• meow meow (8/5): - 位置很好，从柜台后方下到负二层，就可以走到地铁一号线的公园前站，地下层还有商店街，大厦里也有各种商店和食阁，走路到北京步行街也很近，很方便。 我们住的4人房很宽，放4个行李箱也没有问题。 柜台前的服务人员很有礼貌，询问都会回答，给予协助。 定的是4人房，可是毛巾和面巾还有喝茶的杯以及洗漱杯都只有两份。提醒柜台后，只送来了两个茶杯及两条毛巾。 住了5天，接下来每天整理房间的阿姨还是只给两条毛巾。

• Mei Ling (10/5): Good value for money - Firstly, the location is superb: (1) sitting above Gongyuanqian Station with Lines 1 and 2, (2) walking distance to Beijing Road / Nanyue King Wen Musuem / DaFo Temple / TianZi Wharf for Pearl River Night Cruise Secondly, my apartment was very large; 2 double beds that were very comfortable, a sofa, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, and a washing machine. The bathroom was spacious and the water was hot. The room was clean and mineral water, bathroom accessories were refilled everyday. The bedside table was fitted with wireless charger for phone; very convenient. Thirdly, the staff was friendly and very responsive to our requests. Would have been perfect if the quality of the tea provided could have been little better.

• Helena (9/5): Excellect and I would stay here again if I visit Guangzhou. - Spacious room and good location. The room has all the facilities that one needs especially the washig machine. This is a great advantage for those who stay more than 3 days. Many eateries around the hotel and there is a park where you can go for your walk. The lifts are a litle crowded and slow. The receiption lobby is also slightly croweded during check in when there are other crowd there.

The water heater is difficult to use, as it still requires pre-reservation before each use. Many times, there is no hot water available. As we are staying in a room for six people, we would prefer the toilet and shower to be separated, with one on the left and the other on the right, if possible. • Mei8 (5/5): DISAPPOINTMENTS - Location Toilet door transparent. We are a group of friends with male and female and it was shocking to see the male using the toilet bowl. No telephone in the apartment to contact reception. WiFi need a China mainland telephone no to connect. The reception should pro actively get a staff to go into the apartment to connect at time of our check-in. We only came to realise on the 2nd day. So we use our own data. Not even a teaspoon provided in the apartment only when we request. To summarise , disappointed. So much different from the photo publish in booking.com
