• Petar (10/5): - Чисто, уютно и спокойно в достатъчно просторна тройна стая. Климатикът затопли бързо. Домакинът ми осигури паркиране в двора. За мен лично си струва много повече, отколкото двойната и тройна цена по разни малки апартаменти в покрайнините на центъра..

• Georgi (10/5): - Всичко беше ОК. Паркинг в двора, общи части с голям телевизор и наличие на платените канали за мачовете. Хладилник за бирата. Стаите - чисти, чаршафи - чисти. Банята - екстра. Закуската - супер. За 5мин с кола си до центъра. Препоръчвам. Пак ще се върнем :) .

• Julie (8/5): - La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont très confortables. On peut mettre la voiture dans la cour intérieure. L'emplacement est au calme. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte et le chauffage éteint. On a mis 1h à réchauffer la pièce ! Il n'y avait que 2 couettes alors que nous étions 3. Il y avait des traces de chaussures sur le sol de la salle de bain.
• RomanD67 (8/5): - The bed was enough hard, I slept very well, friendly owner, no problem with check in and check out, quite place, heating was possible by an air conditioner. Hot water ran immediately and without interruption. Strong wifi connection (1 hour of project meeting with camera on without problems). I can recommend this accomodation as the price is really good. Location - 10 minutes walk to Lidl, 15 minutes walk to the university, 20 minutes walk to city center (1,5 km). The smell of cigarettes everywhere. I'm a non-smoker. But that's probably normal in Bulgaria, where everyone smokes. The shower is located next to the toilet without a separation, but this was also the case in other hotels (including Sofia), so it's probably a normal solution. The desk was low, so it was not comfortable to type on the computer for a long time.

• Todorov (10/5): Препоръчвам! - Намира се на тихо и спокойно място. Има място за паркиране както в двора така и свободно на улицата. Домакините са любезни и отзивчиви. Стаите са чисти и климатизирани, разполагат с телевизор и хладилник. Банята е достатъчно голяма и чиста, оборудвана с необходимите принадлежности. Леглата са удобни, завивките топли, а чаршафите и кърпите изпрани и ухаещи на свежест. Доволни сме и ако се наложи да отсядаме в Благоевград, пак бих избрал това място. Няма такова.

Коста не просто помог её решить, но принял самое деятельное участие. - лично созвонился с сервисом и договорился чтобы нам оперативно помогли с ремонтом.Нам было легко общаться, так как хозяева говорят и понимают по-русски. Мы очень благодарны Косту так как смогли продолжить дальше нашу поездку. Спасибо, Коста, спасибо Виолетта!

• Guest (10/5): Excellent - L'accueil est fantastique. Les propriétaires mettent de suite à l'aise si bien que vous vous sentez très vite comme chez vous. Nous avons pu échanger avec eux sur différents sujets concernant leur pays car le Monsieur parle très bien Anglais. Et cerise sur le gâteau, il nous a fait goûter à son propre vin. Son épouse tient un genre de routier au bas de la guest house où elle propose le midi une excellente cuisine familiale traditionnelle. Un vrai plus. Notre chambre était très confortable, calme, spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable, avec la climatisation incluse dans le prix de la chambre, un réfrigérateur également. Une cuisine est mise à disposition pour préparer les repas qui peuvent être pris dans un petit jardin au calme. Excellente adresse pour faire un break et sortir des sentiers touristiques, base pour visiter le monastère de Rila également. Un atout: l'établissement se trouve proche des gares ferroviaire et routière pour les routards. Possibilité de garer une voiture dans la rue de l'établissement quand on est motorisé Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

• Katia (8/5): Very good - Simple but clean room and bathroom. AC worked well. Safe parking for my motorcycle in the back yard. Hostess was kind, and spoke some English. There's a Shell gas station with sandwiches at 400m, and a supermarket at 1.4km. Pillows were too high.

• Otres (10/5): It was perfect for our neeeds. - We stayed only for one night and everything went perfectly. The host was insanely helpful and welcoming. We got to choose between two rooms which was very nice. The one we chose had AC, private bathroom (very clean, free shampoo, hot water and good pressure), very big comfy bed, TV, Mountain View. We got parking spot on the property under a kiwi plant. Giant mirror in the corridor is a nice touch. Whole place is renovated and looks just great. Tidy. Since we stayed only for one night we didn’t have time to explore common areas but it seemed very cosy! And again, the host is very friendly and welcoming. It is super easy to find the place with a car and Google maps (well marked). If you need a bigger store or want to go out it is 20 minutes walk to a Main Street. Neighborhood felt safe too! All good.

• Szymon (10/5): Exceptional - I strongly recommend this place. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very well maintained. We asked for a supper, and the owner prepared fresh salad, with absolutely fantastic quality cucumbers, feta cheese and red peppers plus choice of bbq meat. Strongly recommended! For this price, I can't complain about absolutely anything. If you're a tourist having attention to minor details, go and sleep at Sheraton, if you can afford it of course 🙂🙆
