tho we pd for booking in full. We panicked when we got news of d cancellation. So we just took the alternative offer not realising it was the worst move.

• Yevheniia (7/5): It was a bit messy, but mostly not bad. - Big flat, lots of space. Metro not far away, convenient metro line, straight to the centre. Affordable price. The kids loved the furniture. The quality of cleaning could have been better. There is no ventilation at all in the bathroom, there is a window into the ventilation duct with mould and sewage stench. We had to close this window more tightly and open the door from the bathroom to the living room to ventilate. About the cooking utensils - the pans are tired and need replacing. There was no chopping board. The two knives are smaller than table knives and much duller, it was impossible to cut a tomato, slice bread and make sandwiches for the children.
• Vitalii (9/5): Superb - It was very clean, with a lot of sleep spaces, fully furnished kitchen, good location near metro and good park with fountains and playground for children. In 3 mins are located aushan (alcampo) with all necessary food, a lot of bars and restaurants around.
• Victoria (9/5): Family comfortable! - Really clean and perfumed, cozy and comfortable. The locality is calm and there is a market close to it. There is just one bathroom. There is air at just one room and at the living room.
• Meir (8/5): Fair stay if the nights are not to hot, but in general could use a bit of a upgrade. - Very quiet nighhood. You can find a Late night shop around the cornor and a very early coffy + bakery shop near buy. The WiFi is super fast (over 250MB download) Only the Livingroom and 1 bedroom have air conditioning so hot madrid summer may be a issue, But all rooms have heating. The owner askd us to "make rational use of the supplies", now that is a very fair request, But we found non. No tea , coffee or suger. In the shower the faucet needs to be used very accurately, If you dont like the water to hot and move the handle to the cold you better only move it a slight fraction or ells you will get only cold water. The shower soap and shampoo are on the floor of the shower, and not in a soap holder so you need to bend down to use the soap. The matrese in the bedroom with the AC could use replacment.

• Christian (9/5): Great house in Madrid suburbs - Our host was easy to reach through the messaging app and made the key pick up quite easy. The house was really big and met all of our needs. The shower was hot and the house was clean. We had breakfast and used the plates, coffee mugs, glasses, cutting board that our host provided for us. It was great! We found nescafe at the nearby market but it would have been nice to have coffee and a coffee maker.
• Sacha (9/5): Great apartment and good value - Perfect size. Very clean. Good communication from property manager. Local tube station is currently closed due to a full underground line being shut for maintenance. This is nothing to do with the property but just made things harder. We used Uber in the end which was great.

• Doug (10/5): Very nice, clean apartment. The owner is great and we would happily stay here again. - We did not need to stay in the ciy center of Madrid, so the location was perfect for us. We were able to park on the street, which was very convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful.
