The location is not so far but not so close to the centre but there is a supermarkt nearby. I guess it would be cold in the winter.

• Josefina Genoveva (9/5): - L' alloggio si trova in un posto molto silenzioso, tranquillo, é ben collegato al tram e bus, per raggiungere i musei, aeroporto, e fare turismo, circa in 20 /30 minuti. Vicino ci sono supermercati, ristoranti, bar, ecc. Ricki é stato gentile e disponibile al nostro arrivo, per consegnare le chiavi e per le istruzioni. La casa é spaziosa, la cucina ha gli elettrodomestici, stoviglie neccesarie e sufficcenti. Il letto ed il divano Il riscaldamento, servizi funzionano bene. La consiglio vivamente.

El apartamento se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando de la estación del tranvía que tomas desde la estación de trenes de Firenze, Ricky entendió mi retraso y me esperó para darme las llaves y todas las indicaciones. El apartamento está cerca de zona de mercados, restaurantes (vayan a Trattoria da Titto!), y el centro queda a 15 minutos en tren.

• Stefanie (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt bei "Ricky" war überragend. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und der Mann ist einfach mega toll. Er ist so ein toller Mensch. Witzig ohne Ende. Er hat uns im Appartement alles erklärt und war immer zu erreichen wenn man noch Fragen hatte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schön. Sehr gut ausgestattet und war in Wirklichkeit schöner als auf den Bildern. Was bei den Bildern noch nicht zu sehen ist, dass es im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer jeweils einen großen Fernseher gibt. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Weil das nicht immer selbstverständlich ist, war das für uns ein Punkt, den wir sehr sehr gut fanden. Die küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren, für uns, sehr bequem...Wir schlafen aber auch gern hart. Das Bad war groß und sauber, wie der Rest des Appartements. Wir empfehlen Ricky definitiv wärmstens weiter und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!!! Liebe Grüße gehen raus an Ricky :)
• TITE (10/5): ✨ I definitely recommend this place for your stay in Florence!🥰❤️ - Our stay in Florence was absolutely wonderful! The host was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed about where to eat and how to get around the city. They explained everything about the facilities very clearly. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need ,from a fridge, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer to dishes and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself was excellent and very comfortable, with a large bed and a great mattress. Another big plus is that there’s a Lidl supermarket just 2–3 minutes’ walk away, which made shopping very convenient.Also, the T2 tram station is very close, and it takes you directly to the city center ,a huge advantage that made getting around so easy. Everything was just perfect! What could be improved: It would be great to have a dehumidifier, since the apartment is on the ground floor and there’s a bit of humidity inside.There is ventilation, but it’s not quite enough to keep the humidity level low.

El barrio es seguro, está cerca del tranvia 2 que conecta con el centro. Serán 25 minutos de distancia. Ricky muy buena onda, gran anfitrión! Lo único, el agua caliente de la ducha se agotaba demasiado rápido. Y ya no hay lavadora, a pesar de que figura en el anuncio. Son solo detalles, porque el apartamento es espectacular! Gracias!
• Ana PAULA (10/5): Fabuloso - Esse lugar e tão incrível, eu cheguei em Florença ja era noite,a comunicação com Senhor Rick ja foi uma das melhores experiências que eu tive com um anfitrião durante a minha viagem a Itália, o Senhor Rick estava nos esperando com um sorriso que eu e meu esposo jamais vamos esquecer, a gentileza e simpatia de um Italiano cheio de alegria no coração que faz o que ama isso era muito claro eu seu sorriso,as instalações do apartamento são completas, uma casa completa com tudo que vc precisa, cama confortável, lençóis limpos, toalhas limpas e macias, tudo funciona dentro do apartamento, ficamos 2 noites, eu queria ficar por mais tempo ,que lugar incrível, o bairro fica cerca de 15 minutos para a estação Santa Maria Novella e vc pode ir andando da estação para o centro, localização ótima com opções de transporte fácil e eficiente como e de se esperar na Itália eu recomendo vc ficar nesse apartamento. Eu amei tudo. Nao tem nada que nao gostei.

• Ayelen Berenice (9/5): Cómodo, accesible y relajante - Me gustó su ubicación, estaba en un barrio muy tranquilo, cerca tenía el Lidl, también el tranvía que te llevaba al centro y a la estación de tren. Por dentro el alojamiento era muy cómodo tenía TV, cocina, heladera, hervidor. El baño también era muy lindo y amplio. Era un departamento muy agradable, cómodo y con un ambiente relajado. Nunca escuchamos nada de los vecinos. El dueño fue muy amable y nos explicó todo. No es algo que no me gustó, sino que un detalle es que solo se puede usar de a una hornalla en la cocina porque al ser de inducción necesita mucha energía y el dueño nos avisó que por favor solo una porque sino salta todo. Y luego yo le agregaría un microondas. Solo eso pero la verdad que no nos podemos quejar porque ha sido un alojamiento muy cómodo y relajante en todos los sentidos.

• Bruno (10/5): Amplo, bem arrumado e agradável. - Apartamento espaçoso e bem montado, com cozinha bastante completa e banheiro muito bom (tem até bidê!). Muito bem limpo. Quarto amplo, cama queen confortável. O anfitrião Ricky é muito atencioso, cuidadoso e bem-humorado (quase um irmão perdido do cineasta Roberto Benigni!), disponível e acessível para dar informações e tranquilizar os hóspedes. Certamente voltaríamos ao seu apartamento. As toalhas escuras e o sofá escuro -- o que é muito pouco para reclamar... Fora isso, tudo ótimo!

• MiroslavPetkovic (10/5): Real silence & So clean - The most important thing on a trip is to rest, which means complete silence, a comfortable and large bed (long 2m). Another important thing is the cleanliness of the facility and a normal bathroom with a shower. By normal I mean newer with tiles, a shower, ventilated without mold and with clean towels. I found all of that in this facility for the first time after 20 years of traveling. Thanks Ricky. Apart from this, the location is on the T2 tram route (Airport-Main Train Station), in a dead end street so there is no noise from traffic, which is terribly noisy in Florence. Next to Lidl and Esselunga. One cleaning after 3 days. Kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, detergents. New clothes closet, washing machine, WiFi. The owner is available and a pleasant man. Cooling is provided by two large fans, there is no real air conditioning. The building is in thick shade with mosquito nets, so it somehow manages to cool down.

• Frattari (10/5): Vacanza di 4 giorni a Firenze - Appartamento molto carino e spazioso con tutto il necessario, ordinato( arredato in maniera molto carina) e padrone di casa molto gentile e simpatico.. direi una ottima posizione a 500 metri circa dal tram che ti porta al centro in 10 minuti.. posto auto di fuori gratis ( si trova sempre x lo meno io nn ho avuto nessun problema in qualsiasi orario.. consiglio x chi vuole venire a Firenze si fermarsi qui Direi che Firenze è molto bella da visitare x i musei , le piazze e la città che a mio parere è fantastica.. cose negative ma che purtroppo si trovano nelle grandi città è alcune zone nn belle x il degrado ma da turista diciamo che nn ci si và..

Muy bien comunicado, tranvía a poco más de 5 mins andando, 3 paradas en tranvía del Aeropuerto y a una media hora aprox. de la estación de trenes central. El trato con el dueño inmejorable, muy atento e implicado en que la experiencia fuera genial. Recomendadísimo.

The owner was so kind and really went above and beyond for us and the property, ensuring the comfortability of our stay. He was so kind and helpful especially in helping us find the location - it wasn’t hard to find we were just tried as we arrived late in the evening. This place is definitely the best place we have stayed in in our europe trip, in regards to cleanliness, comfort, location and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
