• Emilie (3/5): Dirty apartment - Well-equipped apartment with a kitchen, washing machine, and some storage space. Kamata is a pleasant neighborhood. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned. It seemed to have been cleaned very quickly, but not thoroughly. The floor was dirty : after just 30 minutes in the apartment right after check-in, my white socks had turned grey. The blue cushions on the bed were particularly dirty, with visible stains that likely would have come out with proper cleaning, but they clearly had not been cleaned at all. There was dust in several places: on the shelves, on top of the toilet, and in the bathroom. Although the bed sheets appeared clean, the bedding itself was worn and stained (the mattress and duvet had stains, but not the sheets). Additionally, I forgot a personal item in the apartment and contacted the property the same evening after check-out to retrieve it. They told me they did not have it, even though I am absolutely certain I left it in the apartment, I even provided the exact location where it was.

• Alexander (7/5): Great location and a modern building, but not the best for long-term stays. - Amazing location, close to two train stations as well as many stores and restaurants. The clothes dryer built into the shower worked surprisingly well. Everything needed for a short term stay is provided. At first it was inconvenient, but having the key attached to the door and secured with a code ended up being a blessing as it eliminated the need to make sure I had a key with me every time I stepped out. The provided garbage cans made sorting garbage easier, and there were plenty of extra bags provided. The check-in and check-out process was also extremely simple and quick. I wish there was a service to replenish supplies and toiletries for long-term stays. What was provided would only last a person 4 days at most. The hair dryer that was provided was so bad that I ended up going out to buy a better one. I noticed that while I barely had any clothes hangers provided, my friend who stayed in the unit next door had plenty as well as a hanger for smaller items. The air conditioner and TV remotes had dead batteries, so I needed to get them myself. Also, my friend in the unit next door found the drain filters for both his kitchen sink and shower were left out. There were corners and vents around the unit that needed more cleaning.

• Nurul Nadia (10/5): FERIO KAMATA III is Awesome!! - We like to stay in Ferio Kamata III because of the location near with 2 train stations which are Keikyu Kamata n Kamata Station. The Kamata city also happening, has many shop n convenient store like 7e, Lawson and AEON. We love to stay again in Ferio Kamata n recommended to family and friends. Tq to host for easy to communicate and fast respond to any questions. Tower Little bit small 😅

• Maciej (6/5): Nice place, poor handling. - Location was good, it was quite spacious. Rst of problems made it not easy to enjoy it fully. They did not want to issue VAT invoice. I had issues while opening doors. Smart lock mentioned in istruction did not work, had to make several calls (expensive roaming calls) speak with not very comunicative person to get code to other lock on doors with key inside that i had to open every time i entered the place. AC smelled not best. Although I was promissed VAT invoice before chack-in in the end they did not provide one.
• Yukihiro (5/5): 細い階段を見るだけで疲れた🥶 - 部屋は新しく機能的。洗濯機があり浴槽乾燥機も機能して良かった。 4階建ビルの4階の部屋に泊まったのですがビルにはエレベーターが無く細い階段を荷物を持っての登り降りは暑い中大変疲れた。 部屋にテレビは無く大きなモニターがあるのみでした。日本語の説明書は無くYoutubeしか見る事が出来なかった。 確かに予約した時点の確認書にはTVがあることもエレベーターがあることも記載がないので「無い」事に文句の付けようが無いけど、常識的に無い旨の記載があって欲しかった。
