• Petra (9/5): Sehr sehenswert👍 - Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend. Besonders bei Sonnenuntergang und bei Nacht. Die Unterkunft sehr sehr hübsch, mit Kamin und Jacousi. Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage wäre ein Frühstück inkl. toll gewesen. 😉 Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit der Wegbeschreibung.

• Jennifer (10/5): Bungalow mit fantastischen Ausblick - Sehr saubere und wirklich schöne Bungalows mit traumhaft schönem Blick. Trockenes Holz zum Heizen ist vorhanden, ebenso ein Heizlüfter für kühle Nächte. Die Badewanne ist ein Traum, ein kleines Restaurant befindet sich in ca 2km Nähe. Die Anfahrt ist etwas beschwerlich (unbefestigter 2km Weg), aber auch ohne Allrad gut zu machen. -

• Erik (9/5): Prachtige locatie in de bergen. - Prachtige ligging. Uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie villa met geweldig uitzicht. Lekker koel na vele warme dagen. Huisjes liggen op 2300meter hoogte. ‘s Nachts fris. Toegangsweg is wat minder. 4x4 is wel aan te raden. Wij hadden ‘s morgens geen warm water, maar dit werd zeer snel verholpen. Geen restaurant in de buurt, dus zelf eten mee nemen. Toilet spoelde wat moeizaam door, maar dat zijn we vaker tegen gekomen in Costa Rica.

Kein Ansprechpartner, keine Information z.B. über Roomcleaning (fand keiner statt), kein Auffüllen vom Holz für den Ofen (morgens waren es 12 Grad im Raum, heiss Wasser erst ab Mittag). Schade bei dieser wunderschönen Villa und Lage.

• Alexandra (9/5): - Der Ausblick aus der Villa ist einfach phänomenal. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft lief hervorragend, sodass wir einfach direkt zu unserer Villa fahren konnten und diese bezogen haben. Da wir spät Abends anreisten, war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Der Weg zu den Villen, besonders bis zur Letzten runter, ist sehr steil. Autos mit einer langen Front könnten hier aufsetzen. Das sollte man wissen. Nachts kann es sehr kalt werden, weshalb es einen Holzofen gibt. Es gibt auch warme Bettdecken! Der Whirlpool mit Ausblick ist ein Pluspunkt. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat etwas unangenehm gerochen. Man sollte die Tür zum Badezimmer schließen, ansonsten roch es in der ganzen Villa. Aber nichts was gegen einen Aufenthalt hier sprechen würde.
• Nadege (10/5): Séjour fabuleux - La vue est fabuleuse, de n’importe quel endroit où tu te situes dans le logement. Le levé du soleil depuis ton lit est extraordinaire. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre, je conseille d’apporter de la nourriture car un peu loin des restos mais c’est ce qui fait le charme. L’hôte est très accessible. Je recommande. Accessibilité un peu difficile mais ça passe largement !

Took a pic. of the best sunset in all 3 weeks in Costa Rica. When we return with my brother and wife another year, we will def. stay here again. We liked everything. Wayze did try to lead us in by another much more difficult route but we did finally figure out that longer dirt road is better than shorter.

• Tom (10/5): Über den Wolken Costa Ricas - Sehr stylisches kleines Haus über den Wolken Costa Ricas. Als wir abends angekommen sind konnten wir den Ausblick vom Balkon nicht fassen: Wir waren tatsächlich über den Wolken und hatten einen wunderbaren Sternenhimmel über uns. Der Whirlpool ist auch ein echtes Highlight. Super bequeme Betten. Abends kann es etwas kühl werden - dafür gibt es einen kleinen Ofen im Zimmer. Sehr gemütlich.

A chaque minute le paysage change, c'est merveilleux ! Les lumières de la ville en contrebas scintillent. Pas un bruit, le calme absolu Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel et très agréable. Rien.

• Steven (10/5): Get lost in the clouds - A great experience. We were shrouded in clouds, then suddenly the night sky cleared and we saw the lights of San Ignacio far below and the stars above. Magical! We built a fire in the wood burning stove, which added to the overall ambiance. We are in our 70s but this would be a romantic stay for couples of any age. We had traditional Costa Rican breakfast and dinner at Restaurante 2020. Very good, and super friendly wait staff.

Imagine waking up, opening the blinds, and seeing the sun pierce through the clouds below you to light the valley below. It's absolutely incredible. The accommodations are modern, super clean, and very well appointed. The staff is super attentive, friendly and makes it all come together. We would highly recommend it. Romantic, quiet and superb. The view over the mountain range on one side and the valley/town on the other was so spectacular during the day as well as at night. The display provided by the clouds which generally speaking you look down onto, was magical and the sunsets were absolutely fantastic! We had unusually strong winds on our first night. However, the manager came over to our unit to check we were ok which was reassuring. Kitchen facilities were very good. Room and bathroom very clean Hot water in the shower was a little 'hit and miss' but ok once we got the hang of it. Overall not a major issue.

Comfortable bed and couch, lovely relaxing in jacuzzi with views, lots of hot water. Facilities, kitchen, TV, wifi best we had in CR. Was cool at night, but overcome with wood stove when we could keep it burning and helped with space heater.

• Tsz Hin Hugo (10/5): - Clear communication and useful driving instructions, friendly host who provided us recommendations for things to do in the area, amazing view and the hot tub was amazing! The place really makes you feel like you are on top of the world and have escaped real life. A small suggestion - it would be helpful to have mosquito screens for the kitchen and bathroom so that the windows could be kept open to air the place and regulate the temperature and humidity from the hot tub.
• Silvia (10/5): - Eine traumhafte Aussicht, gute Ausstattung mit Yakuzzi und Kamin. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Für die Anfahrt ist ein 4×4 zu empfehlen und man sollte auf den Hinweis von booking zur Route achten , dann ist aber alles gut machbar ;) Man darf keine Angst vor Hunden haben, da einem auch welche auf der Terrasse begegnen. ;)
